Damn, I was so looking forward to this -- especially since I was fortunate enough to get my food made fresh for me (it was about a 5 minute wait and that's it). Three stars not because the chicken wasn't great, but because my girlfriend got a 12-piece nugget box but was given an 8-piece... while still being charged for the 12. We didn't bother saying anything, because we figured it wouldn't go over well. Maybe if they had simply drawn an 8 or 12 on the box with marker there'd be no confusion. Second, the waffle fries were completely showered with salt. Watching the woman pour the salt on I just wanted to slap her hand away -- she seriously poured the salt shaker on the couple hundred waffle fries she had just taken out of the frier for a slow, solid five seconds -- and it was coming out fast. At first I was thinking, "Holy hell, these are some crispy waffle fries!" and then I realized it was just the salt. Not really though, the waffle fries actually were pretty good when I got past the insane amount of sodium. Thankfully, the delicious mustard/sweet BBQ Chick-fil-A sauce was good for dipping them. Probably would have given a 4 if everything went as planned. Can't really give this place a 5 because it has a severely limited menu when compared to "real" Chick-fil-A's, and the price paid for the pretty dinky chicken nuggets was a little high. Note to self: Tell salt loving salt shaking woman "NO SALT!"

This is not the real deal. I bought 2 sandwiches that sat under a heat lamp for an undisclosed time. I will wait for a real chic fil a location to open. Avoid this place

I guess having some Chick-fil-A is better than none at all? The food would be so much better if it didn't just sit out under heat lamps all day but unfortunately that is not the case. I hope people don't base their opinion on the restaurant chain off of this place because it is so good!

This review is not so much about the salad. It's their Avocado Lime Ranch dressing that's amazing on the 3 types of different salads they have. Amazing southern/chipotle flavor and the avocado taste makes all the flavors stand out.

Normally Chick-fil-A would score higher, but this one is in the Oakland University food court. That would not in itself be a problem, but their seem to let the sandwiches sit under heat lamps quite a bit.

I've eaten at this Chick-fil-A several times and sadly I'm underwhelmed. It's your basic cafeteria food, nothing better than "eats". The staff, while pleasant and helpful, are very slow and I find the constant use of "dearie" and "honey" rather annoying. I go because it's convenient and not much else.
