This location is terrible. They are always out of products, don't even dare to order a bread bowl because they are always out. This location is also rarely clean, bus tubs and trashes are full and tables are filthy. Step it up Rochester Panera.

Why is this Panera so dirty? I live nearby so my husband and I have stopped by several times, but finally gave up. Bathrooms are filthy, tables are never clean, garbage cans overflowing, beverage area sticky and gross. The best part is there are always employees standing around. I'll drive to 20 mins out of my way to Utica instead of going to this one. Disappointing.

I have been there three times and everytime there is an issue with the service and product. This time I tried to order three things all of which they were out of (salads!!!)Manager did nothing to fix the problem and we ended up walking out disatisfied again. Previously the employee late at night just before they closed just did not want to serve us anything! Other Panera Breads much better (Ohio Paneras so much better than here) I agree with both previous writers - very dirty :( If you want panera bread only go to the adams road one which is always efficient and gets your order correct. Better yet if you want soup or salad go downtown rochester meeting house which has amazing bread soup and salad for less price than panera!

I usually order using Panera's rapid pick-up order app. This is the second time I've ordered here and received my order wrong. The first time, they didn't put mozzarella in my Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread. I didn't complain because mistakes happen. Yesterday, I ordered an Italian Combo sandwich. It was missing. I called and they are sending me a coupon to cover it but it is such an inconvenience. My husband says it was not even busy. No one was in line. We will not be coming here.

I've been here multiple times. Love their variety of foods. My favorite is the paninis and soups. Poppy seed salad even though is summer seasonal, Itz my favorite salad here. Love their baked items also.

It's a panera nothing more nothing less. It's a great location but not good for studying. The place is loud at times and cramped. It also needs a renovation. It's one of the older stores in the area and it shows. Staff is average overall. It's eh ok.

Excellent service today! I am kind of under the weather so I really wanted soup. My mom and I both ordered the pick 2 combo and got Potato soup and a half Ceaser salad. All was delicious. I only ate the soup and they gave me a box to bring my salad home! We also received a dessert of choice for $0.99 each because of the special going on. My mom got the chocolate walnut brownie and I got the cinnamon roll. The cashier accidentally flipped the brownie and gave me another brand new! They were really nice and friendly and the employees were really personable. I don't remember my cashiers name, but him and the girl who gave me my desserts were both excellent employees. The girl even worked through her break so she definitely works hard. The cooks were quick and really efficient! They made sure I got fresh cleaned silverware and fresh food!

So what's worse than eating solo at Panera? Trying to eat alone with 2 annoying, unsupervised kids hanging over my booth. Also, I went out of my way to alert the staff that thre were no more clean booths left. They said they'd take care of it. They didn't. 10 minutes later, the place fills up with customers who wind up having to clean their own dirty, sticky tables. Vent completed.

Panera is one of those places that easily fits in our regular rotation because of all the options she provides. You can have a healthy meal and then just as easily spoil it all with the dessert selection. I would highly recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

There are few places with good vegetarian food in this area. I love the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and the black bean soup. My issue is that they rarely ever have black bean soup during the week, even on days where the website has said it was going to be served, they didn't have it. What gives?

Always super busy when I go in but they seem to have the staff to handle the customers during lunch rush. The cashiers are always super friendly, even during that peak time. I have had orders that were incorrect in minor ways -like the wrong side or they put onions on the sandwich I ordered without onion. I will keep going back because of the service and good food! Thanks

Effective and efficient service. Not entirely a fan of the prices but the quality of food was great in the end. I had Mac and cheese, soup, and a drink and it was over ten dollars. Not sure if I'd go on a first date there or not.
