Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

you can never go wrong with the olive garden. NEVER. this place is always, always, always busy. I have been there without waiting at least 15 minutes. But again, there is a reason for that-- great service and great food for a chain!

Great variety on the menu. We usually just have soup and salad. They do an excellent job of assisting and serving. The wait staff are professionals and do a bang up job. We see a lot of smiles out there. Most people come for the pasta which is always changing. The only complaint I have is that the establishment should have been twice as large or they should have built another next door. Every time the Wife and I arrive we are handed a a coaster pager and we have to wait. The crowds tend to be enormous here but don't be discouraged.

I recently had a chance to dine at this Olive Garden and I am very happy for the experience. The other reviews speak to the quality of the atmosphere, the location is top notch, never a problem there, cleanliness, food quality, food temperature, and pacing are all firmly in the winning category. The servers are very friendly and that helps a lot. What is new is the Ziosk dining terminals on each table. These devices are very solid and well assembled and the pictures are excellent. You can order drinks, appetizers, desserts, and kids menu items right from the device and even flag your server right from the device. This tablet really enhances the dining experience and makes impulse ordering very easy. What makes this really a game changer is that you can see your bill immediately and you can split your checks and pay table side with debit or credit cards. It gives you an option to have your receipt printed out or emailed to you. No waiting, no fuss, no muss, no little slips of paper you will wad up and throw away moments after recording it in your checkbook. This technology is well executed and has given Olive Garden a distinct advantage over other similar restaurant chains. I'll definitely go back!

Other than not having the chicken dish I had last time I was here, the selection is still pretty good. Prices seem to keep going up~that'd be my only complaint. We had a party of 14, and our service was excellent. Can't beat unlimited salad and breadsticks!!

I love Olive Garden. The steak Gorgonzola Alfredo is my favorite. We always have a good experience when we go there, except tonight. Our waitress was rude and short with us, not attentive, and forgot to even give our credit card back after dinner. (We should have checked, but were busy filling out the tip, etc. and had our young son with us) When I called the restaurant, they checked around and came back to say it wasn't there. When I repeated the fact that it wasn't returned to us after our meal, she put me on hold to check again. Apparently the 'other manager' had it. Lack of communication, I suppose. Our food was good, but the visit would have been better with good service to accompany it.

Best Olive Garden dinner EVER! Our waitress Kayle was amazing! She was more than patient with our very large group. She answered all of our questions and one of the managers, Cisco took the time to sit down with us & offer recommendations. Thank you to the Portage Olive Garden staff for a great evening!

We were traveling and it's always great to eat at Olive Garden. I'm a fan of the salad and breadsticks like so many. My girlfriend and I split an entree and with the salad and breadsticks, was the perfect amount of food. Especially since we didn't have a fridge for the leftovers. We split the penne shrimp with a light garlic cream sauce. Very good and well seasoned. Great service here, too.

The atmosphere was pleasant. I would have to say that our waiter was lagging on checking back with us. He did end up going out of his way to get us a togo desert. I feel like they are just a little over worked. Would go again.
