Great food, friendly service, and nice decor. We had a nice, late (1030am) family breakfast on a Sunday. All of the food was tasty and of high quality, delivered quickly, and the staff was very nice. The kids had pancakes/French toast with either bacon or sausage. The eight year old says they have the best sausage in town; the five year old are his and his brother's pancakes; and the two year covered himself in syrup and ate all of his bacon. Note: there is plenty if room under the booths for a two year old to play in a "cave." My wife and I both ordered scrambled eggs with crispy hash browns and crispy bacon with raisin bread in the side. It all tasted great, and was not too greasy or salty. The bread was excellent, though it came buttered (at least it was real butter). The five of us ate for $21 - pretty good value for a quality breakfast with good service. This is a nice find in Portage for breakfast.

I went to breakfast while my house was being worked on. I was able to eat on the patio with my dog. They were incredibly accommodating. The food was wonderful. Everything was cooked perfectly. I couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely be back soon!

I went here for the first time today. And I wasn't that impressed. I was with a group of 7 people. The staff got us a table rather quickly, but they had only set it for 6 people and there was no way 7 people could have sat there. So we asked to be moved to the nice large round table next to it, and the server was hesitant, but let us sit there anyway. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free, and was happy to see gluten free pancakes on the menu. But I was craving an omelet instead. I had the Western Omelet. The omelet was great except it was smothered in cheese. And that kind of ruined the taste. I'll know to say light on the cheese if I go back. My dad ordered the blueberry pancakes, and they looked amazing. But make sure to bring your appetite if you want the pancakes because they fill the whole large plate. I did like the fact they serve the Sweet Water Coffee, but only got offered 2 coffee refills, and every time the server went past, she never stopped when I flagged her down. They have a great menu, but I hope that the service is better next time. They have typical breakfast food, decent prices, but need some work on the customer service. I'll have to give it another try sometime to see if it was just a fluke.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. Huge portions, fun menu. Great diner style eating :-)

I am a big fan of breakfast, but my family members aren't as enthused. Therefore, when my kiddos said they loved this place, I was super happy! Not only was it super cheap ($21 for a family of five!!), but the service was excellent. Our food was out to us about 7 minutes after we ordered! The staff was super friendly. Our waitress was attentive and kind, and there were three other waitresses who checked on our table and cleared our dishes. The food was standard breakfast fare; my son said they had the "best sausage ever." I loved the raisin bread- give it a try!

This is one of my favorite places to get breakfast. Their sausage links are incredible... They have a great kids menu for my toddler. Their country fried steak is incredible. I wish I remembered the waitress's name that we had the first trip there. She was probably the best waitress I've ever had and so nice. Dark curly hair, always chipper with a smile. She even offered a to go cup for my coffee refill... Not many places do that and the other waitresses don't offer that it seems. I do minus one star due to other wait staff not being as caring and kind. And that their hostess tends to stick you in tight tables.... Likely because they get so so so busy

Ok, I've been here three times now and not super impressed with any visit. The main reason I've stopped here is out of connivence, the are located off of busy westnedge, which is nice, especially with all the construction. The food is average diner food, all ok, but nothing special. The prices though are very reasonable, and they offer a a lot of specials.

First time coming in. Wasn't busy, but took about 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we were waited on promptly. Menu was varied and multiple options. Orange juice was fresh squeezed and amazing. Coffee was water street and good (local source). This was the good part.. Now for the bad.. Had to ask twice for water. Meal was missing parts of it. Waffle tasted salty and as if it was fried? The egg white omelet was drippy (maybe butter?), no waitress returned to refill coffee or ask about our meal. Had to get up and go request coffee. Ate roughly 10% of waffle.. We ended up sharing the omelet meal. Waitress had no response when told about waffle. End summary- come for the OJ.. But wouldn't choose to eat again, too many other better options with sig better service.

They had a great menu and good food. The decor and ambiance is pretty average, but it's clean. They serve sweet water coffee and had flavored creamers (yay!). They have a great menu for kids as well. Also points for gluten free options!! While I like this place, I always forget about it. Maybe there needs to be something done to attract more people or at least get me to remember it... However, solid breakfast option for sure.

Great for groups! Free banquet room, free wifi and an amazing soup and salad bar. Bring your family on Sunday's for a great breakfast. Breakfast I served all day! I recommend the spinach and feta cheese omelette!

Horrible food and service. Extremely greasy and no flavor. I ordered for delivery through the Eat app and they decided to simply remove items from my order w/ no phone call or email. Extremely unprofessional- and disgusting food.
