I love this Starbucks. I go here every week and it's close to many things and restaraunts. The staff are my favorite and are so friendly whenever I come in. To the reviews that talk about the "secret menu" that was made by someone else not endorsed by Starbucks. You cannot expect them to know about it, as it is not part of the official menu. This is a great place to go:)

When I used to work in Plymouth, this was my stop-over on my way back from lunch... I miss Plymouth had was in town for a meeting one morning and stopped by to get usual (granted, I don't think the staff members would have remembered since it's been over 5 years)... Thankfully, I was able to find a parking lot right across the street (2 hours of free parking)... walk in, placed my order.... Venti iced hazelnut Latte with nonfat milk... One thing I have noticed is, no matter where I order this drink, it always tastes different.... I'm not an expert on why, but I can taste subtle difference. I visited during the morning and the place was picking up with folks... parking I'm sure can be challenging during the weekdays... they do offer parking in the back of the building, but it does get full most of the time... Service on the days visit was standard Starbucks service... no outdoor seating, as far as I could tell.

I like this Sbux in DTP. It isn't the warmest or coziest green mermaid store you'll ever set foot in, but it's a good little spot to get your fix. There is a big padded bench across one of the walls with tables and chairs on the other end and some single tables and chairs around the store. The seating is a little cramped for my liking (I am not a fan of community or near-community style tables), so I just get my caffeine to go. The people that work here are friendly, however if you ask them something out of the norm , though totally doable, be prepared for disappointment. I'm not talking cottoncandyredvelvetcrunchcupcake secret menu frappucino out of the norm either.. but whatever. This store has a pretty decent collection of cups/tumblers/mugs and some off-the-wall snacks. Prepackaged olives, anyone? I can't say I ever simultaneously crave a frappucino and some kalamatas, but hey - if you do, they've got you covered! On the flipside, if you see a bag of 'mooncheese' (no, seriously) - do yourself a favor and spend the $5 on these balls of frico goodness. See picture for proof.

The Good: 1. It's Starbucks! 2. Nice enough interior 3. Pleasant views out the big window 4. We always have a nice time going with our friends to catch up! The BAD: 1. Staff is Not very friendly. Mind you, I do not expect you to be my new BFF, BUT, if I say "Thank You" it would be nice to have a response in kind:) Additionally, if I walk up to place my order, a smile and not a blank stare might be nice as well! This is a summary of my experience last night and after mulling it over, I realized that this Starbuck's is typically not that friendly. Most other Starbucks I've been to have been loads friendlier. Kinda disappointing:(

I agree with others.... This is a typical Starbucks, but it is in downtown Plymouth, and sometimes parking stinks. And this cafe gets packed, quickly! My mom and I wanted a warm drink after walking around downtown. She ordered a medium coffee and I had a warm caramel apple cider. I had never had one from Starbucks and it was wonderful! Tasted like apple pie in a mug! Given this place gets so packed, I would come for a to-go drink, but thats about it....

Typical Starbucks in a great location. My only critique is no outdoor seating. This area of Plymouth is a very popular spot to enjoy the central downtown location across from a beautiful park. All the Coffee Shops and Eateries offer outdoor seating, if possible. You'd think Starbucks would be right there with the best. 3 stars for no outdoor seating and I won't be back...

Great atmosphere, really good place to relax and read a book, people watch and just enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea. The staff are friendly and take good care of you. My favorite coffee house in the area, try them and you won't be disappointed.

I travel the US weekly and unfortunately my own hometown Starbucks is the worst I've encountered. The workers are consistently rude and have even refused to serve breakfast food. There are 2 excellent baristas or else this would be a 1 star review. Because this Starbucks is in Downtown Plymouth I will continue to reluctantly get my drinks for my park walk but I cringe every time I walk in.

Okay I love Starbucks. But let me just say that I wouldn't come here. I mean all Starbucks have the same menu so it's not like anything is gonna taste different but service here is just sad It's always crowded here and nobody controls the crowd. There's no place to sit so most of the time ur gonna end up standing somewhere were people get the drinks they ordered or they will just yell at u like you did somthing so bad like u have to get arrested for it. Next, Starbucks has a secret menu where u can order drinks that have a special flavor. First of all they suck and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Like all of my friends ordered off the secret menu and got the Same thing I did. And you can't just say the name of the special drink you ordered. You have to find the ingredients online and say those. That right there is what I call lazy.

This is a great Starbucks for grabbing a quick coffee while walking around downtown plymouth. I always order a mocha latte. The sitting area is very small.

I'm typically with my kids in d-town Plymouth, so if I need a coffee, this is a very convenient place to stop. However, its not convenient if I have the stroller. There are steps to get in the entrance and very crowded to try and get through to place your coffee order. The coffee is typical Starbucks. I think they could have done a better job designing this location, keeping in mind the heavy foot traffic and volume of busy moms with kids in tow trying to get their fix before nap time.

Never going back to the Plymouth location downtown. Rude and unfriendly young dark hair girl waited on me and made a smart remark when I ask for flavor in my coffee. I tried talking to her and she had no personality at all like the staff at Biggbe!!! They are so friendly and always make conversation. They even tell jokes and one girl shook my hand.

This is a good Starbucks. I've had some very productive evenings here! I haven't been blown away by anything in particular, but I've always been satisfied with service and quality. I think the seating is fine, but there is always room for more in my opinion.
