The life of a Barista is a tough one. Having to deal with all those people who haven't had their coffee yet in the morning, in a hurry to get somewhere. Fortunately the people at this Starbucks (like most others) are there with a smile waiting for your order. I was in and out in a flash with my drinks, done right, and a smile on everyones face, including my own.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, and this was after the morning rush. I have consistently received substandard service and service is slow. Today's visit assures that I will never return here again. I was overcharged for soy milk when I asked for skim milk, and it took 15 minutes for a bagel. I watched my bagel get handed off to drive through (the only priority these days- people in drive through) and nobody checked to see why I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes until I had to get the attention of the manager. Starbucks is an awesome franchise and you guys need to shape up or start firing some ineffective workers.

I don't like this location. It's dirty and ghetto inside. The only good this is they do have an outdoor seating area that is nice and I've never seen this at any other starbucks.

Smallish Starbuck's. Tuck away in a strip mall, with outside seating. Many small tables, I think only 1 or 2 comfy chair. I was surprised by the number of high-school kids, many just coming in and taking over a table. I presume many regulars, I got that vibe. Counter people are friendly enough, but they could have spent a little more time cleaning off the tables and such. Not my first choice, but close enough to one of my customers.

This is the worst Starbucks anywhere. After multiple tries, I have given up on this location altogether. Every time I have visited this location, I have found the staff to be confused and disorganized, and the wait excessively long. You are better off going to 8 Mile & Woodward or 13 Mile & Southfield.

This location is close to my office and I love coming here to get my coffee. The staff is friendly and attentive. I feel like I'm the only person there, even though I'm amidst a circus of busy professionals eager to grab their order and run out to work. No matter how busy they are, my order comes out quickly and just as I ordered it. The drive-thru window is convenient and I never wait too long for my drinks there either, even during the morning rush. I typically order the Skinny Vanilla Latte, which is an espresso, steamed nonfat milk, and a sugar-free flavored syrup. A 16oz grande is 120 calories. This keeps me up during the day and satisfies my caffine/Starbucks cravings without consuming my day's worth of calories. The Vanilla Latte is 250 calories and consists of espresso, steamed milk, and vanilla syrup at full fat calorie content. I enjoy the taste of the Skinny and this location is one of my favorites.

My only complaint would be that service is less consistent in the later parts of the day - but I suppose it makes sense that they staff their best folks for the busiest time of their day.

The interior is always clean when I go and it's usually quite. I can get in and out within a couple of minutes. I like that every 12 drinks you get a free beverage or food when you use your registered Starbucks gift card.
