    Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They got my order wrong, they were rude, and the service takes FOREVER. This isn't just one experience either. It is multiple occasions over the past year or so. The only reason I continue to go here is because it's very close to where I work. None of the employees have any sense of urgency whatsoever. Who ever manages this location is simply not doing their job.

    I consider myself a healthy eater. I'd consider myself an ultra healthy eater if I could just stay away from Taco Bell - especially those like the one in Novi - on the way home from the bar. Here's how it works. I eat healthy all day. Small meals. Drink lots of water, workout. Maybe at night I end up at the bar, have a few light beers. I skip the salted nuts and the chicken wings, but sure enough as 1 a.m. rolls around my stomach is rumbling and succumb to the purple glow of the Taco Bell bell. Whether it be the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Cheesy Five Layer Burrito or the Cheesy Empanada, Taco Bell always leaves me satisfied. I've never had a bad experience in four or five trips to this particular Novi Taco Bell, located on Haggerty Road just across from a real Mexican Restaurant that I refuse to try. Therefore, this Taco Bell, like all Taco Bells on my Taco Bell list, earns a five out of five.

    I was in the area and realized I hadn't had anything to eat on my way to Ann Arbor. As I traveled along Haggerty Road looking for a fast food restaurant, I spotted the Taco Bell. Since I hadn't been to an authentic Mexican restaurant in a couple of weeks, I thought it would be fitting to travel 'south of the border' and order up a couple burritos. While none of the staff seemed to have any hint of a Mexican accent, I still took the plunge and placed my order. One of the burritos had potatoes, reminiscent of the most delectable Swedish Potato Sausage I have had from Dearborn Sausage. I readily recognized the chunky potato bits as I ate the burrito and wondered to myself if this is a seasonal offering, or if perhaps it will become one of the standard menu items. We shall see. My memory fails me when I try to recall the name of the other burrito, but it was indeed flavorful and a delight to eat. As I had ordered one of the burritos as a meal deal, I also received tasty nacho chips to dine on. The dining room floor was a little messy, and the windows near the entrance could use some attention. Otherwise, the restaurant was not too bad.

    This is by far the worst taco bell in the area. Since we live close, we used to frequent it at least once a month, but the service is so bad, we don't go here anymore. We received the wrong order at least 50% of the time we went through drive thru and had difficulty getting our freebies on future visits. The last time we went there, we waited 20 minutes after our order. When we went to complain, the manager simply gave us our money back and walked away. There is a taco bell down the road on ten mile and another one at Wixom rd. I would choose one of those locations if you need a fourth meal.

    This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell. Whoever owns this franchise needs to invest in employee and customer service training. After waiting in line for 25 minutes (no way to escape) - our order was wrong and no one even acknowledged an apology for the wait. Will never be returning and will be calling Corporate Headquarters.

    Who hasn't been to Taco Bell. I must first state that my quest for fine Mexican dining along Haggerty Rd. isn't going to be resolved by fast food. Disclaimer aside, this locale has been recently remodeled and looks nearly as nice as the Across the Border on the other side of Haggerty! The restaurant has been well-managed for some time with a clean dining experience, a friendlier-than-usual crew, and prompt drive-thru service. (Haggerty Man feeds 6-8 people at a time, so he knows; even if you're trapped behind my massive order, you won't wait too long here.) Finally, I'll add that the new, health-conscious menu is good enough that I now have something steady to order from the menu, rather than rotating through a few stand-bys which leave me with a poor aftertaste no matter how much I hope for an improvement.

    Here's an amazing factoid about this Taco Bell: A couple of years ago, instead of refurbishing the existing building, they razed it and a brand new Taco Bell was standing in its place less than two months later. I try not to visit here too often, because I know it's not healthy, but sometimes, ya just gotta have Taco Bell. Tonight was one of those nights. I tried the Pacific Shrimp burrito and was pleasantly surprised with how flavorful (not just hot) it was. Maybe it's because of the yummy Fire Roasted sauce I added. It's a relatively new sauce and I love it! I even added it to my Fiesta Potatoes - yum! Most Taco Bells I've been to are hit or miss about order accuracy and service quality. This one is consistently good.

    It's amazing to me how some people are allowed to work a register, if your in a hurry don't expect to be in and out here, nobody ever seems to be in a rush here every. But as everybody knows its unhealthy food and a guilty late night pleasure for most that tends to hit the spot

    Ya can't beat Taco Bell for price, selection and freshness. It's not real yummie Mexican food but it's yummie and inexpensive. Wish they would bring back the CHILI CHEESE BURRITO, gota drive to Grayling to get em now.

    I lived in Novi 2 years and this was my local TB. I have been to a lot of Taco Bells in many different states and I must say this location is great. Always use the drive through and they ALWAYS got my order right. Can't say that about other locations I have been to in the past. The young girls working the drive through were always super nice too. Good job Taco Bell!

    I've waited like 5-10 minutes at the drive thru pick up window. That is, after I've already ordered and paid for my food and was just sitting outside of the window waiting for food. This happened TWICE. That's ridiculous. They also forgot something in my order. And the food was cold. They need to get their act together.

    Where do I begin? I went there over the memorial wknd. @ midnight. There were about 10 cars in line. I was surprised how slow the line was moving until I found out why. I get to the speaker and a very RUDE girl mumbles to me. I asked her three times to repeat herself and she screams at me. "WE HAVE NO BEEF, YA KNOW, COW". I was shocked to be spoken to that way. So all these People who have been in the drive thru line has to make other choices. WHY there was no sign, or something so People wouldnt waste a half hr in line is beyond me. I tried to order something else, she said we dont have enough quanity. The whole think was awful. I have had too many bad experiences at this location. Im done!!

    Can't say much about this Taco Bell. Breakfast was pretty sloppily put together and fell apart on me, but tasted fine. Staff was friendly enough. I probably would've kept going north to another Taco Bell I typically hit up if I'd known it'd be like this, but this'll do.
