Great place. Their tuna sandwich is my favorite. My bf loves their gargantuan sandwich. The jimmy john chips are yummy as well. I just wish they had a chicken option.

I'm going to start this out by saying, 1/2 the time they are awesome. Then there's the other half that you get completely ripped off. I always order extra lettuce, mayo and mustard. Half the time it's an awesome sandwich. The other times it's completely void of anything I requested. I'm not one to complain often, but their sandwiches are $8 almost,... I kind of have high expectations for an $8 sandwich I could make myself in a matter of minutes if I wanted. So that's why they get the three instead of a four, is because this staff isn't very attentive to their customers orders. Especially when you find out they're not that busy when you ordered.

Great customer service. The owner went above and beyond to correct a mistake with our order. He just took over this location in January and is the nicest guy. His sincerity to make things right was very much appreciated :)

Clean place and well meaning staff. However, I never go here anymore because they always get my order wrong. I always get the veggie sub the same way: no sprouts or tomato. Well the last two times I went they proceeded to put every thing on my Sub even when my receipt said otherwise. I actually had one of the girls making my sandwich look me in the eye and say "no sprouts, right?" And then proceed to PUT SPROUTS ON IT. I will never go back here unfortunately.

Downgraded from a 4, but that is mostly due to the franchises policies not this particular location. This location is always clean, always fast, always good. I gripe a little because they don't update their website to say that the beach club sandwich no longer has sprouts and I love sprouts - its the whole reason I get the beach club. As a poster mentioned below their speed often comes at a price - it's not uncommon to receive a wrong order, or get a sandwich with items on/not on it that you don't expect, that sort of thing. Their employees just can't reprogram their brains to accommodate changes in the menu for you - and who can blame them, I sympathize. The biggest frustration is their pricing. As it has gone up, it makes it harder and harder to go there. Especially since the delivery pricing is completely different (more expensive) yet I've never actually seen those prices posted, so it's pretty shocking when you get 2 sandwiches and some chips, and with tip its over $30. There's too much good food out there to be spending that at Jimmy Johns. If you can't live without their food though, and it can seem addicting sometimes, this is a solid location.
