3 stars is all I can give. The orders are a bit late, not the usual pace and I am so disappointed about it. Food was too different than the usual. I am promised to have extra cheesy and extra sized pizza but what came to me was a small one. Well, I guess there's a bad day and there's a good day. And this day? Definitely a bad day for me.

Granted this is not the best pizza place in the area, but there is a way to get a decent deal from them. It worked like a charm in my college days. No coupon needed. Order a really strange combo and arrive a half hour before closing. Try to order a cheese pizza and the manager will offer you this loaded pizza for the same price, or maybe a discount. Unethical? Sure, but when you're on a tight budget where would you rather spend your money? Illich didn't go broke selling pizza and neither will these3 guys.

good pizza, but there was one issue, they made a bbq pizza with regular sauce. That is a bit of an issue to any pizza fanatic, still good but as a customer I feel we don't have too much room when it comes to flavor expected and given. So make sure you emphasize the importance of your bbq sauce here all.

This the third time we've ordered pizza from here and each time has been good it's been hot and tasty as well as the breadsticks and salad. The salad had fresh lettuce. The only bad part is we waited about an hour for delivery but nothing else to complain about

Pizza was great! My boyfriend and I order a round pizza and cinnamon sticks. Took about 15-20 mins and the delivery guy was nice and the pizza was hot. I hope people remember it's not easy being a delivery guy/gal and tipping is always appreciated.

Horrible pizza, the crust was frozen. I know this because I saw the employees making the pizzas with a frozen slab of dough. It was mainly greasy cheese with little sauce. I got the pizza for free thankfully but I still regret even eating it.

Ordered Cottage Inn for delivery. Came in time estimated. Good pizza. No problems, but average. Probably order again.

After ordering my Pizza, a cheese and pepperoni. What i received was a cheese pizza. I called up and the the Manager Arron said he confirmed the cheese pizza with me twice, not true. Then he went on to say "Next time order the right pizza." and hung up on me. When I called back he continued to be rude and nasty, and would not apologize for his comment. Never order again!

Cottage Inn used to be our go-to pizza place - but the past 3 times, our order has been incorrect and we have gotten raw dough and inconsistent quality. Won't be going back.

Tonight I wanted Pizza. I had to have Pizza. I literally craved Pizza. And It had to be Cottage Inn Pizza. So what to do? Duh I found some old coupons made a decision and drove to the closest location to me. Meadowbrook Rd NOVI location is only 4-5miles away. I have not been there in several months perhaps more. But like all good Pizza joints they normally do not change much. Usually you will always get good prices, good variety, good food, and good service. I guess it was not meant to be. I'm Angry, Mad, Hungry, Upset. Here is a sample of what I wrote to Cottage Inn Corporate about the location as my hands are feeling tired from rewriting everything: "Hello tonight I went to the Meadowbrook NOVI Cottage Inn to order 2 Large Pizzas. I paid the $18 for a double deal thinking I had received a good deal. What did I get, Terrible Service and Wrong Topping to boot. I wanted Sausage & Mushroom and instead they gave me Beef. Which by the way does not even Look Like Beef it looks like tiny droppings or something else. I took my Pizzas back into the store and Asked what happened to the Sausage. The counter guy said that is the sausage, I said the ticket says Beef and what's on my Pizza is not Sausage. Second is I ordered Larges. They gave me 14" Pizzas which USED TO BE the MEDIUM Size. The guy told me Its been this way for 4 YEARS. I'm Not Stupid, I've ordered Larges from there and received 16 inch pies before. The service at the Novi location tonight is terrible. I cannot see myself going back there anytime soon. When I got home I tried to call that location and tried to talk to a Manager. I told my issue to the alleged Manager who further argued with me. He did not make any effort to help or assist. HE even told me the guy I talked to about the Wrong Topping and Size problem was the Owner of that location. If that guy was the Owner he definitely did not act like one. The manager did not act like a manager. Cottage Inn Corporate needs to make a serious change to that Location." Yeah That's it in a nutshell. I had to have my Cottage Inn fix and what did i get? Crappy Sub-par service, the Wrong Topping, and something that's Borderline Bait & Switch. I REALLY REALLY REALLY Hate it when a Server or other Worker at said Eatery tells me this -- "It's Always Been that Way." or "I've worked here for X years and We've never done That before." Wanna know something? I AM NOT STUPID. I'm one of those people who go to a Restaurant 20-30 times when I find something I like. I remember stuff on Menus. I remember how Food comes to me Once or Twice or Three times and then I start to Expect that's the Way it should always be presented. If I order BBQ Ribs 100 times over the course of a Year and Every time those Ribs are Large Meaty Ribs slathered in Spicy Sauce. Then The one day that they Give me Small Babyback style Ribs in some Sweet & Sour Sauce, I know that something Is Wrong. I remember when the Large Pizza Used to be 16" and the Medium Pizza USED to be 14". Don't Tell me that you guys ALWAYS had 14" Large Pizzas. Ok Enough of my Rant. I'm still Angry. I'm still Hungry. It's Still Pizza.

Overall, aweful experience. Mainly because the Novi store doesn't know how to manage their time or employees. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order or innstix at 8:56pm. The conformation email said the order was completed at 9:42pm. (Normally, I wouldn't be complaining if this were a weekend, but it was a Monday night.) I called up the store at 10pm to make sure my order was actually on it's way, the guy on the phone said they had 3 orders on my street and were delivering them all at the same time, not to worry, they should be there any moment. 20 minutes later, our pizza finally arrives, the delivery guy doesn't even count the money we give him and ends up getting honked at by someone in the parking lot for leaving his car in the middle of the street. Once we actually started to eat the pizza and innstix, the bottom of the pizza is soggy and the breadsticks are really brown on one side and normal on the other. It's a shame since I have previously recomended this location to many friends, but the last few times have been terrible. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this store, nor will I recomend it to anyone.
