B dubs..... Everyone's favorite. Can never go wrong with chicken wings. Try the Parmesan Gaelic boneless wings. It's not to spicy and it's not to sweet.. It's just right!!!

If you don't mind waiting at least 45 mins to sit in a largely over populated seating area to eat pre frozen chicken bits then this is the place to be... Mediocre food ... The only thing legit or enjoyable about this resturaunt is the sauce... Plain and simple... And guess what.... You can buy it there. So... Do yourself a favor, buy the sauce and go make it yourself at home... Your stomach and wallet will thank you. Not a fan ...

60cent boneless wings Thursday. Can't go wrong with that.

I don't know what it is. Maybe it's that I'm a man, and as a man, I've got a soft spot for frozen chicken wings deep fried and slathered in hot sauce... Or many types of hot sauce. And bleu cheese dressing. And beer... Whatever the reason(s), this place hits the spot when I've got a craving for all things bad for you. Thankfully, the little celery sticks they provide make me feel a little less like a fatso. Thanks for that. It was just what I needed after 44 ounces of beer and thoughtless chicken-o-cide. Spicy, delicious chicken-o-cide.

I have yet to go to a BWW and not enjoy it. Stella and Guinness and plenty of others on tap. I'm always a fan of the parm garlic mushrooms and a black and bleu burger with fries. I've had wings a few times but I'm just never impressed by them. The shrimp app is pretty good also.

Always have a good experience when I come here. The food is always fresh, and the servers do a good job making sure the beverage is always filled. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly too.

MMMM.... B-dubs. So delicious. You can't go wrong here. Party like a rock star while you enjoy the game and indulge in some NTN/Buzztime trivia too. drink up me hardies! 5 stars.

How can one not enjoy BW3? It must be a crime! I've been a couple times and everytime it's packed, which is a good sign. It's also located near an indoor putt putt place, a movie theatre, and stores so it's a popular place to eat. GREAT FOR GROUPS: I've been here with a large group every time. If you can snag a table in the bar that's the best or a large table near a TV to catch a sports game. GREAT FOR GAMES: In addition to groups, it's a great place for watching a game! You can eat delicious wings, have great drinks and the TVs are there for you to enjoy. GREAT FOR FOOD & DRINKS: It's like any other BW3 so the wings and fries are delicious! They have awesome drinks as well. The list of sauce choices for your wings is long as well which is great if you don't like too spicy or if you prefer your mouth on fire. MMmmmm...

  • Rob F.

Yeah, I mean what can you say, really. It's pretty much exactly like any other BW3. Decent wings (well, ok, the sauces are good, the wings...not so much), lots of beers, and a zillion TVs. It feels a little more spacious than other B-dubs I've visited, so that's a plus, but the parking is worse, since the mall parking lot is usually crazy-crowded (if you go on an evening or weekend). The service is usually pretty good, though, even when crowded. We go back for the wings, Buzztime trivia and free WiFi. My wife digs the Buffalitos, and I'm into the wedge fries. We'll keep going, but it's more out of habit than anything.

This place is the #1 choice for dinner amongst the 10 and under crowd in my house. We always sit in the bar area ( it just seems more lively when the game is on). The food can be a bit slow to arrive even when they don't seem busy ( maybe that's how they get the customers to drink more beer). Speaking of beer, they of course have many on draft and in the bottle. I've been a dedicated patron of BWW since my days as an MSU student. The tradition lives on!

Definitely a fan of b-dubs. Been to this particular location a handful of times now and it never disappoints. Loved this italian burger they had as a special back at the beginning of 2013, it had mozzarella sticks in it and it was delicious, I like the daddy burger too as this is the only place on my travels through the states that I've found their pulled pork isn't doused in bbq sauce! And I added a spicy wing sauce to my burger instead of the honey bbq one it says on the menu. The sides are good, the appetizers are good. I like the atmosphere and layout of the place. Most of all I love the buzz game! I think it's a brilliant idea in a bar like this as you wait for your food, which at bdubs can be over 25 minutes at the best of times. I somehow always get there at the exact time the sports questions are on...haha not good! Im more for the movies, fashion and celeb questions! Would love this chain to open up some spots in Ireland, it would go down a treat especially with that buzz game. Drink and food in Ireland...come on its a win win situation for this chain haha!

Best wings in town. Consistently good and of course LOTS of sauces and now rubs. Great place to watch sports. Service is consistently good. Its much easier to sit in the bar than the restaurant/family area - during busy times, there is a wait. I have tried a few other items, but nothing compares to the wings. Those that do not like wings are going to struggle finding something decent. They do seem to try a number of things to gain some interest - "prime rib sliders" ; "flat bread pizza", etc. Very limited menu for vegetarians. Decent kids menu. There are limited beer specials. Draft beers are kinda expensive compared to other establishments around. I recently learned that Beer of the Month is not even discounted - which I thought was odd - its just "featured". Beer, wings, sports, usually means female servers, but don't be surprised by men working the tables and bar. At least they are not sexist. Bottom Line: Great place for watching sports, eating wings and drinking beer.

Came here on a Saturday night. They didnt have at least 75% of the beers they had on menu, not even any of the Michigan beers. Very dissapointing. Youd think of all places, Bdubs would be a safe choice for alcohol but not this spot

  • Neil P.

Love the location as its in a happening complex along with other bars/restraints! Miss when they accepted the lunch punch cards though? Feel like I can go somewhere else for lunch and get something more in return for frequently going in but def worth a visit on the weekend/late night!

I have come here every time with a group of my friends. We order the fried pickles, corn dogs, I always order the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it's always on point. The customer service is great. Chuck was our waiter. He was amazing he was helpful with trying out different beer options. I wanted to try out the Samuel Adams White Cherry and he was so kind to bring me out a sample. I am very happy with the service and I will continue to come back all the time.

After having two horrible experiences the last two times, I felt it was time to update my review. After going to the Tiger's game this year, there was a promotion that if the Tigers scored at least 6 runs, then you could buy six wings and get another six free. We had four tickets, so we thought this would be a great deal. There were no rules or regulations that were clearly posted, so we called that night to ask if we could do this deal with carryout. The girl on the phone said yes and we decided to have a family dinner in the middle of the week and take advantage of the promotion. A few days later, we called back and ordered the wings and told them about the promotion. The lady that answered was extremely rude, saying that it was a dine in only option. After my wife told her what was said the few days before by their staff, she said she didn't care and that the promotion would not be honored. After my wife hung up, we called back and talked to a manager. After arguing with him for a few minutes, he gave the ole, this one time we will do it, but not next time. We took a long break from ordering from this location, because of this rude experience. More recently, we were coming home from Brighton and decided to phone ahead, so that the wings would be ready when we pulled into the parking lot. Greeted rudely from the get go with a, "what do you want?" We were then put on hold. 7 minutes later, we decided that we were not going to get wings from them, but we wanted to see how long it would take. Over 10 minutes later, we were taken off hold. We asked to speak to a manager. When Kevin, the manager, got on the phone, we told him about our problem. He said he would talk to the girls and that he could take our order now. Completely frustrated we told him they will not be getting our business and he said, "okay bye". The customer service and management at this location is atrocious. I am dumbfounded that a manager would not be more concerned about rectifying a terrible experience. We will definitely not be returning to this location any time soon. Maybe they need to think about cleaning house of both the people answering the phone and the management. Update: After voicing our complaint, not once, but twice on the website, we were never contacted by anyone from corporate. It is obvious that Buffalo Wild Wings cares very little about keeping their customers. Although we frequented this establishment since the location opened in Novi, we will never visit this one or another BWW again. We definitely do not feel a loss at this decision.

There are few things I dislike in life more than a rude, spineless server or manager. What happened to giving your customers what they want? This is the only B-dubs I've been to that won't give you 2 sauces on an 8 pc, don't include a drink with the lunch combo (hense the combo part), and upcharge for EVERYTHING! Save yourself some money and drive 5 miles to another B-dubs.

Golden tee was great. Beer tasted amazing. Service was god awful. Kyle. You suck. Don't be a jerk to your customers just because it is 45 minutes to close. We were five servers from other restaurants and we would have hooked you up with a fat tip, but you were an a$$hole. We know what the industry is like, and are very disappointed in the way you served us. It was my birthday you jack ass.

Usually love going to Bdubs, but not this location! Horrible service both times I visited this week. Same server both days, she was slow, unfriendly, and didn't smile once. Took her 30 minutes to swipe my credit card. The place wasn't even busy either. Second visit the same server charger our table with a 6+ person group gratuity charge because we knew the people sitting next to us, but we weren't together. I asked for the manager, he rudely came over and told us the extra charge was staying, even though our receipt said 5 guests. Food was bland, and extra charges for ranch and even dry carrot sticks. Certainly won't be going back to this Bdubs!

I've started going here now that the boobie joint nearby shut down. I prefer going to the one in Novi because my experiences at the one on 6 Mile have been horrible and I refuse to go back there lest I see the nasty witch of a waitress I had to deal with last time. Anyway, I try to go around 8:00 or later to avoid the crowd and I always head for the back where the high tops are. This time the place was really crowded, with families and little kids, so I thought, "I'll get a spot at the bar". Our bartender was great, very attentive, efficient and friendly. About 5 minutes into my drink, two mothers and their very young children (probably about 6 and 7 years old) plopped down right next to us. At the bar. Children. So there I am downing my alcoholic beverage, while they are drinking from sippy cups. There is just something wrong with this picture. The kids kept running back and forth from the bar to the game machines and couldn't sit still when they were on the stools. The moms were totally oblivious of course. I really think there should be a policy about not allowing children to sit at the bar. The whole restaurant is pretty much a free for all for families with kids. Could you please just allow the bar to be child-free? Not everyone enjoys being around your kids people. I think you should be of drinking age to sit at the bar.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst BWW EVER! I have been living in Kalamazoo for over a year now and from the first day ive came here its been TERRIBLEEEEEE service, i have yet been able to have a good experience. I live on campus which is 1 mile from the restaurant but I would much rather drive 17 miles to Battle Creek than to EVER step foot in that place again. The last straw was for my birthday coupon (that i could only use at that location) I call in advance to make sure i can use it and then once i get there the manager tells me I can NOT use it. So at this point I do not get the joke and will start to only eat from Wings Ect. on 9th street in Kalamazoo across from WalMart. Do not waste your money there.. I absolutely love buffalo wild wings but that location is so ignorant and horrible i am forced to eat elsewhere!

Was denied service here because the "manager" decided that I wasn't a legal guardian for my two little sisters. He asked me to go home, get the legal documents and then come back to eat. Why would you put up a sign asking for a legal guardian but then require all the papers from court to service someone. We will no longer visit this franchise.

The wings are so good and i am a major fan of the wedges. Service is always fast and friendly. Stop in after a movie or just stop in for a meal. Yum Yum

This has to be one or the worst bdubs I have ever been to. There have been countless times that the service has been terrible and food has not been prepared well.

I typically try not to rate well established corporate chains. I will post on this location simply for the fact it's hands down the most consists, and best quality I've had. From the downtown Ypsilanti bdubs circa 2004 in my college days, over to Ann Arbor / MSU, to the Warren MI and most recently opened Troy spot. Over the years bdubs has run amok with teens and family's, so I avoid lunch and dinner prime times. I order traditional wings, all flat (no drums), wet (extra sauce) and break them into groups of six per sauce. Yum!

I went here with my 5 kids and the service was outstanding!! The food was fast and good. The salad was okay but everything else was perfect. But truly they have the best servers!!

Decently priced chicken wings and there's always a large serving of whatever you choose to order. Try the fried pickles, best I've had in this town.

We like to go in and play trivia and watch games. I love college football season, when there is a game on every TV. The food is ok. They have a large selection. Our experience is usually just a few beers and some sports. The service here is pretty good.

  • Erin V.

We all know about B-Dubs. Lots of TVs, high energy, decent selection of brews. Don't forget about the wings: deep fried, and doused in the sauce(s) of your choosing. Don't worry, it comes with carrot and celery sticks, so it's somewhat healthy... This is where I go to have fun for MSU sporting games. I don't care about eating healthy, and I most certainly don't care if I drink before noon (game days only, I do have some standards!). Bring on the wings, IPAs, and Spartans!

I normally don't give bad reviews to any restaurant and usually love going to BWW, but not this location anymore! I used to be going there with friends for the last 4.5 yrs...but recently things have changed.... Horrible service when I visited this last week. KIMBERLY W was slow, unfriendly,0 for customer service, attitude driven (don't work in customer service if you have to show all that attitude) and didn't smile once. Took her 30 minutes to swipe my credit card. The place was pretty empty and still the service was horrible ....our table was charged with a 6+ person group gratuity charge although we were 4 and 2 kids in which one was 9 months old and didn't even eat anything.I asked for the manager, he rudely came over and told us the extra charge was staying, even though our receipt said guests. Food was bland, and extra charges for ranch and even dry carrot sticks. Certainly won't be going back to this Bdubs!

We feel like the liquor commission when we go to this particular location of B-dubs - we're in our 30s, and I swear to God we are the oldest people in there!! Not to mention that I'm babysitting the kids of the people sitting all around me, deep in conversation and wing-eating and ignoring their child running around the table. grrrr B-dubs food is B-dubs food. If you like it at other locations, you'll like it here. But be prepared for long waits and large crowds... and don't forget to charge that table next to you $7/hr for taking care of their kid!

  • Andrea P.

Ate here this past Saturday, before heading to the Emagine movie theater. When we arrived, the place was packed!! We were given a 20-25 min wait but were actually seated in about 10 min. Overall, there is nothing fancy about Bdubs, but that's why I like it! It's clean and offers cheap bar food and drinks and is a good place to catch up on college football games.

    (3)
  • Steve M.

Went there with the family after a movie. I had the traditional wings, which were good. My wife and daughter both had the boneless wings which neither of them liked. My wife sent hers back. The boneless wings consisted of 50% breading and 50% meat. The service was good. The food took longer than it should and the place was really loud.
