The service at this Boston Market is too of the line. They want to walk your food out to your table for you. That really impressed me. The food is great as well. All of my meal was hot and fresh from start to finish. The only reason I took the star off for was the price. Boston Market is over priced. I'm sure me pointing this out won't do anything about that. Just so you know in the future. The prices are a little high for a lunch time meal. You will truly enjoy this Boston Market though.

Well where to start, first of all we were not greeted like they usually do, then when we were greeted she acting like she did not want to wait on us, we watched some discrimination going on also. They serve the food which would be nice if they could keep up as they set the food aside while they seat others and the food gets cold while waiting. The line was getting longer and longer and a few of the employees disappeared. terrible service food dry and seems like it sat for sometime and dried out. Chicken was the only fresh item.

I cannot believe how nicely I was treated on my recent visit. I was warmly greeted, served my food on real dishes and complimented by the cashier. I was asked during my meal how my food was. After my meal my plate was whisked away before I could find the trash can to bus my own tray. I don't think I have been treated so wonderfully at the finest restaurant I've ever been to. Wondering how the employes are motivated to do well.

Boston Market offers wholesome food at a good price. While the fare may not be low-fat, it is nutritious. We usually order to go, but eat-in service is good and the food is served on real plates, which is a step up from the typical fast food joint.

Tried the new Tuscany rotisserie chicken this trip to Boston Market in Novi. Totally delicious as was the sweet potato casserole. Kid's meal portions got even smaller so it was good I got a half chicken to share. Prices still border on high for what you get, but it's still worth the shop every once in awhile.
