    I just had the worst pineapple and ham pizza delivered from this location. The guy that answered the phone was rude and sounded angry. When I got it delivered ($3 charge, even if I'm less than 1/2 a mile from their location) I called to complain that there was hardly any pineapple and ham on the pizza. I requested to speak to the manager and the same disdainful guy told me he was the manager, then tried to convince me that the ingredients were under the cheese because that's how they do a double cheese pizza (I didn't even order a double cheese). BTW: that wasn't true and in addition it tasted like cheap chewy cheese. It is a pity because I used to love primo's pizza. I guess I'll order from other locations from now on.

    Primo's is... Well what can I say???? The world's best pizza!! Specially when I am located in a part of the world called Michigan. I totally love the primo's extra large special. And, on the back of the menu, that they give you! Is always a couple for $3.00 off a extra large pizza. Ask for the coupon, before you pay so you can use it! So.... make sure that you use it on your extra large pizza with that coupon!!! My fav is, The Special, Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Mushrooms, Green Pepper, Bacon and Onions!! Yummy for the tummy!!! Cost for extra large is $23.58 with using the $3.00 off coupon, it's only $20.58!! And, it is well worth the cost!! Or, if you really hate spending that much on a pizza. You can always spot a spinning sign guy/girl close by! Spinning their way to happiness, to warn (oops advise!!) you with the $5.00 old but ready to go, stop in pizza! (I am almost 95% sure that those are the , Sam's club pizza's. Which by the way is really even cheaper if you do pick it up at Sam's club!!) AND, If you pick it up at Sam's club, it's frozen. You can keep it in the freezer until you want to have it. And, it's even fresher and cheaper this way!!

    Great place to grab some carryout. Pizza sauce is good, the crust is the best. Good amount of cheese and toppings. Thus far, best pizza joint in Novi in my opinion.

    Pizza is tasty and flavorful. Much more this nearby competition. But the hidden treasure is the rib snack. I rate it higher than some fancy restaurants. And when I want something different and satisfying for the fam, spaghetti. I'm a regular there and keep coming back.

    Oooooh Boy. Here goes the first negative review for this place on Yelp. Check out their Google reviews tho, I am definately not alone in what I am about to say. Lets start by saying that I like their pizza quite a bit! And their fried chicken, though salty, is really very good. Too bad that in order to get this food, youre going to have to deal with the sleeping dragon in front of the castle, so to say. Buried within the walls of this pizza walhalla we have one hell of a PMSing, crabby, unpleasant, rude beeyotch. Not just once, nooooooo....e-v-e-r-y time! Last time I placed a phone order she had me blowing steam out of my ears. We actually called back, cancelled the order and went to the 7mile & farmington location instead. This figure has got to be related to the owner somehow, there is no way this type of behaviour would be tolerated by anyone else without a soft spot in their heart for dear little daughter/sis/niece. Customer service is an absolute zero. Tastiness of food a solid 3.5-4 stars. What a shame.

    The best thing at primos, well, their pepperonis. They use those little, thicker cut pepperonis that curl up around the edges when they cook, creating tasty little hot tubs of pepperoni grease. Some might get grossed out by this but you know it tastes so good!!! Their deep dish slices are awesome and their normal round pizzas are thin and tasty. They don't do flavored crusts but do order the garlic cheese dipping sauce for your breadsticks or crusts. Can't go wrong with the chicken, either. Perfect for a family get together without breaking the bank.
