I've only been to a Noodles & Co one other time and I had a salad that time. I don't recall if I enjoyed it or not. Today I had an appointment in the area and had a little time to kill beforehand and was hungry. I stopped in and perused the menu a bit and decided to try the Japanese Pan Noodles. It was rice noodles worth Asian veggies and grilled chicken. I enjoy that they bring the food out to you but also make it clear that they buss your table and do not accept tips. That's a pleasant change! My noodles were very tasty and everything was hot and fresh. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly. The restaurant was clean and I observed a gentleman cleaning the entire time i was there. I will definitely be trying the location closer to my house in the future.

Used to come here a lot during lunch. This was my 4th time here. Never had this bad a food. The first time.. Everything was undercooked. They were glad to replace it and redo it. Second serving.. The second one came after 15 mins. A burnt broccolli in my mouth made me look for others and turns out all the veggies were burnt at some level with the carbn sticking on top of them.. Its good behaviour to come and ask about the second serving, but its a whole different story scream near me ear the same question 4 times. Embarrassing ! Last dollar here..

Have I really never reviewed this Noodles location? I come here all the time with my parents. I'm bummed that they've now changed my whole grain Tuscan linguine (they got rid of the pasta fresca dish and combined it with this one, it seemed) but oh well. On my last visit I got the Montamore cheese dish, which is super rich but also very yummy. The staff is usually pleasant and the restaurant is clean. This is one of my favorite Noodles locations in the area, though I live closer to the Troy ones.

I haven't been to a Noodles and Co since college and the menu has changed to be more Asian inspired than what I remember. I got the Singapore Peanut Saute with Grilled Chicken and it was pretty tasty but very spicy! I wolfed it down nonetheless. The only downside to this location is that it's very noisy and the tables are bussed pretty slowly. Other than that - it's a great place for a quick fix of noodles.

My hotel was across the street and I was walking around and this caught my eye. I looked at the prices from the menu outside and decided to walk in. The first thing you think about when you hear Noodles is Asian food. I was the only Asian guy in the restaurant which felt odd. I'm not from the area and never heard of a Wisconsin macaroni with meatballs so I decided to go with that. I've eaten alot of noodles in the west coast and wanted something different. Sat down and was brought my order and the portions were big but the meatballs were disappointing. They were small and I like my meatballs big :o). Service was pretty good but there's always area's of improvement. Like smiling?

I tried for the first time and it wasn't bad, except the chicken on my noodles seemed frozen, not fresh. When placing the order, the cashier asks do you want napkins, silverware, etc.I say yes to all. None in bag. When my order was ready and a server gave it to me, her reaction was she was waiting for me to tip her for the carryout. I dont mind doing that, but I dont like it when they expect it.

We stopped for a quick bite. My son and I shared a meal because we weren't very hungry. Our single meal cost nearly $15.00. It was bland, and looked as unappetizing as it tasted. The service was ok but unenthusiastic. The staff didn't seem very happy to be there. I'm shocked that this place stays in business. I will not return.

Great variety on the menu. It does get quite busy and I sometimes have trouble finding a table. They will bring your order to you so all you have to do is get your fountain drink from the super soda vending machine. After your meal they will clear the table for you.

stopped by and got a salad this week. its the worst i've ever gotten here. in the past i have had mental complaints-dirty floors, food preps wiping their nose or touching their hair without hand washing. but the salad greens were disgusting. over half were in the rotting stage, limp, turned to mush. it was take out and i didn't open it till i got home other wise i would have returned it. don't know why the prep person gave me two small containers of dressing. each had only about a third of what the container would hold. that's waste for the owner. this is the last straw, i will not return to this slovenly run place again. its just too low quality and mismanaged a place. doubt the owner steps into this place once a month

I am hooked on Japanese pan noodles. Try as I might to break away and sample something else off the menu I can't pass on the glazed udon noodles. I don't come here for authentic Japanese cuisine I come here for those sweet, spicy noodles with tofu. My only knock is that it's a little pricey. I have consistently gotten great service and correct orders at this store.

Great variety of dishes, easy to watch your calories if you're so inclined. The staff are friendly. Service is quick and no tips are accepted. I'm so used to seeing the superfluous tip jars at other places, so it's nice to get great service despite the no gratuity policy. Quality is always consistent here.

Its good for a change from burgers, burritos, or sub shops. A tad price for noodles and sauce. I get the mac and cheese. They seem to skimp on the sauce. I always have to ask for extra. Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. I recommend adding the chicken to it. Much more filling and satisfying. Parking can be hard to get.

I came here near closing time and ordered the Mac & Cheese with meat balls. Meatballs were dry, the mac & cheese was ok. Everyone else seems to like it so I'll probably give it another try. The real problem with my order was the dry, room temperature meatballs. They were kind of gross after thinking about it. I went the other day to pick up a take out order and got a cashier that was going through teenage angst. You know the kind, monotone voice with an 'I hate everything' look on her face and just a hint of bitchyness in her attitude. Maybe high schools should add Customer Service to their curriculum.

I'm a fan of noodles and company but my first impression of this location is that the staff hates their jobs and it shows. I mentioned it to my husband and he said he was thinking the same thing. No smiles, no friendliness, no thank you, nothing. The young girl that brought out our food had a frown on her face as she told us in a monotone voice that they will clear our table and do not accept tips. Depressing! Other than the unhappy employees, the pesto cavatappi and Bangkok curry are my favorite. If you are okay with getting your food with a frown, than this is a good place to eat.

YUM! I have never dined in but the Caesar chicken salad is lovely and fresh. This is most certainly my favorite item. I have ordered take out over a dozen times. Never a disappointment. If I request extra dressing, it's in there. If I request extra napkins, it's in there.... So far so good. Must be under new management as I had been here several years ago never to return since the food was too bland at that time. My my things have changed for the better!

As per usual this Noodles did a great job. They did not stray from their corporate chain protocol and the staff was enthusiastic. I think they asked me just the right number of times if I needed anything, it was borderline annoying but maybe that's just because it was the last stop on the way home after traveling all day.

When we drove up to Noodles, I remembered that I had been there before and was not too impressed. I figured after reading the majority of the positive YELP reviews I'd give it another try. The Chinese Chopped Salad with the Tomato Bisque Soup was good, but I was really expecting a bigger salad as it comes as a main dish. It was very good, but came out more as a side side salad to me. The soup was a good add on for $1, but again it was not a lot of soup. My wife had the Mac & Cheese main dish with the Tomato Bisque soup as well. I asked for some crackers and when they were delivered we got 2 packs of 2 crackers for 2 soups. The Mac & Cheese was very good and kind of stick to your ribs thick. The service was OK once the employees got down to business, but they seemed to be more concerned with entertaining each other before they took care of the customer. The noise level was a little high and there really weren't a lot of people in there with us. It might have been the employees playing around more than the customers. To wrap it up: The food was good. The quantity was a little small. The service was distracted. I think we can do better at some of the other numerous places in the area. Sorry fellow Yelpers. A gift of 2 stars for N & C and I probably won't be back...

Yum! If this Noodles was closer to my house I'd go to it all the time! I got my usual Med sandwich with no mushrooms. The girl at the register was super friendly, but not in the fake way. She didn't even give me a number, which I was worried about, but she remembered my order and brought it out to my promptly. The bread was SO GOOD here! Usually it's just soft bread, but this one was grilled or something and it was a little crispy. They put lots of veggies and sauce on it, with the perfect amount of feta. One of the managers even came by to ask how my meal was - which I always appreciate. It's just unfortunate that I live so far away :(

Nope. Garbage. I waited 20 minutes for a Pad Thai order that cost me 15 bucks. It was hot, but flavorless. I was eating hot wet flavorless noodles for 15 bucks. I'm not going back here.

I really liked the friendliness of the cashier, he greeted us in a polite and cheerful manner. The food is above descent, but not something that has gourmet chefs and such. In their pad thai, they have this chicken, and it's AMAZING!!! The noodles themselves are passable. The food seems a little over priced, but don't buy and extra salads or soups, because even one seemingly small meal is VERY filling.

The food is always great here, and I've never had a bad experience before today, so that is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star. I placed an order to go, and as I stood waiting, I watched them drop a piece of flat bread on the ground, and pick it up off the floor, and then place into someone's order. I was shocked, because that is a pretty basic and common sense rule in the food industry. I watched them very closely making my order, and saw no issues, but who knows what happens behind closed doors here, when they're willing to make such an awful mistake literally right in front of customers. I won't be coming back based on what I saw today, because I can't trust them to make my food in a sanitary environment.

There have been points in my life that I would dine here 10 times a month. So, I have some experience with Noodles, and this location in particular. And I've had many of the items on the menu. My favorites are: * Spaghetti and meatballs - Five sizable meatballs and delicious pasta will make you want to sing that old Boy Scout song... On top of spaghetti all covered with cheese... * Mac and cheese - A mound of cheese melted on top of elbow pasta. There is just something special about this dish. * Pad thai - The rice noodles are absolutely silky - don't know how they achieve this when more "authentic" Thai restaurants are unable to do so. The flavors are less pronounced here, so there are trade-offs. And a non-noodle favorite product: the Coke Freestyle machine. I love that I can enjoy a ton of diet Grape Sprite or a Strawberry Fanta. Yum! This location is deceptively large with a ton of seating towards the back. The large windows let in a lot of sunlight even later on in the evening during the spring and summer months, giving it a happy cast. It attracts young families, teenagers on group dates, and friends catching up with each other. The staff here is cheerful and helpful. The only negative is the parking. It is a nightmare even to find space to run in for take-out since several restaurants share the limited space.

I got take out here a few weeks ago and forgot to put up a review... They have one of those snazzy Coke Freestyle machines! You can make a drink with any combination of flavors your heart desires. I hadn't used one before, so that was pretty neat. I wound up getting the Pad Thai with Thai Curry Soup, and I enjoyed it. I got the regular portion of the Pad Thai, and it was a pretty good portion. The soup was also pretty tasty. Both were only made better when I added Sriracha when I got back. Mm, mm. It surely wasn't the best Thai food I've tasted, but it's a Noodles & Company. Considering that, I was impressed and would visit again.

I ordered the Japanease pan noodles and they were great. Don't bother adding chicken though, or you'll spend a few minutes trying to find it in your dish. After digging, I discovered maybe an oz. of chicken, being generous. So if you come, avoid the add ons, unless you just want a small taste. Cheers!

What I love about Noodles is that I can order online from work and pay online, then dash into the store on my way home and not have to wait in line to pick the food up. The food is darn good for what I would consider a fast-food joint. I usually get the pasta fresca or the peanut saute, and Hubby always gets the spaghetti and meatballs. Each of these dishes is consistent, and consistently good. Also tasty are the potstickers, if you want an appetizer (or pair them with a side salad for a light meal). Their tomato soup is decent, and so is their garlic bread. I'm not sure I'd ever be moved to eat in. I'd compare the ambiance here to Boston Market, so a little bit nicer than a McDonald's or Burger King, but probably not as nice as your own kitchen table.

I always come to this noodles and company and it's good for the money. Noodles and company is better quality ingredients for a little bit more money. I always feel better after eating here. And if you sign up for their noodle gram you get a free bowl of noodles plus a salad and side of soup. :)

OK, I would have given a one for the food quality but two things lifted it up. 1. The chicken noodle soup was VERY good! It had real vegetables, nice wide egg noddles, real hunks of chicken breast and the broth tasted home made. 2. The service was PHENOMENAL. From the order taker to the people who checked on me and cleared the table, everyone was exceptionally pleasant. And they're not even allowed to accept tips!!! More service establishments could learn from whatever they're teaching in this store. The Truffle macaroni & cheese topped with Parmesan encrusted chicken breast was unfortunately VERY far from stellar. The food overall was extremely bland. The chicken tasted pre-prepared and had a cardboard consistency with the coating on it. The dish was lukewarm at best, and it just didn't blend well together. I've had some red boxed frozen meals that have been far better than this was, and the cost was $13.95! I can say it's checked off of my list, but I certainly won't be going back here.

I went here today and I ordered the Penne Rosa and it was delicious! :) A bit spicy, which I wasn't expecting but it was really delicious! They have a lot of dishes to choose from and they are all different! I love the variety of good food they have, and the flatbread is delicious! The staff was very friendly as well and the pop machine has a lot to choose from.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I have been to this location nearly a dozen times, and have had mostly good experiences here. My food was messed up before, but the manager made sure to correct any issue I had. Other times, everything was flawless- fresh, hot, delicious. I recommend it!

I don't know if other places cook like here, but noodles here tasted bland. I was dissapointed, chiken noodle soup was only thing that was okay. I can make cook better pasta.

I have a few favorites that are pretty good, especially with tofu. Service is usually pretty good, but the prices are on the high side.
