Decided dinner out night before 2 day trip to spend Christmas with family. I ordered from Gluten Free menu as I am Celiac. Began to not feel well. Eric the manager came by and asked about "red potato" prep which is what my meal was to have. Mine weren't reds. They subbed small white - slight oven roast then dropped into "shared" deep fryer! Eric was clueless. Seemed to not understand gluten etc. told me fryer oil GF and then they can fry breaded items also. He was arrogant and rude. Not returning. If you sub an item especially with allergies involved speak to customer.

Just a great, comfortable Place to eat. Had the "wood fired" tilapia with baked potato and caesar salad. ALL was EXCELLENT !! Great fish, tasty salted baked potato, awesome salad and free cheesy biscuits? What more can a person want? Our server Jeff was as good as they get, polite and helpful and refilling our soft drinks before we could ask!

Very nice Red Lobster, the service was great (Brad at the bar) maybe the best i have had at RL. The food was all good and quick service. The manager checked on me several times. Very clean and well kept.

As much as I tend to hate on chains, I have a soft spot for Red Lobster. We used to go to the Red Lobster on Business 31 growing up, and its relocation closer to the Tri-Cities has made it (although unfortunately somewhat belated) very convenient to access. I came here for lunch last week with my sister while I was holidaying back in Michigan. There was no wait for our late lunch (around 2ish) on a weekday. I didn't realize they have some pretty awesome lunch specials. I ordered the shrimp and chips for $8. Although the shrimp were a little smaller than I wanted, it's hard to beat fried seafood and fresh fries. But perhaps the best reason to come to Red Lobster is for the cheddar bay biscuits. Complimentary so keep them coming! I devoured five of these over the course of my meal. These things keep me coming back to this chain, and even though there is some news that RL might be changing ownership, I sure hope these biscuits are here to stay. Costco/Sam's Club sell the biscuit mix in bulk, but why go through all the hassle of doing it at home when you can just come here? Service: Our waitress was very friendly and patient with us when we told her that we needed more time to decide what to order. Bottom line: Biscuits!

I steer clear of chain restaurants - especially when it involves seafood. However, when traveling is involved, I make exceptions. The meal was okay, heavy on the salt. That's to be expected though.

So I went to Red Lobster today for lunch -- truth is, I had a coupon burning a hole in my pocket. And I'm not a food snob, really!... I don't eschew chains just because they're chains. HOWEVER, I ordered the tilapia with vegetables roasted in a parchment bag. It was delicious with great seasonings. BIG BUT: most of it was raw. And I didn't order sushi. The outside was fine but the entire center of the filet had to be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked. Now one would think that the management, who were fully aware of this faux pas, would at least comp me for my iced tea. But nothing. I guess maybe they consider this ho-hum, standard operating procedure -- perhaps it happens often? Otherwise I can't imagine why they wouldn't have been profusely apologetic. It wasn't that big a deal, but c'mon people, raw tilapia. Not so good. On the other hand, they tossed a mean salad. Raw salad was a good thing.
