We were looking for something unique after a long weekend of camping and this place killed it! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and lightening fast service. Our breakfast bagel sandwiches were amazing. We will definitely stop back if we are in the area !

Looking for a tasty, quick place to stop when you get off the Lake Express from Milwaukee? Brooklyn Bagels Cafe will not disappoint. Their coffee was brewed perfectly, and wasn't too hot. They also have self-serve, so if you drink it in the cafe, you can have refills. The bagels were good, but I would stick to the 'plain' based bagels, as opposed to one that might be whole grain (i.e. healthier). The whole grain-based bagel had a bread-like consistency... a bit disappointing for an otherwise great place.

An absolute MUST when visiting Muskegon. Such good bagels, great service. Always bustling with people and a million sweet treats and delicious breakfast/lunch options to choose from. Go on your first day in town and you will want to go back every single day while in town. Need I mention Traverse City Cherry coffee? THE BEST. I frequently ask my mom to stop in and send me some! Having grown up not far from this location, it's not often I gush about anything in particular in the area. However, Brooklyn Bagels is worth shouting about. I only wish I had one nearby here in Atlanta! I literally have not found anything here in this big city that compares as far as fresh, delicious bagels, pastries and coffee. Snagging the corner table at Brooklyn Bagels over Christmas break with my friend is one of my absolutely musts during the holidays. So, so, so good!

I've only been here once but dammmmmmn those are some giant, fluffy, delicious bagels! My everything bagel had all the everything spices covering all sides of the bagel! Top and bottom. Toasted to perfection and open faced with lox, cream cheese, onion, tomatoes, capers. This bagel sandwich was literally so giant that I could not finish it. It was naughty good and naughty big. Yum!!!

My husband has introduced me to many great places to eat in the Muskegon area, and Brooklyn Bagels was the first place he got me hooked on. I love love love pretty much any bagel and any type of cream cheese! Delicious!

I no longer live in the area but used to come here all the time when I did. Just like back then, they messed up my order. It doesn't seem like much has changed besides the decor. One would think you could prepare 3 breakfast sandwiches as ordered, but alas. The service is still terrible as well. It's as if none of the employees want to be at work and they are taking out their frustrations on the customers. I shouldn't have to feel bad about ordering, right? Suffice it to say, I probably won't ever be back.

These bagels! So good. I had an asiago bagel and boyfriend had a cheddar jalapeÃ±o with cheddar jalapeÃ±o cream cheese. I took a bite of his and it had a decent little kick. Pretty nice place. I'm waiting to eat my everything bagel tomorrow. I was a little in love with my asiago one. Kinda sad it's gone so soon.

REALLY! I am guessing these super wonderful reviews have to friends of employees because ive been there 4 times and 3 of them they ran out of coffee ...twice 2 hours before closing and once 1 hour and wouldnt make more........REALLY I THOUGHT IT WAS A COFFEE HOUSE ALSO.......bagels are pretty good.I DONT BELIEVE THEY ARE THE BEST IN MUSKEGON....PLEEEEEASE..staff is friendly with people of thier OWN AGE.....I switched to BIG APPLE BAGEL and they yet to run out of coffee and they have made more if running out. The bagels are just as good and cream cheese is better. just dont get your hopes up too much on North Muskegons BROOKLYN BAGEL you May find yourself disappointed

I see one user rated these bagels best in Muskegon - I might be close to being so bold as to say possibly the best bagels in MI. After spending a few hours at the beach (on one of the hottest days in MI in quite some time), my girlfriend and I needed something light and delicious to eat. On our way back to the working world, the Brooklyn bagels sign caught my eye, I said, "Sweets, we need to stop and get ourselves a bite to eat". Well, I was definitely not disappointed. I walked in, and the atmosphere was that of a cozy coffee shop, errr, bagel joint. They had a few board games for patrons to use while enjoying their delicious bagels, sandwiches, muffins, cookies and beverages. Each sandwich had a brooklyn themed name (i don't recall our sandwich names off the top of my head) - but needless to say, these sandwiches were scrumptious. I ordered my lady the vegetarian sandwich, and added turkey - she was most pleased with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, black olive sandwich which was enhanced with a most delicious vegetable herb cream cheese spread. I went with their club sandwich; ham, turkey, bacon (which was cooked to the perfect crispiness that I so often desire for my bacon on sandwiches!). I selected the roasted pepper bagel for our sandwiches, and definitely was not disappointed! As I was waiting, their selection of muffins caught my eye: cheesecake, triple chocolate, turtle, fresh strawberry, boston cream just to name a few. I would have to say that THIS was the only downside - I was "forced" into purchasing more than what I came in for. I will tell you this yelpers - their turtle muffin is a chocolatey sensation that should not be passed up. The boston creme was good too, but I couldn't get enough of their chocolate muffin! So Brooklyn Bagels, thank you to a great mid-day break and some delicious eats. I just finished enjoying one of the best jalapeÃ±o cheddar bagels I have ever had for breakfast this morning, which prompted me to give you two thumbs up and five stars! I look forward to coming back here again!
