Here, one seats oneself and is directed to the table. They have some items written in Chinese on the tags. (It sort of looks like it's for the staff's reference, not the customers.) Some of the desserts' tags seem to be cut out of the catalog where it is ordered with the ordering code. At least we know that the food is good enough to be displayed in a catalog. After finishing up, one will eventually receive a check and one should bring it to the front desk with any coupons one can find in those magazines at local tourist traps (I found mine at the Double JJ Ranch).. The food here includes hot and sour soup, various desserts, Chinese food such as General Tso's chicken, some American offerings (the beef pie seems to be fusion food) and interestingly enough, a freezer full of popsicles. The coupons will knock $1 off (I'm not sure if it's for each person or just the bill, but it's pretty good anyway). They accepted it with no hassle. My biggest complaint? The plates are not big enough! :9

Huge selection, great quality, tasty and clean. If you are traveling and looking for a cost effective dinner, check this place out. My party and I enjoyed our dinner. When in the area again we plan on checking this place out again.......

First timer here and it is very good. Clean and has a great selection. Presentation is everything and they do well. I will come again.

Went there on Sunday June 8th, got one plate found a hair in my food. Couldn't eat it anymore, told them about it and wanted to leave; still charged us $2 for a Pepsi. Used to love the place, won't go there again.

Huge amount of choices here... loved the Hawaiian pineapple chicken (though it had an odd gray color) and the fried cream cheese angel wing crab thingies were fresh and delicious. I really wanted to try the grill with all the fried noodles and other goodies, but I settled for the (out of season) watermelon slices, orange slices (loved how they sliced and peeled these for you!), and big fresh pineapple chunks. Place was totally packed and very cheap, $26 for four people.

Always a great fresh section! Even had sushi and Mongolian style cuisine! Food was steaming hot and buffet kept clean. Our favorite Asian buffet!

Classic Chinese buffet, nothing that's too out of the norm. The food is adequate considering the area. There is a wide verity of foods, mainly cantonese Chinese food. But there is a nice selection of American food as well including pizza, chicken nuggets and sandwiches. All for kids who don't really like Chinese food. The desert selection is large. The decor is a little tacky and outdated with plenty of fathead wall stickers. All in all its not a bad place took too if your grabbing lunch with a friend and want to chew the fat for a while. Definitely not first date material if that's what your looking for.

If you're in the area for a vacation (possibly going to "Michigan's Adventure" amusement park, or perhaps picking up your kid from "Blue Lake" fine arts camp, or maybe even just enjoying the west coast of the state), this just might be THE place to stay (this particular exit off of highway 31). There are multiple decent "chain" hotels to choose from, along with a mall and many different restaurants to try (including this one). I've been to MANY Chinese buffets throughout the greater Metro Detroit area. This one puts most of those to shame with their selection! Along with the typical selection of Asian dishes that you see at most Chinese Buffets, they also have the Mongolian grill, sushi, some american dishes, a nice sized salad bar selection, and even a better than average dessert area as well (they actually had not only the standard "Chocolate, Vanilla, and Swirl" soft serve machine, but a second machine that offered "Strawberry" and a couple of other flavors! I wouldn't say that the food was any better than any other Chinese Buffet that I've been to, but it wasn't worse either. So... like I said earlier, if you're in the area for a vacation... this particular stop off of the expressway is worth checking out. Plenty of shopping and dining choices... and this place, which is right across the street from the mall.

Good selection, I liked the mongolian grill the best. Sushi is OK, not great. The green beans and fruit were also very good.

Lots of food choices. Nothing particularly good or bad.

For a buffet the freshness was very impressive. This outperformed many a buffet I've been to in the past in that regard. There were many, many nice options to choose from - some I've never seen before in other Chinese buffets (fried pepper shrimp and peanut chicken). There are also your standard american food options (pizza, apple pie, crab salad, rolls etc), a salad bar, and a descent dessert bar. There's also a nice sushi bar and of course the mongolian grill (which even had scallops, calamari and crab) with a good array of sauces. Well kept and nice, service was quick and simple. I can't think of anything really bad to say about this place, will definitely be back when craving a buffet dinner.
