I have to part ways with the other reviewers here - we came after hiking and decided to check out the local brewpub. Beer was absolutely excellent - I've rated over 500 beers online on ratebeer and probably have tasted twice that in my lifetime, so trying local beers is something of a vocation for me. Had a tremendous IPA dry hopped with Simcoe hops - big, fruity, fresh and delicious. The pale ale was quite good too. Nice little patio to check out with bean bags as well. Didn't get a chance to check out the food and the locals didn't seem to interested in the microbrew stuff, although they were friendly and very supportive of the local beer. I would highly recommend this place for beer lovers searching for a unique spot. I got word that they had a new brewer and this may be making all the difference. Come with an open mind, meet the locals, have a pint.

Worst beer we have ever had. We were excited for a craft brew but took two sips and did not even try to finish it. We tried the Shooters stout, wheat, and brown. All had a terrible aftertaste like their lines were dirty. The food was tolerable. Server was gruff and unaccomodating.

Waitress was rude, very unwelcoming. She yelled and acted loud and obnoxious. This place could be really nice if they had a nicer bartender. We drank one beer and left.

Unique setup here. The brewer uses a half barrel Brew Magic system and the taps run off 5 gallon corney kegs. The system is tucked into the adjacent laundry mat. Expect six brews on tap. Frequented several times and the beer is just OK. Fruit infused wheats, smoked brews, and a few less unique pales, porters and stouts. Beer tastes more like good homebrew then high quality craft beer. Taps have their names taped on them instead of a more formal and professional looking setup. Small kitchen with limited menu and there is a better chance of seeing a busch light in hand rather than the house brews. Stop in only because it is unique and experience a home brewers dream.

We were looking for a beer after hiking in Painted Rocks Park. Very local place, staff knows all the customers. Only four beers on tap, none outstanding. Less than ordinary food, less than adequate service.
