Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Well there's two pieces of sushi at the front counter, I know it's an Arabic holiday but I waited 15 minutes for water. I'm not feeling too well, so I don't feel like getting up and jumping up to go get my own damn water.

Typical Chinese food buffet. Service was okay. Will not be back until I hear they have cleaned the place up.

I went today for the first time, and it was pretty good. I really enjoyed the food, and they have more then just Chinese which is a plus for me...I wanna say there was like mac & cheese, some sort of taco, fruit, ice cream, and a few other things. I love the buffet style, it's very convenient. Only down side of this place was the service. Might I mention again, this was the first time I was ever there so I was unaware of what to do. The waitress only asked what I wanted to drink, and that was the last I saw of her until she gave refills. We ended up asking the person beside us what to do, and you do just go on up whenever (I feel like that might have been nice of the waitress to tell us). The customer service wasn't the best, though there was one lady who was very good (I don't know her name though). All in all, this is the perfect place for when you're craving Chinese food, especially if you want to pig out on it.

I recently went to Super China Buffet for the first time in about 12 years. I didn't like it then, and I don't really like it now. For what it's worth, you could probably get your fill of food for an entire day here, but it's just not very good. To top it off, the fortune cookie was so stale I think it may have been manufactured sometime in the late 90's.

Food is mediocre at best. Every time order carry out, I get there and they NEVER have it ready. So I end up waiting 20 more minutes to get my food after the initial 30 min it takes to order and drive there. The new managers are brainless. And of all things, stale fortune cookies EVERY time.

This place has pretty good food. The only thing I don't like is the customer service. The people who wait on you don't do a very good job and are not very friendly at all. Other than that though, if you're looking to go there and just pig out its great for that.

The worst Chinese feed trough I've ever shkoffed from. OK, I get the whole frugal thing, but holy cow. Here's a thought... put out good food, and charge what it costs to stay in business. Stop trying to pretend to make everyone's taste buds happy with "steak", "pizza" and "sushi" etc, and do what works well in a Chinese buffet setting. Fail.

If all you want is to stuff your face and be full then yes, this is the place. I find it dirty, the sushi is a joke and nasty, most food is just cut open tossed in a fryer, freezer burnt crap. I do not understand why people go to this place. They need a big cleaning and a better understanding on what is good food.
