This location of Ruby Tuesday does a great job. It has been on the corner of Telegraph and Mall Road for as long as I can remember. The parking area is huge so it's never an issue finding a spot. Service here has been great. Always greeted and seated immediately. Our servers are attentive and friendly. They always offer good recommendations. Complimentary biscuits are offered before the meal. They are small but they have a great flavor. Once again I ordered my usual New Orleans Seafood dish with the rice pilaf and broccoli. I love the flavor of the tilapia covered with shrimp and a parmesan cream sauce. It's always been my favorite. The broccoli is perfectly steamed and tender. If you are really hungry, they offer the salad bar to accompany entrees for $2.99. Fresh ingredients and various pasta salads are always a good and well stocked. I enjoy their food and would never have any qualms of dining here. Enjoy Ruby Tuesday any day of the week!

Always liked Ruby Tuesday's, but have never been wowed. The salad bar keeps me coming back. Restaurant is usually clean & service is pretty decent.

This was my first and likely only visit to a Ruby Tuesday, or at least this location. It's the lack of attention to detail and the general disregard for cleanliness for which the low rating is derived from. The burger I ordered was good, although it lacked condiments. They had to be requested. The meat was moist and tasted great. What was surprising was the skimpy amount of dry fries I received. A paltry amount that painfully had been fried too long. It appears that little biscuits are provided during the meal. We were brought two for our party of three with the promise of more. We never saw them but were continually told that they were being made. The salad bar for three bucks is a great deal, in theory. Once skipping over the stack of plates that others set aside because they were dirty and mixed amongst the clean plates, you'll notice the bits of toppings and dressing spilled everywhere. The tomatoes were frozen to the bottom of the serving bowl. Dressing spilled everywhere and missing items such as croutons. In general the visit was regretful and not welcoming enough to return.

Tried the new shrimp po'boy flatbread and it's fabulous! So are the tempura green beans! Ask for extra dipping sauce! Manager was warm and friendly and worked the room like a boss! Staff was on point. This place is slammed from six to eight and then it slows down, so come later if you want a more relaxed time! Oh, and try the Ultimate Chocolate Cake! Fantastic!

We stopped in tonight for dinner. We were seated quickly and our server was amazing. Friendly, quick and really went out of her way to take care of us. We placed our drink/food order quickly and received our drinks quickly.........................however, it was 52 minutes before our entrees hit the table. I am assuming that it was a female manager that told us that it was a baked potato and then super quickly back pedaled that there were 4 orders before ours...we looked at each other and said ok. In the mean while we were brought two crouton sized biscuits (really??) Finally our food arrived. My top sirloin was cooked ok but was super tough and I tried cutting it at every angle trying to get it to be tender.....yeah well, no luck. My grilled zucchini was a big oil sponge and since I asked for fries I have a teenage server come by when I asked for ketchup and she brought basically two empty ketchup containers and was gleeful when she said " I brought you two containers since they are almost both empty".........really? thankfully our lovely server was able to bring us a bottle of Heinz :/ My husband had the Ribeye...medium...it was very fatty and not tender.... We were disappointed.

Sometimes the food is GREAT, sometimes you have to send the food back twice and it's still not right! The wait staff is always wonderful, but the kitchen staff *and* management is hit or miss. I made sure to tip my waitress, but I'm not going back until I get a BOGO coupon and/or assurances that they've fired the assistant manager and/or the bad half of the kitchen staff.

The worst case of food poisoning ever. Trendy hipster food. I have tried Ruby Tuesday a few times over the years and never have had a good experience. Will not be going back.

We drove about 30 miles to go to Ruby's. The main reason was because they would take reservations for our large group of 16 for my daughters 13th birthday party. We were seated on time (BONUS!!). We were given both a waiter & a waitress. I'm not sure if it was because our group was so large, or because one of them were in training. Our group ordered various meals. All things from chicken salad, Asiago sirloin, pretzel cheeseburger something n other, kids meals, ribs, etc. I heard various comments of "it's ok" to "these ribs are not good". My ribeye i ordered was fabulous!!! I would order that again in a heartbeat!! Unfortunately, there was a mishap with a contaminated cup. I brought it to the managers attention and was quite apologetic. She gave us a discount on our meal for the severe inconvenience. I just wish the servers would've been more diligent to catch it. I'm sure that they won't allow the mistake to happen again! Even with the mishap, I would go back to get a ribeye!!

This place doesnt know how to cook seafood. Three times sending coconut shrimp back and it was still raw. Be careful when you eat their seafood.

Ruby Tuesday is a bit expensive for what you get. I usually only go if I have a coupon. The salad bar (at least at this location) has seemed to dip in quality the past few years. I enjoy the burgers here as well as any of the pasta dishes.

Yeah it's a chain but had to give it props for having a veggie platter than was good. Three choices so I had - grilled asparagus, grilled green beans with a little asian dressing that was delicious and mashed cauliflower. For a town with limited vegetarian options this was a solid showing.

Awesome salad bar and service at the Monroe location, and always get a table right away. The menu has recently gotten bigger and they appear to be adding more healthy and seafood options. Love the TVs in the bar area. Only complaint I have is the onion soup is insanely salty......Highly recommend eating here.

Great salad bar but, the food isn't fresh but, processed. I have had horrible food and a rude manager. The prices are ridiculous and I don't know why people pay the prices when there are soooooo many other food chains that are more economical, fresh, and offer more than a fantastic salad bar.

The food at Ruby Tuesdays is good, which is why I give this restaurant a second star. This particular location is extremely poorly run. The staff is never very courteous and even the manager is rude when she makes her rounds to ask how the meal was. They are also very stingy with extras here. The prices are above average for a restaurant of this caliber, however they refuse to bring you ample amounts of basic condiments such as ketchup for your French fries or steak sauce. They bring a tiny serving and disappear. Just bring the bottle like every other restaurant does. At the beginning of the meal they bring you one biscuit per person, they kinda taste like a knock off Red Lobster biscuit only about half the size, and they always have to wait like 10 mins for the biscuits to be ready. At the end of the day I believe Ruby Tuesdays have good food but desperately need to work on policies and who they hire.
