Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I will never go here again. I have been going here for years because It is the inly place that has decent tasting chinese food in monroe. The customer service sucks. It's usually is not fresh and is covered in salt. Today I just waited a half an hour for two lunch combos. There were four workers standing in the front doing nothing the hole time. Every time I go in there they are extremely unfriendly. I always walk In to them talking on the phone staring at me talking in Chinese for ten minutes while I'm waiting for my order to be taken. I know it's a personal phone call and not a customer one bc of the language. Today I found a giant ball of hair in my food. And got very sick almost immediatly after eating It. They did not apolagize for my wait. I wouldnt have minded wait in for fresh food if it actually was fresh and didn't have hair in it and make me sick. Or if they were friendly and looked like they were trying to do there jobs. They at lazy dirty and unprofessional and ibwill never go here again. I have had enough after several bad visits. Today was the worst.

Worst Chinese food ever ate. Not able to consume, had to throw entire lunch away. Doughy spring rolls. Food overly sweet everything. Hunan Shrimp ordered extra spicey, still rediculously sweet. Food options on the internet that don't exist on their menu.

China express is awesome.. mind you it's americanized chinese. Never disappointed by anything there. I've eaten here plenty of times over 11 years. I just phone ordered take out on Valentine's day Friday and had to wait a little still even though it was already ordered. The workers are very nice and pleasant. I have ran into some issues with other customers being rude though.

Wow was China Express bad! The reason it's called express is because its set up like a mall restaurant... Had the lunch combo, no egg roll included, and they wanted $1.89 for a pre-made egg roll on there steam table, wile I watched a staff person cook a fresh one for them-self. The sweet and sour chicken was ok. I paid extra for fried rice that had no real taste, it seamed like they poured it out of a can and warmed it up.... What a waste!
