I'm giving this 2 stars for the service. I was there at around 1pm for lunch. There was only 3 tables in the place and somehow I still managed to get the worst service. I ordered breakfast, a lumberjack breakfast. Somehow it took 25 minutes to cook the eggs, bacon and French toast. Then when the food finally did come the potatoes were missing... They took another 10 minutes. Every time we needed something we had to flag our waitress down. One of us ordered a milkshake and it took the waitress 10 minutes to make it, which doesn't seem like that long but she had nothing else to do. Again, we were one of three tables in the whole place. The restaurant was empty. It looked like the owner or manager was behind the counter and she seems more interested in mad dogging us when we had to ask for our waitress a million times rather than helping us out. I don't think I'll be back here.

Well, I'll begin with the reason my party of 5 stopped by Leo's for dinner, we were hungry and trusted the Leo's name. This location does not uphold Leo's by any means whatsoever. I ordered the chicken fingers pita just like I have at every Leo's I've been to over the last 10 years. What I received was a frozen chicken patty pita. I'm pretty pissed. The waitress was very slow. The place wasn't near busy. 3 waitresses were on the floor. The coffee was old and the service sucked. We had to ask for our straws and dressings which usually are automatically given. I can't complain for each other order in my party as it would take quite some time for me to write. I don't feel like flattering this Leo's location with even bothering. Hopefully, the waitress will read this review too so she will understand why the $9 tip was left for her from such an unhappy group. We won't be back. Good luck at seeing a tip like that again. You are slow and lack attention to the smallest details of your job.

I have been in this Leos many times but after today I won't be back. Ordered a small fries and the order barely covered the plate with one layer of fries. Service was lackadaisical. Other Leo's are much better.

Let me start by saying that I usually love Leo's. I used to order carry out from the Novi location about once a week and I never had a problem. I was very excited to see that one was opening in Milford. Unfortunately, most of my experiences here have not gone well. There have been multiple occasions when I call to place a carryout order, and they are out of the most common foods (like spinach pie). I stayed away for a while thinking that they just needed to figure out their ordering and supplies. Then a couple of weeks ago, I placed an order for a variety of items including a garden burger. What arrived was a veggie patty that had been smeared in cottage cheese and peaches (no bun??). I called and they said that Leo's food is not standardized at each location and this was their 'twist' on the garden burger. (I later found out that this was not true...they had entered it incorrectly as some healthy option burger not even on the menu...But why lie to me??). I was then told they would credit me with a free gardenburger the next time I stopped in. Well, today I ordered the garden burger and went to pick it up. It turns out that they ran out of veggie patties!! You are a restaurant! How do you keep running out of food? I then had to change my order on the spot because I was starving. I ordered a spinach pie and mini greek salad. The manager on duty then wanted to charge me and deduct the price of the garden burger they owed me. So for all of my inconveniences, she still wanted to charge me the couple of bucks. The spinach pie I picked up was terrible, the top crust is supposed to be soft and this was so hard, I couldn't cut through it. I will not be going back. They do not seem to understand the concept of 'customer service' here and whoever orders their food supplies needs to be fired.

Can't go lower! Tried multiple times to eat here today is the last time. Ordered an omelette with cheese came out without cheese sent back to kitchen. Came back from kitchen with two pieces of non melted cheese. Waitstaff looked confused when I was upset. 20 coney places in 10 miles I will not be back.

It is hard to rate this Leo's. I either get excellent service or terrible service. I really have only had terrible service from one of the girls in particular, she has blonde hair that is normally in a ponytail with glasses. The times I had her as a server it wasn't busy and she couldn't manage refilling the drinks even once and we could never get her attention to get a box even though she appeared to be doing nothing. She is overall just unfriendly and acted like she didn't want to be there. Today in particular on top her typical unfriendly and unhelpful demeanor there was a mistake in my order (not sure if it was my fault or her fault). I told her that I thought I ordered something different and she offered to replace it free of charge which was nice of her but for whatever reason after this incident she had an even worse attitude then normal. When the new side came out one of the other waiter gave it to me and I apologized to her about the inconvenience (I wanted to apologize to the other girl but once again she was no where to be found). If I knew mentioning a mistake in the order was going to evoke such a reaction from her I wouldn't have said anything. Anyway the rest of our lunch we mostly depended on this other server because the other girl once again was nowhere to be found until it came to giving us the bill. We got to the register and in a rude and annoyed tone asked, "What this?" while pointing to my tip. I told her what my tip was even though it was very clearly written and she said in a pissed off tone that my math was wrong, I apologized and she just sat there in silence acting angry. I tipped her 15% this time because I realized that every time I have her as a server she doesn't do a good job but in the past I've usually tipped her %20 because I thought maybe she was just having off days.
