Yesterday, I stopped at Daves's Pizzeria for a milk shake. The shake was outstanding, to say the least. Excellent atmosphere, very friendly service, etc. The pizza's looked great, but being on a diet, didn't partake. In my opinion, Dave's place is a well hidden secret, and believe he may need a better sign, etc. However, "word of mouth" is probably his best advertisement.

This is the first time I have been in the area. Looking for Pizza place and I didn't want to drive 20 mins for a pizza. So I found this place on Yelp. When I walked in here it smells really good, more like ice-cream and waffle smells. Dave's pizza is pretty good. There is also a 18-holes mini golf just outside the restaurant. They do deliver as well.

I am not from the area (Grand Rapids, MI), so I looked for online reviews to help find a pizza joint. Dave's lives up to the high ratings. The place looks like a converted home, not a traditional looking pizza parlor, but the pizza is really good, especially if you consider that you have few options on the area. Ordered a supreme and a veggie pizza, both excellent and could stand up against anything you would find in a bigger city. Staff is very friendly, even joked around with us. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stop at Dave's for some pizza.

Good pie, wish they offered a gluten-free crust, but in a place like Mecosta, it's not likely to be popular. We ordered in advance and it wasn't even started when we got there, so they got nicked a star. I suppose that's what you get with bubble-gummers working the place. Still, the wait was annoying. Still, good pie, prices weren't offensive and I'd buy there again when I'm in the area.

The pizza here is just fantastic. No $5 tasteless, ready-when-you-are, pizza. Prices are a bit high, but too many pizza places have forgotten how to make a decent pie. Dave's is different and therefore we don't mind spending a few dollars more.
