The primary trait required at Broadway Grill is 'patience'. We waited 25 minutes to order - and then managed it only when I stopped the next employee who walked by. Another 15 minutes went by before our water and drinks arrived. The omelette took yet another 25 minutes - more than a full hour after it was ordered. Customers who arrived around the same time nearby obviously had a similar experience. While the omelette itself was decent enough, the hash browns were undercooked and toast stale. My wife tried the buffet - the food was of poor quality and laid out in a dark, unlit part of the restaurant. Now, trying to find something positive in the experience....our server was really nice and recognized the disaster that was unfolding. She did take 15% off our bill, which was appreciated. However, we are definitely not going back.

Went there with the family and enjoyed it. It does have a very good salad bar. Our picky kids found meals that they enjoyed. I didn't have a beer while I was there, but it looks like they have a decent selection on tap.

Skip and go somewhere else, poor service, average food, waitress inatentive. The staff sat around eating and drinking at bar and ignoring us, had to repeatedly ask for iced tea to be refilled, just terrible.

we had the BYOB - build your own burger. Very good and came with a small salad bar as well. My son had grilled cheese and fries, gave it a "thumbs up". Service was fine, though one of the waitresses did have her small children milling about.

Stopped in for lunch while in Marshall for business. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, the food was good and the service was great.

The second Broadway Grille in Marshall provides well-prepared Americana food in a comfortable atmosphere. Excellent customer service, and great food. It's a perfect fit for the small town feel of this beautiful little shopping district. Had an awesome Reuben on marbled rye that was perfect.

Well quite a busy place and good food, but not worth. When my husband and I walked in, we noticed it was very busy. There were a few tables open, but weren't cleaned. I noticed there were 2 servers. Our server seems much busier then the other girl. Ordered the Broadway platter and the country/southern potatoes were amazing. My over easy eggs were cooked over hard haha. The silverware was pretty dirty and the whole place in general was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they do take out.

Had a great meal here! My wife had nachos, daughters had omelets (breakfast served throughout the day), I had a great sandwich. Plenty of food at a great price! I'll be back.

Yes, 'Meh. I've experienced better." Not very bad, but certainly not very good. I got the Belgian waffles with apples, and homefries. Waffle was very soft and squishy/doughy, not the firm, sturdy waffle you'd often expect. Half the apples were piping hot, while several others were fridge-temp cold. Homefries tasted pretty decent, but were doused in butter and were pretty greasy. I also tried my friend's pancakes, and just kinda ok. I'm usually not very picky, but I didn't finish eating any of my food, and left not full. Prices were very affordable though.

Service and food was great today. Had the Chicken Club roll up which came with fries and would have it again.. Very good flavor. They have a great menu here with many options. The portions are more than enough to fulfill a hungry appetite.

We love going here. They have an average but cheap salad bar, average food all around but priced decently. Make sure you try the PB pie, it's outstanding! The owner is kind and generous as well.

Not worth the wait. 45 minutes from order to getting lunch for two people. Just ordered a burger and a sandwich? Soggy, unsalted fries. Burger and sandwich were decent.
