Worst Wendy's ever. Ordered a number 8 medium with spicy chicken. Sandwich was disgusting. Bread was smashed, chicken was way over cooked, tomatoes we're slimy and horrible, lettuce on half the sandwich, and the fries that came with the meal were cold, half cooked, and the others were soggy. They gave me no receipt and no straw for my drink. My recommendation is to go to the Wendy's on Dequindre. I've never been this disappointed in a Wendy's.

This is a great Wendy's. The people that work there are always nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get your order the way you want it. They are fast and efficient. I have never had a messed up order...they are 13 for 13 in my book...sadly much better than the Lions record this season. Tow Thumbs up for the Wendy's Two Thumbs down for the Lions in 2012 sadly

Officially worst Wendy's ever built. Founder Dave would be sick! Staff all acted upset that I walked in and they had to work. Ordered my usual salad. Cooks shouted back and forth to the register girl. She shouted as well. Salad was brown and lettuce was bitter. Hoping a manager somewhere reads this and takes note!!!!

Just read all the other reviews about this dump, because unfortunately they are all true. I have been there twice and both times I have had to wait way to long for a combo meal with no other cars in line. Places like this make me worry about eating at fast food restaurants. Reason I say that is, who knows what is really going on in there.

Slowest Wendy's ever! I waited 12 mins for a cheese burger to come out and worse of all it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. Fries were cold :/ ppl are nice but it's lunch time and fast food.

This is truly the worst Wendy's ever i have ever been to. This place was dirty, nasty, smelly!! I did notice all of the staff siting in lobby like they were all on break together. I almost threw up walking in and walking out on Sunday with my daughter. You could not have paid me to eat there. We went to McDonald's down the street with the little bit of appetite I had left.

Slow service, DISGUSTING dining room - floors are greasy to say the least, food was ok but their fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil.

This Wendy's has the slowest service ever. I spend so much of my lunch waiting. But the food is on - point. It's just too slow for busy people. Speed it up. I'd give it 2.5 but can't, so I lean towards 2 because they also aren't the friendliest.

Id like to start off by saying I work very close to wendys at 14 and John R in Madison Heights MI. The employee I order my lunch with never wants to go to that wendys, because they never get our order right, and the food is ALWAYS cold. I really wanted wendy's so I convinced him to give it one more try. I first started eating my fries, and I was about a third of the way done and found a disgusting long hair(resembled a small hairball)FRIED into my french fries. This was not a hair that dropped from an employees head into my food, it was a hair that was actually cooked with my food. Disgusting. I was upset, and grossed out. After some time I stopped gagging long enough to eat my sandwich. the sandwich was gross, slimy, and had a black chunk hanging off of it. I was just gonna let it go because hair happens. even though it was FRIED into my food. I went to take a sip out of my pop ( I already drank about half of it ) and realized their was black stuff all over the rim under the lid. What could this possibly be? to be honest with you it looks like human feces. I cant name one thing that looks like this that should be in wendys, that could have gotten on my cup. This made me vomit. I am so disgusted and still nauseous (this was days ago). I honestly wouldn't even feed that meal to an animal. I have pictures to show you of all that I am saying. I am so so SOOOOO disgusted. Wendy's replied to me about two times, untill they realized the severity of this, and now they wont answer!...you call the location in madison heights and the employees and manager all tell you that they have no idea where the john r location is. HA! The health department definately needs to make a visit to that specific location!

I'm usually a McDonalds girl, but last nighty boyfriend and I decided we wanted something different. We had a strong craving for some delicious, greasy fast food and decided to trudge on over to Wendy's; even though it was out of out way. He had wanted a baconator and was salivating just at the thought of it, as it had been years since his last one. He also decided if we were going to binge it was a "go big or go home" sort of night, therefore a frosty was a must have. I, on the other hand, opted for a more simple Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe, 6 piece nugget, and diet coke. We arrive at our destination and pull up to the drive through. Within moments of interacting with the staff I knew we had made a terrible mistake. Our order was repeated back to us wrong....twice. And when that was finally fixed and it was time to order the elusive frosty, we were informed they were all out. I can understand that restaurants run out of things, but it wasn't even 7pm! We decided to proceed with the decision we made and headed around to the window. Well, it only got worse. We pay the amount, get the bag and are told to have a nice night. The staff seemed more intent on laughing and talking amongst themselves to see if we needed anything or even if our order was correct. When I checked the bag to make sure we had everything I discovered we were down a baconator...and while We sat at the window trying to get the attention of the staff inside, they just carried on with their conversations and good times. Another woman happened to walk over, burger in hand, and give it to is saying...again...to have a nice night. We hadn't even had a chance to mention it. Which only leads me to believe that there is a complete lack of communication amongst the staff. One thought the order was complete while the other, clearly, knew that it wasn't. We arrive home and sit down to eat. Fries- cold, dark brown, mushy. (Yes I know that we took the food home so I understand that they are bound to be a little cold, but these were ice. Even the few I munched on in the car were room temp at best.) My burger- I almost didn't eat it because the patty was black as night and charred. And now, the morning after, I wish I had followed my gut and backed away from the burger. My nuggets- burnt. Super dark brown with a burnt taste. Frosty- oh right. There was none. Honestly the only good thing about the entire meal and experience was the wonderfully large "small" sized diet coke that I received. I woke up this morning feeling like there is a boulder in my stomach, I am pale as all hell, I have thrown up, and know that I will never be going to Wendy's again. I know that when eating fast food you always assume a certain risk but THIS is way beyond that. I have eaten a massive amount of fast food in my lifetime and not ONCE have I ever been sick from it. I will always heed the advice that you should always follow your gut for it is never wrong, and I will never eat Wendy's again. Because of it, my poor gut has suffered enough.

Horribly slow service. I almost feel bad for how disorganized and inefficient this particular Wendy's is. I mostly feel bad for the lack of motivation of the employees. They need to be challenged more so that they produce a better product. Currently they are all earning their fair share of minimum wage pay. Maybe if they worked twice as hard I would have received the proper order 15 min after I ordered it. Instead I got the wrong order, missing items, 20 min after ordering with nobody in front of me in line. Terrible.
