Went through the drive thru on lunch and placed my order and didn't realize until after I pulled away it was the wrong sandwich. Called and went back up there and they had my new sandwich waiting, waived my charge and gave me a cookie. I totally understand things happen but how friendly they were and not put out by me coming back up was nice. I told them they didn't have to cover it for me but they still did. Half of it was my fault by not realizing it was a higher price when I paid. Wonderful people here :)

AC/DC had a song called "Dirty Deeds done dirt cheap". Jimmy Johns slogan should be "seriously satisfying sandwiches done freakin' fast"! First stop at a JJ's, went there with a few co-workers on a short lunch break. In the middle of lunch time and there was no line. We ordered and got our sandwiches in less than 10 minutes. There is a benefit of having a standardized sandwich and not a custom-ordered one that they have to ask you a dozen of questions to build it. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. JJ's even has a drive-thru window if you are in more of a rush. The sandwiches were good- fresh breads, meats, and standard condiments at a good price. Someplace to repeat when you need a quick bite.

The last three times I've ordered delivery from this store (and I order online, so it's very clear what I'm ordering) they've messed it up in some way. One order took an hour and 20 minutes to get here. One order they forgot some of the stuff I'd ordered (and already paid for via credit card) One order they brought me an "unwich" (lettuce wrap) instead of the sub I ordered. They're polite when you call to explain the problem, but I'd prefer they just got it right the first time.

TLDR - shit takes forever, food and email. So, everyone at my office (of like 100 ish people) order from JJs on a regular basis as it's the cheapest delivery option available. But similar to most pizza places, they take around 45 minutes. Every single time anyone has ordered from them, it's taken a minimum of 30 minutes to sometimes an hour. I can look past the fact this location charges a dollar more than most locations, that's just how franchises work and it ain't their fault. But for a company who prides themselves on being FREAKY FAST! as it is so overly stated on... oh, every damn thing that their name is on, they are frustratingly slow. So I went to their website to fill out a feedback form, and I did so the most polite way I could. Not too mean, but just like a "hey... just so you know" and of course got a very professional sounding apology and how this mistake will be fixed and that someone would be in contact with me within 24 hours. ITS BEEN A DAMN WEEK AND AINT NOBODY BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING. THE IRONY IS KILLING ME.

Absolute worst Jimmy Johns location ever. Ordered from there 3 times now and each time they've called after 45 minutes and said it would be a while. The order then showed up over an hour after it was placed. Don't bother with the drive through either. Completely useless. One time I said I wanted the mayo on the side and they thought that meant mayo packets on the side as well as on the sandwich. YOU HAVE ONE JOB.

This place has the worst customer service people (with the exception of one nice kid). Their drive through staff is ruder then anything I've ever experienced and this location is the exact opposite of freaky freaky fast...in fact every time I've come through here I've sat so long I've watched the season's change....if it wasn't for my love of the #9 I'd never come back

I ordered a delivery order from here on a Friday night. I patiently waited knowing that it might take a little extra time since it was around 8pm. About a half hour later we were greeted by a cheerful woman who apologized for the wait and handed over the goods. As I excitedly opened the wrapping I had come to find something that almost ruined my night, mayo in my Vito (which I order pretty consistently and doesn't come with mayo). I absolutely hate mayo. My friends sandwich was missing mayo and had tomato when we requested them off. Usually I'm pretty understanding, that accidents happen but when I called to explain the situation the employee continued to tell me it was my fault rudely. The assistant manager sort of fixed the problem but I did not get a refund and it was too late by this time to get another sandwich. I really enjoy jimmy johns. I hope my service is better next time and I can enjoy my favorite sandwich again.

We have some bad weather today and I had a ton of work to do so I figured I would have them deliver me a sub. Just one sub and a drink. It took an hour and forty minutes for them to bring me my food. I am literally 1.7 miles away from their store. I have ordered from them in the past and its not super fast not super slow but they seem to manage missing something almost every time. I never reviewed them before but today was ridiculous. I called the store an hour after I got my confirmation email and the lady on the phone put me on hold 4 times to check my order. Finally the last time she picked up she asked how can I help you. I said I have been on hold for 10 minutes now waiting on the status of my order. She said it went out and 35 minutes later it showed up. They are less than 2miles from my office. I like their food but that is just plain stupid. I will give them lee way because of the weather but no way should it take over an hour and a half to get a sub from a place less than 2 miles away.

I had lunch here today and it was Good as expected. The place was really clean. Everyone was really nice and talking to me like had been there before. I would go back again. Good job Jimmy Jon's.
