So I am in town for a wedding and another friend from the wedding told us about this place. Said it's great for breakfast. I went there this morning and found the place to be small, quaint, cozy. Definitely seems like a locals spot with all the MI and camo attire. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The gravy sauce was so hot and meaty! Really good. The coffee was pretty good, the only thing is I wish they had fresh creamer instead of the little flavored creamer cups. Maybe that's a mid-west thing? This little spot is definitely worth hitting up if your in Ludington, MI.

We went twice for breakfast this week. Food: A-OK Service: A-OK (friendly Michigan folks but rather slow) Atmosphere: A-OK Overall: "A-OK"

Had lunch here with folks! Had a salad with chipotle dressing that was great. My Dad had killer looking eggs Benedict and hubby had a 1/2 lb BLT. Very nice staff and cute little place.

Stopped here on vacation. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a table full of older men. Always a good sign that it is a local hangout. They have a separate healthy menu which I appreciated. I had the health breakfast w cottage cheese and no turkey. I really wanted the bananas fosters pancake. Sounds yummy! My BF had the basic pancake breakfast. Everything was good. We had a little frustration that he couldn't sub cinnamon roll pancakes. We offered to pay more but they said it wasn't possible. Good service. Good food.

Nice casual dinner type food. A separate healthy option menu which is nice. Interesting menu. I had the red velvet pancakes. Pretty sweet but what would you expect with red velvet pancakes? A fun choice. Good coffee. The corn beef hash was a win for my husband. Give this place a try.

The atmosphere was great. The food, we got the Brad's skillet, was great!! Our waitress was super friendly and gave great ideas on places to find fruit stands. Will come back next year.

We had a wonderful breakfast; found it on a lark as we were looking for a parking space. We were delighted with all the choices and the healthy options. Our meals were very good and the service was excellent. It appears this is where a lot of the locals eat.

Great spot for tasty fresh food served quick. I had the Michigan chicken salad, which was awesome. Lots of healthy options

Very disappointed in our lunch. Out of five people the best we could say was it was ok. One left sick. When her sandwich came several ingredients were missing.

California breakfast burrito was perfectly prepared, fresh & delicious. Best with sour cream & salsa. American fries were very good. Pleasantly surprised by the jalapeño ketchup. Restaurant was warm, cozy & clean. Even with a full house, the service was friendly & excellent.

Had a great experience here, we recently visited Ludington for several days and after dining at a couple local restaurants we were so disappointed and leery of any of the restaurants in the city. We ate at Jamesport Brewery and Old Hamlin, both of which I was completely dissatisfied with. We came to Cafe 106 for breakfast and we were so happy with our service. The server, Mari, (per receipt) was great and very friendly and down to earth. The food was a tad expensive but right on par with other local restaurants. The food was also very good, we were going to go back to this restaurant for other meals but felt like we should continue to try other things. Would highly recommend anyone come here and support this little gem in the city. Thank you for giving us great service and great food during our stay!! :)

Select food items are good. Somewhat over priced for what you get. Service is good.

We came upon this place by accident after being told of a long kitchen wait at another Ludington eatery. This was the best thing to happen that day. Warm, homey atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff made us feel right at home. The turkey rolled sandwich was generous and very tasty. The hamburger was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter as one of the best she has ever eaten. Granddaughter had mac and cheese that disappeared very quickly. Great place to relax and ENJOY your meal.

Great local place. Small (fits less than 50?). Offers healthy options, breakfast choices, and great sandwiches. Got the House burger and it was really good. However, no French Fries, so if you want fries, you aren't going to get it. Don't let that deter you!

Good freshly made food. Simple menu, breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, and a variety of salads.

Slow service with average breakfast. Little place. Took about 20 minutes before we could place our order and another 30 before it came. Plus 15 to get the check. Omelette was ok. A little dry. Coffee was good. Wouldn't come back.

Prompt, friendly and personable staff. Rhonda waited on us and she did a great job keeping an eye on us and our needs. The food was delicious. My wife and I shared the Pretzel Roll Turkey Melt for a light lunch and it was hearty and delicious. Two thumbs up. We would definitely recommend this out-of-the-way cafe.

My wife and I eat at Cafe 106 often and have never been disappointed. We'd like to keep this place our secret but then how would such a nice little restaurant prosper? This is a great place to enjoy good healthy food served in proper proportions and served by really nice people (thank you Rhonda!).

This is a cute little cafe' right behind the more visible Le Serving Spoon in downtown Ludington. We enjoyed some decadently rich Turkey-Avocado Eggs Benedict here -- velvety hollandaise sauce over grilled sliced turkey and avocado. Coffee was good too. Service was friendly and prompt. Atmosphere is rustic in a good way -- hand-cut ceiling beams and plaid curtains in earth tones. We'd certainly eat here again.

Red Pepper and Crab Bisque was very good, as was the Chicken Salad Melt on Rye. Decor is basic "hole in the wall", but it is clean and friendly. Seems like a solid breakfast and lunch spot.
