Jeremy T., I could not agree with you more. I went through the drive through on 6/3/2012 (I made sure to put the date in so that maybe this girl could be recognized) to get a large latte. The guy at the drive through was really nice and very people-friendly (take notes Tim Horton's manager, this is a quality that people in this type of service should have). When I sampled my drink, all I could taste was milk. The entire cup was almost pure white. I told the guy at the window, very politely, that it was really gross and could they fix it please. He was very sweet and said that he would be happy to because "this business is about hospitality and pleasing the customer". Then came the reason why you got such a low star count in addition to the disgusting "latte". This short, brown-haired, young girl came to the window asking why I didn't like it. I pointed to the drink explaining that it had no taste of espresso and that it looked pure white. She said that this is how they make it without even looking at the drink, but still went to fix it...or so she said. She handed me the drink and I presumed to drive off. After taking another sip, I realized there was absolutely no change. Did she really think I wouldn't check it? This time I went in. Unfortunately, this girl waited on me again...great. After about three more attempts of her literally not doing anything to change it, she finally told me that it probably tastes like milk because they only add 2 shots of espresso to about 4 cups of milk. Wtf!? Take a moment, Yelpers, to look at the photo on the Tim Horton's website displaying their iced latte; does that look like it was prepared the same way this girl was explaining? The young guy finally chimed in saying that this drink IS discusting but suggested the iced coffee in its place. Thank you. Please tell me why couldn't that uneducated girl just say that in the beginning and just save me some time? She made the drink and even though it still had entirely too much cream to coffee...again, I had to leave because I was now 10mins late taking my dog to the Vet.. I will never go there again and will be recruting many others too. This is also not the first time this girl was rude and cold. Maybe the manager should take his head out of his ass and actually MANAGE this establishment! Promote the drive-through guy to shift-leader and just fire that girl because you can't teach people skills.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The coffee was lukewarm and the hospitality was worse. It is not very difficult to sell donuts and coffee, but apparently it is too much for this crew. This staff is more concerned about cracking jokes then keeping customers happy, if the product was good crack all the jokes you want, but the way this is keep the jokes at home and improve the product.

From a food perspective, most of the Tim Horton's I've been to are very consistent... Sometimes later at night they might be out of certain types of donuts or bagels, or they are out of soup, bit usually it's the coffee I'm looking for at that time of night. Some things to have at T.H. are the sour cream donuts.. They really are the best. Better than dunkin donuts, and I think they're better than Krispy Kreme. What does vary about Tim Horton's locations is the service speed... Especially in the mornings. This particular T.H. Is great in this area. They really power through the drive thru making even the longest lines go quick. One thing to be wary of... Watch out for the layout of the drive thru entrance. It is off to the right as you first enter the lot. Of you head past the building like most drive thru locations, you will be backing up or turning around!

Went in for soup (wasn't ready for another hour and a half ) so i ordered something else. While I was standing there waiting for my bagel the manager stuck his hand NOT gloved in a drawer that he pulled open with what looked like chips and grabbed a hand full shut the drawer and started eating them as he walked off. I will not be back to this location

My daughter and I often stop here for coffee after I pick her up from school. The employees in the afternoon are always friendly and quick. We love their coffee!! Have never had a bad experience here!!

Worst tim hortons around third time that I got barely warm coffee, I'm usually not one to complain but seriously people is it that difficult to serve a hot cup of coffee? Thats your business. I went to drive thru today and got my extra lg coffee as normal ($2.12) it had a sleeve on it as the girl handed it to me but as I switched hands to put it in my cup holder as I pulled away I noticed the cup wasn't even warm! I pulled off the lid when I parked and no steam even came out, I went in the store ( inconvenienced) as the employee asked me how I was and I replied "not good my coffee is barely warm" he said oh were having power problems, and gave me a slightly warmer cup of coffee but not hot like us Americans like so fail for 6mi and middle belt tims once again! You know your customers are what keep you in business, so if you own a hortons franchise and cant get a hot cup of coffee right...maybe you should try another buisness. Maybe an ice cream place would suit you better. And one more thing...you should train your employees to not serve cold coffee!
