Today, I tried out the rapid pickup service. I was very impressed - I placed my order online. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I only work about 5 minutes away, so I headed out after the order was placed. This was at 12:00pm, prime lunch time. When I arrived, there was a line of people placing orders - but my bag was ready on the "rapid pickup" shelf. Everything was correct: the soup was hot and the salad was crisp. I had ordered a soft drink - the cup was left for me next to the bag so that I could fill it. Overall, I have been impressed with this location. Food is good and service has been great.

Outdoor furniture unorganized and bird dropping filled. Inside very disorganized and not clean from previous day. Lack of smiles on the early rising workers. One gal w long hair had her hat on then decided to ponytail her hair up but forgot to wash her hands before returning to the service line. The on duty manager presents her self like she is going shopping. Jeans and 2-4 layered shirts untucked. Her hair is in ponytail but she likes to play with it and pull it forward instead of leaving it in back, with her bare hands. She also is preoccupied with her cell phone which you sometimes can see in back left pocket. Not sure why she is exempt from hat as her hair is probably the longest in store right now. My bagel was fine. My sandwich was fine but I forgot to order the cream cheese I like to add to it.

I'll write more later but this is an atrocity to pay money for a flatbread pork sandwich and get so little meat that U cannot taste it or see it barely! My hubby brought this to the attention of the manager in duty & they told us that this "teensy Weensy"..."itty bitty" tiny bit of Pork put on this sandwich is the correct amount! But I will say that the manager offered to make another sandwich this time, for my husband.. So I am just forewarning the hungry traveler! Don't get this if u want any meat for your meal inside of your sandwich!! Otherwise the good does taste good and it's pretty clean. The manager and clerk were kind as well!

Always great, fast service. I don't drink coffee but love their breakfast and lunch. They use fresh eggs, real fruit, fresh lettuce, real chicken, and real avacado They also have a great selection of bagels, muffins, cookies, etc. I've heard they have great coffee but don't drink it so can't say for myself.

Yes I bumped them up a star. I thoroughly enjoyed my chipotle chicken panini and black bean soup. Yuuuuuummmmy! Prepared to perfection.still pricey $13.50 , but saved 1/2 sandwich for dinner. Staff is always friendly. Disappointed that some of my fave sandwiches/salads are gone.

I LOVE me some Panera! I would eat it every day for dinner if it wasn't so expensive! I won't really go on about the menu, since they are the same at every Panera. However, I will comment on the speed of service. I'm not exactly sure if the nutball customers only come to this location, or if they only are there when I am. Some of these people are CRAZY! While I feel that the staff accommodates the weirdo customers, I feel that it adds an extra 10 minute wait for my order. When a customer pesters the staff about the menu and/or asks a dozen questions and changes their order while it is i the process of being prepared, the staff probably should be doing what they can to insure that the other customers don't have to suffer in the process. Not that an additional 10 minutes inside Panera is huge struggle, but it definitely annoys the sound minded customers that are not giving the staff a cavety search while they are trying to prepare the food.

This is the only Panera I go to on a regular basis and it's usually for lunch with some lady friends since it's close for them. It's always busy and typically crowded if you get there at the lunch rush, so you may want to consider coming early if you have the chance and need a table. That said, the service is fast and the food is mostly great. Sometimes they're a little chincy with their sandwich meat depending on what you order, as was apparent yesterday. They also need to have someone cleaning tables more readily during rushes and they need to address the minor fruit fly issue, but all in all it's AOK. Their cinnamon crunch bagels are crazy good and pretty much all their bread is great. Their cookies need a little work though. The wi-fi works pretty well too!

Great food! Product and creativity always the best. SERVICE Monday night blues. Quality of staff and supervision was below the norm of above average. Walked out after 10 minutes waiting and only being 2nd in line. Veterans day....

The way that Panera has their new rapid menu pick up is honestly a joke. To put your food order on a shelf in the front of the restaurant for anyone to have access to with no verification is a horrible idea. It is the perfect opportunity for others to take food. This specific Panera location has consistently messed up my families orders when it was obvious what the order was, either having been placed online or in person. The Panera staff then refused to refund our order over the phone when they forgot to give us half of the food, but offered a coupon for the amount to be mailed to our home address. If they can take an order and payment information over the phone and online they should be able to refund them the same way. Panera is overpriced to be receiving service such as this. I will not be going back to this specific location again because it is obvious the employees are unconcerned about customer service.
