I have two different experiences here. I guess I will write about both. My first experience here was a Saturday night. It was very busy (which was expected). I got there around 10-10:30 pm. They were IDing at the door because it is 18+ after 11 I believe? I found this weird because I saw a lot of kids in there through the rest of the night, not sure if they can just stay in if they get there before the ID check? Anyway, we were here for a friends birthday so they already had a table, so no wait there. There was no service at our table, or well if there was I never saw the server. So I went up to the bar - waited about 20 minutes for a drink! Granted I know it was busy, there were about 5 bartenders I saw. The part that upset me was that people who were walking up to the bar AFTER me, were being served before me. They try really hard not to acknowledge you. They dont even try to tell you "be right with you" or even realize you're there. I didnt stay long, had it not been my friends birthday, I probably would have just left. Today we went again for another birthday for lunch. Today is Wednesday and lunch wasn't busy at all . Service was alright, our waiter was relatively attentive, but could have been a bit quicker since we were his only table. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. When asked how I wanted it cooked, I did Med-Well. When the burger came out it was more of a med-rare/ medium, but I figured i'd give it a try. When I bit into it a chunk of rare meat just fell onto the plate. The meat tasted old, unseasoned and almost fake. I couldnt even stomach another bite. I snacked on the fries and had one of my friends buffalo chicken sliders which was pretty tasty. When I server realized I hated the burger he took it and said he would let his manager know. The manager was pretty nice (but kind of awkward) he came over and apologized and offered something else. I was set from the ff and slider so I declined but they took its off the bill for me which I appreciated. As for the game section, it isnt as big as I originally thought. Its pretty fun though and you can have fun with pretty much any age. Overall it could be a good time for the family, avoid the burgers!!, I will go back, but definitely avoid the weekends, and any complicated food items.

i've been to this location three times now. i haven't eaten anything here besides an appetizer at the bar, so i'm not too sure about service but this place is pretty cool. i like the whole set up, looks spacious and is bright inside and out, so it attracts attention. they have complimentary valet on some days, when we went they had it available on Saturday evening but not on Friday evening, but they may just do it at specific times. drinks here can get a little costly, and they aren't that strong. but the bartender (believe her name was christina) was super nice, she recommended drinks to my boyfriend and i and was really honest about menu items, which we really appreciate. i'd say if you are over 21 and plan on coming here to have fun, go after 10 because that's when children are not allowed and the place is a lot better without a billion kids running around. if you go before then you may find yourself waiting in line to play certain games!

Came here with my girlfriend on a Sunday around 6:30 and it really wasn't that busy. Half the tables in the bar were empty, but we're all dirty. It took easily 10 minutes for us to get drinks at the empty bar, then we went to the dining room. We got seated right away and waited 10 minutes to meet our waitress. It's like everyone just stands around in this place doing nothing. I would recommend this place to no one, and don't plan on coming back.

We had a group of 6 of us who all got the eat and play combo with the power ups. We had an excellent time thanks to Manager Nick, employee Courtnie, and employee Mo. They were very polite, helpful, and friendly and because of them, that made our experience there a 5/5. Thank you.

I have to say the service was okay because it was a weekend, games where intertaining. BUT DO NOT ORDER The bass fish. When I went there I had it and I was perfectly fine until the morning after I got food poisoning from it. I called the manger but didn't get a good reply. In all go there good place but don't order the fish.

Been to Dave & Busters twice in my life. Both times were at this location. And on both instances The services is the same and food is just meh at best lol. I visited this location on Tuesday June 30. Tuesdays are their dollar hardshell taco and two dollars for softshell tacos. The tacos were your standard taco fair. I would say it's slightly above what you would get at Taco Bell only because they have the option of chicken tacos. One complaint about this will be the time it took for the food to come out. I think this is the standard with this dave busters to take 45 mins to an hour to server your food. And of course they aren't pushing out Michelin star food here its just average american fair lol. Not only did my two tacos take 40 minutes, I had to wait another 20 for my side of queso cheese dip which was stone cold when I received. Talk about disappointment. Needless to say I will not eat here again. I will only be back to this location to spend the money on my play card. Our server wasn't horrible but then again she wasn't good, but she was very friendly. Very forgetful when it came to orders. The place was not packed at all. Plenty of empty tables all around. That makes it hard for me to understand why it takes 40 minuets for two tacos.

I ate for the first time today at Dave and Busters. We were celebrating my 8 yo daughters birthday. Perfect place for that. all together, we ordered 5 entrees. The food was surprisingly good for a game/arcade place. Typical American fare. My only issue was no free drink refills. A lot of the entrees are bundled with a game card. I thought this was a pretty good deal. For $27, you got a full entree with a $20 game card. I ordered the Lawnmower salad. I think it may be the biggest salad I have ever ordered. This is definitely for 2-3 people. Service was also very good.

It's a little bit different than the nearby Utica location. I wouldn't say its smaller though. The arcade featured many new and up-to-date ticket redemption games. Although, I believe there were only a few claw machines in the entire arcade. The coin pushers are definitely some of the most fun to play! The redemption center seemed to have fewer prizes available than what I have seen at other locations. But overall, it all makes for a very fun experience!

Lights, camera, ACTION! Ambience 4: it truly is a spectacle when you walk in. Your head may spin like Linda Blairs from the exorcist. There's wall to wall games, bringing lights, sounds, and children's laughter/screams. Do not go if you have a migrane. It's a Lucky's pumped up on kale shakes and steriods. The bar area is MASSIVE. Tons of bar room and tv's. Food/drinks 4: the beer selection is good. In particular, when comparing it to its scrawny near by cousin, Lucky's. They have norms raggedy ass on tap, which I drink in large quantities. I didn't try their food so I can't comment on it. Service 4: the bartenders were friendly and quick to respond. Overall 4: I went with my son and he walked out with a smile, so that alone is worth a 4. Tip: Do not go on the weekend, cause, it. Is. PACKED!

This is a big arcade! That is fun, waiting for our food was so scattered, cold and begged for. Our waitress was not very good at her job. The manager walked by our table twice without stopping and inquiring our satisfaction. I do not think I will be back!

The only reason why this place gets three stars is because of the arcade aspect of it all. I like the new look that this location has compared to Dave and Busters' that I have been to in the past. I have been on two dates to this location and both times it was very fun. The games are cool and I think they have enough of them. It is a bit expensive, but things like this always are. Now to the part that I would give 1 star if I could judge them separately, the restaurant. Yuck! The food here is awful, its soo bad. I ordered the fire grilled salmon, which I knew was a risk at a chain place like this but I wanted it and the picture looked good. It was sooo salty. It reminded me of my first attempts trying to make salmon back in the 9th grade. Not really knowing what I was doing, just testing things out. The spinach was good though, but how hard is it to steam spinach. My date got the buffalo chicken burger. It was a hamburger with buffalo chicken on it, it looked pleasing to they eye, but it was a less than desirable burger. I didnt taste the chicken that was on it, but he said it was good. What I did taste was the burger. The taste of that clearly pre-pattied burger was disgusting. I literally did not swallow it, spit it out in a napkin. It tasted like something you would get in an elementary school cafeteria, and frankly on the low end of that. It was soooo artificial tasting. Not to mention the service was incredibly slow. This is a Wednesday evening that I was here. We sat at the bar, were only able to get one drink and our food because we couldnt catch her attention for any longer. Hers or the two other bar tenders that were back there. I watched someone's nachos sit behind the bar for a good 15 minutes before somebody delivered them to a table. Whoever those belonged to probably complained about them being cold.

Worst service in the world! Waited over and hour for food and server only checked on us twice during the entire meal and wait time.! Front desk service is also horrible! These people hate their jobs, I'm serious! Only one person checking coats and I watched her check one couple out for over 15 mins while I was waiting in line for over 30 mins. Only one person Manning the register and other employees just standing and starring while a free register was wide open!! While hearing everyone complain no one gave us any reassurance that they were doing their best.. None... Just rude looks and no eye contact whatsoever. Lots of sighs and hate in the atmosphere! This place would be absolutely amazing if the Service was just... We'll customer service. Dave an buster's, please train your employees to smile at least. I'm actually scared I won't get my coat back in the condition I gave it to coat check. We'll see... Not optimistic.

I took my two kids here on an impulse we just happened to drive by and I spotted the Dave and Busters. It was a Saturday night and we were starving but the wait in the restaurant was 2.5 to 3 hours. We walked to the bar area which is as nice as the restaurant and saw a family getting up so they gave us their table. There was no wait! We had a calamari appetizer which was actually amazing it came with fried onion strings. For dinner we all ordered pastas and they were all actually very amazing tasting. Our server was nice and the food came out fast. I got both kids a $30 play card each and we had a solid 1.5 hours of fun with that as well. It was a great family night. The only down side is it was way too packed.

Summary: Saturday afternoon, 6 kids 2 adults. Felt as if the service staff wasn't trained Details: Valet "hid" from us, by slowing his walk behind cars - ended up parking on our won. No biggie, but not a good first impression. Seating: server pushed us through 3 areas before finally sitting us (felt like no one wanted a party of 8) Food: half came quick, the rest of the party's came 5 minutes after. Never cleared plates or empty drink glasses. Overall felt like we were a burden, more than an appreciated customer.

Although it just opened in December, we decided to check it out. We made the mistake of going at 6pm on a Saturday. When we finally found a parking spot (some people parked across in the street at the 3M building and hoofed it), we made it inside to a door greeter asking if we were there to game or eat or what. He let us know it was a 3-4 hour wait for a table. Sadly, understandable due to its newness and time/day we went. We decided to just stalk the bar area which is first come first serve and found a table relatively quick. Took a couple minutes to have it cleared, but again, it's understandable. Our server Meghan was great and very attentive. She gave us some suggestions and info on other parts of the place. The food we got was great, and the booze was better! Walk the Plank is a delicious (dangerous) drink...can't taste the alcohol. Lots of 2-4 person games (driving/shooting), air hockey, and games to win tickets. Lots of kids. The place goes 21+ at 11pm. We left around 10:30pm and there was a line outside to get in at that point. Overall it was a good time. Little pricey but it was about what I was expecting. We'll head back after the newness wears off a bit I think.

I've been here on two separate occasions, The first was a busy Saturday night, they're new and it busy so I'll cut them some slack, I would not recommend going there on a Saturday night. we waited almost two hours for a table and the parking was also a nightmare. The food how ever was really good. but It's so loud in here you can't hear the people right across the table. Came again during a weeknight, much easier to get a table this time around. Was meeting some friends to watch a basketball game. I asked the girl if she could put the MSU game on because that what we were here for. she gave me a speaker for the TV's but said her manager is the only one who can turn the tv stations (ridiculous, but ok...) i waited and waited, i asked her 3 times when it was going to be on, she said her manager is going to do it but got busy, I asked to speak to him, and they finally turned the game on, i was really miffed because it was dead and he was just standing around laughing and talking to staff and customers. We missed almost the entire first half, we would have left if we didn't order food ahead of time. I will not coming back, which is sad, this place could be pleasant but it's more stressful than anything.

My girlfriend and I decided to go here after seeing a movie and were greeted by the manager who asked to see our ID's before he'd let us in, this was at 4:00 in the afternoon. It was strange but no problem, we gladly showed him albeit a bit confused while doing so. Both of us being over 21 this was no issue, but then he kindly informed me of their strict dress code in which the beanie I was wearing was not aloud in the restaurant. Really...??? A beanie??? I laughed a bit thinking he may have been joking but he then said had it been a baseball cap I would be all set since it was a sports bar. When I realized he was serious I took it off with not much argument but after taking two steps into the dining area my girlfriend and I decided to leave. I felt that I was being judged by way of the headwear I chose for the day which is absolutely ridiculous. We were in a restaurant/bar that has an arcade built I'm to it....had this been some extravagant fine dining experience I would have understood but really??? At Dave & Busters? Who do you think you're impressing? My girlfriend and I both serve at restaurants with meals twice the quality of that are served at this place and we felt like we were being scrutinized from the second we walked in because of this ridiculous policy. I don't blame the manager at all, he was just doing his job, but let's be real Dave & Buster's, there are bigger battles to be fought than the choose of hat your patrons choose to where in your establishment. Get a grip.
