Great service on this wintery day. 16 inches of snow, short staffed but delivered empeciable food and service. They offered a limited menu of favorite dishes. The Homestead breakfast with biscuits and gravy was delicious.

My sister and I went in on a Sunday afternoon, the service was EXTREMELY slow and poor. The tables were dirty and there were big pieces of food and paper on the floor. The food was mediocre at best. My order was wrong and my silverware was dirty. The staff wasn't very friendly and they were forgetful.This location was once my favorite,now its poorly ran with lazy people on staff. I left highly disappointed.

I've had decent meals at Bob Evans before, and usually the experience is okay. This is one of those occasions that I was very disatisfied. I was seated promptly and waited on soon afterwards. I ordered the roasted turkey dinner and iced tea. The tea was very weak and tasteless, almost as if they were cutting back. Heres the best part, ten minutes after I ordered the waiter returned to inform me that they were out of turkey. I feel that if the resteraunt is out of an item that the patron should be informed of this before being given a menu, and especially before ordering. I then requested the menu again so that I could reorder, this came about five minutes later. I then had to wait another ten minutes for the waiter to return to retake my order. I ordered salmon, with a baked potatoe and broccli. This showed up fifteen minutes later. From the time I was seated, to the time my meal finally arrived, 45 minutes elapsed. The portions were small and tasted just alright. The chain has recently remodeled and added a bakery, and I have to wonder if the cost of this endeavour has resulted in cheaper quality and service.

Typical breakfast food. Wait staff was prompt with coffee and brought a pot out with our all ready filed cups. I ordered the Farmers and had a $2 upgrade to the cinnamon pancakes.

Well again for the second time, the waiter was slow, did not know if dressing was on salad and brought a small amount on side even though I asked for extra. Did not come back for refills had to get the manager to get refills. Waited along time to order and a long time for my husband dessert. However we did get seated right away but that does not help when you wait over 20 minutes to order the food. The food was fair.

Tonight they were out of Meatloaf, Turkey, spinach, coleslaw, apple blossom, rolls, etc. At least they are trying very hard, too hard, to be pleasant. And the food we did get was good.

We used to go there all of the time but in the last 3 months we have been there twice. The first time we go the chicken pot pie. The dough was raw and the inside was cold. We sent it back and got the same thing back. We decided to give them one more chance. I ordered the stake. It we burned and the service both times has been very bad. We will not be giving them another chance.

Love the service and the food also the prices are very reasonable. Never had a problem at this Bob Evans. Every year I order a Turkey Dinner for Thanksgiving it was very good at this location.

Went to this location for a second time. We are new to this area and go to bob Evans frequently. This place has horrible service both times that we have dined here . We gave them benefit of doubt because we went on Sunday morning. So went today there were busy but still had tables open so wasn't too crazy ! We sat for about 10 minutes and then lady finally came to our table took our drink order and food order at same time . Waited for another 15 no drinks no water . Two other tables have been sat near us with same waitress an somehow they got there drinks and order taken . So we ended up talking to manager and order was never put in so we left !!! Horrible I guess I will be driving very far to a bob Evans just to get some good service .

I love bob evens but this one has disappointed me twice now... As a previous review stated, I ordered a garden salad and arrived 10 mins later and I waited 15 minutes till the cashier lady made it for me because she kept getting caught up , They were not busy at all. I just called the other day to try it again because I love the salad but once again the same thing happened and the lady on the phone was SOO rude to me. I'v worked in a restaurant and am polite as can be so I know it wasn't me that made this women act the way she did. This place needs corporate to plan a visit and clean the place up with the crappy employees who somehow get hired.

My daughter and I went there on 2/17/2015 for lunch. We were seated promptly, but after 15 minutes, we still had not been even offered a beverage, let along have our orders taken. The waitress was at the next table of 6-8 people, all of who were being complete asses, questioning every item on the menu, send her back to the kitchen to see if certain changes could be made, then when the waitress returned with an answer, they would change their mind about that item (even though the kitchen was willing to accommodate them). We were promptly ready to order our meals, but we received no service, apparently because management requires wait staff to stand at tables for certain people, while they try to decide what they want to order. The waitress glanced nervously at our table a couple of times, while standing at the table of asses, but clearly she had been given her orders. We left after 15 minutes of no service whatsoever. The restaurant was also filthy. On the opposite of the section we were sitting in, there were 2 women laughing, yelling, and pounding on the table, which made for a less than pleasing atmosphere in which to eat. No one at this restaurant made any attempt to quiet them down so other diners could enjoy their visit. Very unpleasant atmosphere, with very poor service. Apparently there wasn't a manager working on this day.

I went in and purchased two fruit bowls from carry out. Tell me why in the hell did they make me wait 20 mins ??? My mom who suffered a stroke and was in the hospital asked me to stop and pick her up some. If it wasn't for her, I would have politely asked for a refund and have been on my merry way. Never would I go to this Bob Evan location again.

Our server was great, Sarah f, however everything else about the service was awful. From my limited view I counted 9 customers that got up and walked out! Even the food at this location was so so. Pretty much the worse managed restaurant I've experienced!

Absolutely painful experience. We went for lunch here at 1140 am on Monday 9/24th and it took 1 1/2 hrs and we were there just to eat and get back to work. The waitress went to get our dessert consisting of one cookie and one ice cream in a bowl. I timed it and 25 mins later still no dessert. I went up to the counter to ask them to just hand me 2 cookies so we could get out of there and get back to work. Just then the waitress comes around the corner with our cookie and ice cream. She then explains that she had lost our ticket so was unable to get our desserts. Then we're done eating and we ask for the bill. Guess what .... she lost the ticket again! So she goes over and enters our order again taking another 10 mins. At that point we were very annoyed. 1 1/2 total hrs later we get our bill ... no tip paid. My husband and I already lost money by losing 45 mins of work more than we should have. The food wasn't that great either. Very mediocre. We won't be back. The food isn't worth 1 1/2 hrs.

Why is it they can cook a good breakfast but as many times as I've eaten dinner there, I come away disappointed. The only dinner I've had that I enjoyed was the turkey. First of all, I walked in and the hostess was on the phone, taking an order. I waited until she was done, figuring she'd take care of me right away. After the phone call, she turned away and spoke with someone else. Still waiting. Then she turned and spoke with someone else. I said under my breath - I guess I'm just here for my health. She then looked at me and asked if I wanted to put in a to go order. I said no - I wanted to sit and eat my dinner. I was shown a table and asked for iced tea with lemon. Got the tea - no lemon. Asked for the beef tips and noodles with a side salad with vinegar and oil. They had NO oil, and only raspberry vinagrette or balsalmic. Had to change to ranch. The beef tips and noodles were bland. Got some rolls which were really good. Waited for my bill. Didn't come. Went to the front and told her I didn't have a bill but also wanted to order some pie to go. Paid my bill and then waited and waited for the pie. I was told it usually takes 5-10 minutes - FOR A PIECE OF PIE????? It wouldn't even take you two minutes to cut it and put it in a to go container. Breakfast - yes. Dinner - NO!

The food here is very good.. Classic comfort food. But where this place shines is in the service. The staff is helpful, polite, attentive, and friendly! Definitely one of the best Bob Evans in the area!
