Every other Zoup that I have gone to gives two dressings with the whole Chicken Caesar Salad. This only gave me one small dressing with a whole salad. My friend got the same sized dressing with a half salad.

Good food, which is to be expected since it's a chain. But double check your order before you leave. I ordered a sandwich, light mayo, & it was so slathered, it was dripping out the end. I also paid for the upgrade to a bowl, but when I got home, realized they still just gave me the cup of soup it came with.

I am having a major craving for some Mac and cheese soup and cheeseburger royal soup from this place. The food is absolutely delicious especially the chicken toscana sandwich. It's definitely one of the places I miss the most since leaving Michigan. The place is always clean and family friendly. Also the husband and wife who own the place are very kind and welcoming to their establishment. Best part is that they also happen to be alumni Michigan State Spartans. Go Green!

I love this place! It is clean, fast, and full of happy faces. The website is updated daily so you know what is available. This also allows for a huge variety of options every week. They have gluten free, low fat, and vegetarian choices as well. It may look busy around the lunch hour, but the line moves quicker compared to other places on Washington. I have not had one bad experience and frequent the establishment often.

I've been working in the Lansing area for a little more than a month now, and my most frequented spot for lunch has been Zoup! so far. I've been aware of the restaurant chain for a while, but I never gave it a chance until now. Honestly, it's a Panera that went soup-crazy, and the soups are delicious! I've had the Potato Kale, the Sausage Gumbo, and the Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque, and I've been happy with all of them. I'm not really a seafood person but everyone raves about the Lobster Bisque. I've only tried the Chicken Greek sandwich thus far, and it was tasty - maybe a little feta heavy but I'm a feta fan so I'm not complaining. The line is probably the longest between 12 and 12:30 but it moves quickly. There's also that extra little bonus of the soup samples they offer, which helps keep the "ummms" out of the order come placement time.

Great selection of soups, so many to try! Love the lobster bisque. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love coming here for lunch.

Really grossed out. I know it is a chain, but I expect better. I had their most popular chicken pot pie. hard, rubbery chicken, undercooked large potato chunks, and gritty beans. I had to throw more than half of it away because it was inedible. Will not be going back.

I placed an order online and walked a short few blocks from the Radisson hotel at which I was staying. My order was ready when I arrived and the clerk that waited on me, Mark I think was his name, was very friendly. I ordered a cup of the Lobster Bisque soup, Sonoma Salad and a turkey club wrap. Both the soup and salad were so tasty and hit the spot. Haven't tried the wrap yet but I hope it will be great, as well. Thanks Zoup!

This is an update. I tried the Thai chicken soup, it is SO GOOD!! Oh my God. The lobster bisque is also totally out of this world. I tried the online ordering and it was very easy and I paid online, too. They said pick it up at noon. I got there 5 minutes early, and it was ready. Just pick it up and go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! UPDATE: Took my folks there today (picky eaters in their 80s), they both loved it. It's dad's new favorite on the downtown strip.

Woohoo! The priviledge of adding a new Yelp! profile is mine! Zoup! is a regional chain with a few dozen locations (I think) around the Midwest specializing in soup, sandwiches and salads. The interior feels a lot like a Panera without the coffee - solid, warm tones on the walls, a standard queue for ordering and a small number of interior seating options. What sets it apart is the soup. Twelve rotating varieties of delicious, belly-filling, healthy (or unhealthy) varieties including dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options. They serve it wit fresh baked bread, sandwiches and salads. And you can sample as many soups as you want while in line before making a choice. I sampled the butternut squash, lemon lentil and split green pea soups. Each was good, but i settled on the lentil accompanied by a roll of sourdough and a Californian Veggie Wrap. It was all delicious, filled me up and only set me back about $8.5. Even though the place was packed, the service was quick and efficient. And most importantly, friendly. I will be back, over and over again.

Customer service is excellent! This was my first trip and right away I knew if I didn't like the food I'd be bavk because of the friendly staff alone. But I bought a to go greek salad with lobster bisque. Yummm yumm yumm. Definitely my first of hopefully many visits

I love Zoup! It's always an experience to go. Zoup has over 10 different varieties of soup. When you enter the restaurant you're greeted, "welcome to Zoup". I love that they let you sample the soups, if you want to try all of them. One of my favorite soups is the Sicilian pizza. It has pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, and cheese and it taste just like pizza it's so good. I love that Zoup has many different options. And don't forget you can always go online to order your meal and view the daily menu.

This Zoup has seriously surprised me. I've been to quite a few, and they're all pretty average, but this one was extraordinary. It was clean, nicely furnished, and has a great location just a few blocks away from Lansing Center. Unlike typical Zoups, none of the soups that I sampled were obscenely hot or tasted burnt. They heated up the bread for me (without me asking) as well, which was a pleasant surprise. What sold me on this Zoup though, was not the delicious soup, the friendly staff, or the cleanliness of the entire building. No. It was the fact that they had XXX Vitamin Water i their pop machines. I have never been more excited for a beverage in my life. So great! I've always liked Zoup, but this one takes a good thing and makes it great. It's a shame that I don't live in the area. I'll see you next Shuto Con, Zoup!

For the two days I spent in Lansing, I have to say holy crap this place is the shiz nit. I made sure I got my fill of this place and I enjoyed every bite of my sandwiche and every drop of soup. If I ever get back to Lansing this is going to be my first stop.

Over 15 daily soup specials, with 5-6 artisan sandwiches to make a combo with, WOW. The only issue, as with most lunch spots in this area, is they fill QUICK for lunch.
(4)Eli H.
With 12 soups a day, Zoup is a great and simple concept. Every time I go to Zoup, I find a new soup I like, whether it's mushroom bisque, or one with squash and some ginger. Zoup is great

Zoup is amazing, I eat there at least twice a week, pricey but delicious... the real reason I love to go there however is They always have 3 or 4 Low fat soups to select from, a welcome option to those trying to eat right.

The hardest part is deciding which soup to get. I'm not a picky eater but they have all the "vegetarian, non-dairy, weight watchers, etc" stuff marked for specific soups and people who look for that.
