I have been here a total of 3 times now. First time was underwhelming. I had a small work meeting there and I do not know if the person in charge of ordering the food really liked bad food, or if the restaurant just was really bad that night. The food was all deep fried, and just dripping with grease and no other flavor. The next time I went was last week. The service was better than before, and the food was much better. I had a A1 burger w/fries & beer, burger was just very well done. The last time I went was a little less than good. I had asked for a recommendation and that was spot on, got the Chicken Taco Salad. Good stuff. The beer I ordered was on their menu of being on special all month. They rang it in at full price. This is better than "Typical Reno's". The westside location will never get my business again, they are just too awful. This place is a step in the right direction... just needs some improvement with quality of food & server training.

Nice place if you want a half a beer (Stella) and wait FOREVER for service .. And please don't play Keno.. You will be there all night waiting for them to run it .

I will never come back here again. Very Slow service on a slow night. I ordered a burger it took 1/2 hr. I ordered a refill on my Pepsi 20 mins later still not here. I got a cheese burger for my child and they brought it without cheese. Applesauce no spoon. I could go on. My burger was a disappointment.

Food was good and what you'd expect to get at Renos. We sat at the bar and our bartender was good. She was attentive, kept our drinks filled and was quick...I wish I would've gotten her name she had short blonde hair. However the other bartender was really rude to the other waitresses and short with customers. The waitresses where hanging around the computer talking and not doing anything despite there being about 30 people in the restaurant. Also it appeared they were having a "meeting" which was causing the area to be congested so people who were picking up food weren't able to get their food. I've heard bad things about renos north waitstaff and I can see why. I hope it doesn't turn out to be like the waitstaff at LouHa's who were rude, inattentive and slow. We will be going back but I like Leo's better.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would for sure! The bartenders, servers and cooks need a little lesson in hospitality. The ONLY thing this place has going for them is a brand new renovation to an old existing building and a really cool sand volleyball area. I thought that because the owners decided on expanding and opening a new establishment, they would have addressed the long-time problem of extremely poor service. This issue has plagued the renos franchise for many years now, and with the experience we just received, I don't see this problem changing anytime soon! We chose to order take out food from Renos North tonight because it was relatively close to my house and at 10:00 at night were a little limited on options. We placed our order and the bartender told us it should be ready in :20 minutes or less. We arrived up there at 10:30PM with no sign that our food was ready. I approached the bar and stood there for 5 minutes while the bartender chatted up a couple guys while a table full of Renos servers who just got out of work sat around a table behind me and complained about other servers still working. As one of the "other servers" approached, she looks at the table of Girls and shouts out "why don't you get off your fat ass and help out a little!" The girls at the table then started going off to each other. After all this drama (5 more minutes later) the bartender finally approached me and asked me what I want. I told her I had a to-go order and she looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. She ran around for a second and finally screamed for another server to run to the back and check. :45 minutes after we placed our order, they came to me with half of what I ordered and was completely confused about the rest of our order. They all scattered again, not saying a single word to me, only to finally return with the rest of my order :05 more minutes later. I grabbed the food and headed out shaking my head and just thankful I got my food. Thankful immediately turned to regret as soon as I got home and opened the containers. Everything was a messy, undercooked and really just thrown together. I'll NEVER STEP FOOT INTO A RENOS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE I KNOW DOES EITHER!!!!!

Learn how to mix a drink! Incredibly slow service. Rude staff. When one of the ladies behind the bar finally bothered to ask what I wanted, she basically poured a glass of pop with a tiny splash of booze and then a couple cubes of ice (in that order). Do you guys even train your bartenders? Not worth $5.75 for a splash of Smirnoff. The whole place seemed dirty. Will not be returning to this hellhole.

I really had higher expectations once Rookies went Reno's, but the ONLY improvement is the building renovations. The food is NO DIFFERENT than before....it is overpriced tasteless GARBAGE. I can't say service was terrible, exactly, but the one thing that turned me off was the HAIR of these waitresses. You have ZERO business wearing your LONG HAIR down if you are serving food. PERIOD. In fact, ours would play with her hair while talking with us. W T F. Another had her hair up, but hair ALL OVER her her shoulders from shedding. I'm FAR from impressed. Run. Quickly,
