I've been here for family dinner a couple of times. The staff here are friendly and their service is good too. Sunrise Passion Colada is my friend's favorite drink here. But somehow I'm not satisfied with the food, because I personally think the food tastes too salty, no matter what dishes you order. I understand that seafood normally tastes more salty than other food, but I think the chief should somehow process the ingredients more carefully, at least boil them longer. Plus, if you would claim it's normal for seafood to taste salty, how would you explain their mashed potato, veggies, salad and other dishes are all salty like the chief just robbed a salt producer? The side is supposed to reduce the saltiness when a customer is having a salty dish, right? Kinda disappointed about this. Another thing that bothers me is that I don't know if it is because my accent is too hard to understand, every time I ordered a "medium rare" NY strip, the waiter always served me a "almost well done steak", which is too hard and too dry to chew.

Great staff here very friendly and accommodating. The G M here is spot on checking all diners. Guy at the bar is very attentive. My salmon was prepared perfectly.

Went there during the weekend. (A Saturday night) they told us our wait would be 15 minutes. We waited maybe 10. I don't mind waiting for great food. The waiter was great. He was happy and friendly. Refilled our drinks when they were halfway empty. We didn't even have to ask him. Our food was great. I made a mistake in ordering fried shrimp when I wanted grilled. (My mistake) Our waiter could tell I was unhappy with my shrimp and he made it right by bringing out grilled shrimp and not charging us a dime for the fried shrimp. He was very kind. The manager was great too. I noticed that all the waiters and waitresses all help each other out. I liked seeing that. The meal was great. Had great taste, and filled you up! I love this place. Great food and great service!

It takes a lot for me to dine at Red Lobster. Not that I've ever really had a bad experience before, but it's just not my place of choice. Unfortunately, I won't be returning -- to this specific location at least. We went during lunch, which wasn't even that busy. We were waiting to be seated for a lot longer than we should have, with no hostess available. Throughout our hour-long stay, we were frequently greeted by various people (managers?) who were loud and overly enthusiastic but fake. Seriously people, dial it back a notch. Even the waitress was too loud while taking our order. It was a little bizarre. The cheddar bay biscuits, those wonderfully warm, slightly buttery, slightly garlicky biscuits were terrible. They were smothered in butter. The waitress even pointed out that this particular chef likes to go crazy with the butter. That is NOT something your patrons want to hear. I try not to be overly harsh in my reviews, but my clam chowder soup was disgusting. Good thing I wasn't that hungry. It was absolutely bland. So the soup just sat in my bowl, barely touched, looking like clumps of blob. If I had gotten some oyster crackers, maybe it would've helped the flavor, but I didn't get any.

Wow, I was there with my family, and was very underwhelmed....first, a 30min wait, I could see open tables! I had the lobster tacos which were pretty good. But thr grilled lobster tail was tiny and dry. My son tried the crab pasta,17 bucks...it was cold and drowning in sauce, could not eat, Do they even taste this stuff themselves? There are so many other better places to eat for the $ like Carrabbas! I wont be back to dead lobster.

Welcome to my 100th Review!! Kudos to server Jenny who, on her first day, had to put up with my 82-year-old dad's silliness and flirtations. She's a charming, sweet young lady who provided excellent service without making one single error. The room was a little cold, but I am always cold in restaurants. Maybe it's just me. The salad plates were hot, like, right-out-of-the-dishwasher hot. That was actually kind of weird and not in a good way. Salad plates should be cooooold. Minor issues: Main entrees take a while to come from the kitchen. The lobster was a bit overcooked but still quite delicious. The steak was excellent, as were the mashed potatoes. The manager chatted with us twice at our table to make sure we were happy. I recommend this Red Lobster, and will go back again.

Sun. lunch time was 1 h 20 min. for slightly above room temperature food. Some items overcooked. Chicken and Lobster had lots of black grill mess on it. I understand Sunday noon are super busy but they need to staff more. Several tables empty yet people waiting in pack wait area.

Wife and i had lobster dinners. Lobster was way over cooked. Meat was hard and dry, had to remove with a spoon because fork would not pierce it. It was like hard rubber. Sent them back and new ones were not much better. Went ahead and ate then left. Wont be back.

For the price, Red Lobster delivers. Lobster is one of my favorite foods and for around $20 they have a good lobster. Service is usually very good. Sometimes you have to wait for a seat way longer than you should. I think they don't have enough staff or something because every time I go in there and have to wait, when I'm seated, I always see tons of open tables. I'm very picky on my brewed ice tea and theirs is very good.

My friend found a feather in his salad. Yes, a feather. He got his meal for free, but still... where does a feather in a seafood restaurant come from, and more importantly, how does it end up in a salad?? At least my seafood pasta was ok, but to this day I'm still too scared to go back.

Met friends here last evening. We chose Red Lobster because both couples enjoy seafood and they had been advertising the unlimited shrimp event. The waitstaff was adequate. It took her a while to get that we were there for socializing and finally stopped rushing us into ordering our meal. We started with drinks, which were good. We had the crab/lobster stuffed mushrooms which were also very good. Our meals arrived and one of the platters was missing the third item. This was promptly corrected and we enjoyed the dinner. The waitress kept our "all you could eat" items refilled promptly. The food was good. As a chain restaurant I think this one is pretty good. We come here a couple times a year and have always enjoyed ourselves.

Always a good stop at Red Lobster! Food is always good and the drinks are made well! This one is a little old so it smells quite fishy inside but you'll always get the great service and good food that you expect!

I'm a big fan of seafood. I'm not a big fan of red lobster. I eat there frequently because the mass-mail their coupons out to everyone, but I would never visit this place without incentive. Low quality fish is what it amounts to.

If you've been to one Red Lobster you've been to them all. This location hasn't yet let me down, although I was a bit upset when they wouldn't take my reservation for a large group and I ended up showing up a half hour early to get a table a half hour late. But once we were seated and started to eat those wonderful cheesy biscuits all was forgiven.

This is your usual Red Lobster location, but I like it because it's bright and airy. So many of the places are dark and dingy. The prices are a bit high, but overall, the food quality is excellent. The service at this location is really good, too. Highly recommend!
