I went to this store as I always do. I work nearby and frequently visit this location. However, on Saturday 09/19/2015 I met the worse manager ever Matt Cusick and I will never return. I asked if he could put a football game (UofM) on but refused and was told " we are not in Ann Arbor and if I didn't like it, I could go eat somewhere else". I contacted corporate and haven't heard anything back nor do I believe I will. I have never been treat like this and felt like I was disrespected in many different ways. I did not get into an argument with this guy because I was on duty that day and in uniform. If I wasn't we would have had a few chose words.

Came here for drinks and it was lots of fun. The waiters and bartenders are very accommodating and really do their best to satisfy your requests. We requested a couple of *interesting* drinks that weren't on the menu and they were really good sports about it and made them for us. Definitely a fun time :)

Amazing...we had an experience identical to the ones already described. we walk in as a party of 6, they want to put us in nasty corner booth.(pause, corner booth was dirty and I was amazed at all the shit on the floor. No one had vacuumed the floor in 7 hours or so.) We really want a table so we can face one another and talk. this totally confuses the wait staff. She goes over to manager, gumpy looking dude looked like he was named Doug or similar, and after a 2 minute conference, she comes back and "allows" to us combine two tables, just like the two tables combined next to us. 2 hour deal from start to finish with other groups coming in after us, eating and leaving, with us still eating. Made me wonder about the urgency of feeding the groups who are drinking, Order water and your order comes in 15 mins, get the hell out and let us flip this table. OOOhhhh, your want to order 3 long islands and 3 beers for the table and the food order gets put on the slow side of the kitchen. Fellow Yelpers...does this happen?? decent wings, here's something weird, one of my buddies order contained only drummies, no wing sections. never seen that. Owner of the this BWWW, get this place under control!!

Here on business stopped in for a quick dinner,sat at the bar food was good hey it's a wing joint and bar food. Jessica C waited on me what an asset to this restaurant she was training and serving and didn't miss a beat. You don't find to many like her don't let her go

Great service and very quick takeout. Food is fresh tasting, and he atmosphere is great. Sometimes there's a long wait at the dinner rush.

I keep coming here because I love the wings but this location has THE WORST SERVICE EVER. If we come for lunch we basically know we will be there two hours waiting for food and drinks. They have the most incompetent staff I've ever seen at a restaurant. One day we walked in to sit at the bar and the hostess said we could seat ourselves. The next time we came to sit at the bar we went to seat ourselves and the snotty young waitress took time from gossiping with her friends long enough to literally yell at us that "the sign says to WAIT!". She almost tried to get in a fight with me! This time we were sitting at the bar and the bus boy drops two bags of ice right next to us and continues to smash them on the bar for several minutes with so much force that we had to suspend our conversation until he was finished, where we promptly got dirty looks from him. If you are interested in seeing the bottom of the barrel in the DNA pool of Lansing I would recommend visiting this restaurant, just allow several hours! Vanessa at the bar is literally the only competent person in this whole place so you're lucky if you happen to get her.

If you've been to any B Dubs, you know what to expect; they're a corporate-owned restaurant so if you've seen one you've seen them all. The service in East Lansing is not only more attentive but better looking as well (according to my creepy uncle Paul who typically has accurate opinions about the attractiveness quotient of women lol).
