Wings and UFC, my favorite dinner combo. The staff was nice, they switched to the ultimate fighter for me, the chili was amazing, and the wings were on the same level as buffalo wild wings.

I feel bad giving this place 2 stars because it could totally be a 4 or even 5 star with some tightening up. The food is GREAT! I shared some chicken nachos and a pizza and they were both delicious. Highly recommended for food. Great beer selection too! Lots of Bells. The service sucked. There is no other way to put it. Our server/ bartender was very inattentive, seemed frazzled, and just did a poor job overall. The funny part; it wasn't even busy, especially for a football Sunday. There were multiple times where our drinks were empty for over 10 mins at s time. This is frustrating to say the least. This brings me to my next point: it was for football Sunday! Good part is that this is a hidden gem for the Sunday Ticket. They have a lot of TVs and great sound. Although the sound was not on because there was a party in another room and they didn't want sound and the employee couldn't figure out how to select the zones. That meant all the football fans had to listen to easy 80s music for 3.5 hours. Seems like a no brainer to have the sound for football going. Towards the end of the experience, a manager and additional staff came on and got some of this nonsense figured out but it was too late by this point. Get your stuff figured out for media and get some servers that can handle themselves without imploding. I would go again with caution unless they get there stuff figured out, then I would love to go here again. Btw, kind of pricy for a bad experience.

We've visited this Burdick's a few times in the past and it's a favorite for the kids. Today's visit was another great experience. I had the Dragon's Milk pulled pork sandwich and was it ever delicious. The slaw was the perfect contradiction to them pork and the fresh butter bun topped it off perfectly. My wife had the Salmon BLT and thought t was delicious. Both of our dishes came with fries as a side and in the past we've upgraded to the truffle fries and been disappointed due to the light dusting that the fries normally receive. My wife gave them another shot and today was an exception. Apparently they are also quite delicious when an adequate amount is used. The service was very snappy, but then again there was only one other table at the time so it would have been pretty hard to screw up. The kids always love to go to this location (even the littlest) and watch people skating out the big windows. Today was no exception and it's amazing how long they can be fascinated by the skaters which makes dinner way kore enjoyable for mom and dad. My only complaint is with the prices. All three Burdick's share the same prices and while they might be acceptable for the downtown location, I think they're a bit high for this location. Even though them prices are a bit high it's still worth a visit. One warning to you - Saturday evenings are open skate and you'll want to be prepared for children to be begging to go skating. It's $3 for open skate and $3 for skate rental. We didn't go today but the kids have really enjoyed it in the past.

The burgers are great, the craft beer selection is awesome. Service outstanding. Food and beer specials and you can even watch live hockey.

This is a good place to watch live hockey while you eat or even catch a game on TV. There are multiple TVs here. There are a decent amount of beers on tap also. Food is decent. I had the chicken street tacos but they lacked flavor. My husband ordered the bleu cheese burger and it looked really good! He confirmed that it was as good as it looked. I also ordered the huge brownie Sunday. I got to say, it was pretty darn good!! The prices seem a little high for the kind of establishment it is. My taco dinner was $11.50, Brownie Sunday was $7.00, husbands burger $10.00. Not a bad place to grab a quick bite to eat and grab a drink.

I'm pretty surprised by the glowing reviews here. Honestly, I don't think I would come here if it wasn't for my friends and family playing hockey here from time to time. My problem is that their prices are really high for what you are served. Beer prices, food prices, it doesn't matter. It's all expensive. Their burgers are overpriced and overcooked. I am a medium person, and I don't mind if it's medium well, but every time I have ever ordered a burger here it comes out well done. Meh. Wings? They're good, but (you guessed it) over priced. The beer selection is good. The pizza is usually waayyy too greasy (not sure if that's because it's the "free pizza for winning the game" I have seen on a regular basis, but I definitely wouldn't order one and pay for it). Atmosphere is really cool, especially if you come on a night where your friends are playing hockey on the rink that the restaurant overlooks and there is a Red Wings game on. The restaurants that were here before Burdick's weren't anything to rave about either, but at least then the prices were reasonable.

Great atmosphere! Enjoyed a burger and fries followed by apple pie al la mode and coffee. (The two with me enjoyed the brews and I was the designated driver,) Plenty of big screen TVs with windows overlooking a hockey rink. Friendly service with good suggestions provided by Jenna. $7 dessert is a bit pricey but big enough for two. Seemed to live up to it's advertised burgers, brews, and big screens.

I would have to agree on the previous review with regards to overpriced and just so-so First glance had my hopes up but I should have known better by the crowd.. Or lack thereof. If the food is good, people will come.. There were only 5 tables covered and 3 others at the bar including myself The bartender was solid, great attitude and attentive. One of the waitresses was on her cell phone most of the time I saw her... If you want to piss off customers, stand around on your phone texting while they're waiting on a refill... This was literally 50 yards from my hotel so I figured how bad can it be... $11.5 for a burger most people wouldn't give $4 for... Just because you serve a few craft beers, get over yourself with the ridiculous prices for the very average food. And tell your staff to keep their cell phones in the back

The worst I've seen at a rink. This restaurant was not prepared to host the MAHA playdowns. If you have a restaurant in a hockey rink, be prepared to feed a team. We got to watch a whole game while waiting for our food. 2 hours. We were never asked for a refill of drinks in 2 hours. One couple didn't have their food yet as everyone was done eating and ready to leave. So now it is 2 1/2 hours. The food was cold and they missed 1/2 the orders. The restaurant was not even full. Atmosphere is great, but not after 2 hours.

Great beer selection, great menu, great service. Prices are reasonable as well. This is the best place in town to watch sports on TV. Pretty cool that you can watch a live hockey game on the ice while eating the best burger I've ever had! Would recommend to everyone!

Really great food and service. Watching the hockey league kept my kids amused and there's a really impressive list of local and big brews on tap. Creative but accessible menu, ably executed. Burgers and kids meal chicken tenders were all delicious. We'll absolutely be back.

The location at Wings West isn't a place to go to watch hockey. Yeah, funny, since it's located in a hockey rink. TV's only stream basketball and repeated request to put hockey on one of the 30 TV's are brushed off. Plus it's a little pricey.

Bad service and mediocre food. We have a group of 22-33 who watch soccer games across the street. We have been twice with bad service both times. These people act like you are doing them a favor by coming in. The bartenders ignore you unless you beg. The servers are rude and slow. I don't recommend this place. I will recommend to the group that we spend our money elsewhere.

I would not even give one star. Management is awful specifically manager Josh. This evening a group of 30 + people attending the high school skills competition attempted to sit in an available area of the restaurant and was turned away very rudely by management. At 6:15 the manager Josh stated there was a private party being held in the room at 6:00 I asked him if he was aware of the time he said yes it's 5:30. I will never spend another penny in this establishment or any other of The Greenleafs restaurants because this poor management has been going on for years. And customers are treated horribly I will take my wallet up the street as well as the other 30 that were turned away...

What a great little sports bar! Attached to a hockey rink, with excellent sight lines, the place also features lots of tvs tuned to.....sports! Cheap beer, mildly expensive burgers. We stopped in on a snowy Wednesday night, when there was a High School hockey rivalry doubleheader, and it was crowded. However Jessica was AWESOME with service, always making sure we had a beer and making sure we were comfortable. Had the wings - hot and they catch you a few minutes after eating, and the burgers. BURGERS ARE GREAT! I guess a local bakery makes the buns, and you can tell. Burger itself was PERFECT, lots of flavor, perfectly cooked and pretty decent (though salty) fries. Lots of Bell's on tap. Worth a visit anytime of day! Chix Wings 9.00 (2) Hoplam Beer 10.36 1 Bacon Ched Burger 13.50 1 Swiss & Muchroom 15.50 1 22 Draft beer 5.89 Total - 5$7.51

Worst service in K-zoo. I know that Burdick's has undergone significant changes in management, but what my friend and I experienced this weekend was completely unprofessional. I like to go to this Burdick's because it's close to my house, so my neighbor and I went to go watch football on a Sunday. Big mistake. I'm just going to offer a list because writing the narrative would take too long: --It took ten minutes for our waitress, Stephanie, to take our drink order --She had no knowledge of and/or was unable to clearly communicate the Happy Hour specials --She did not want to honor the Happy Hour prices listed in menu --After we talked to the bartender, we finally got our $5 martini special honored --It took at least 20 minutes for our server to get our drink orders --It took forever to get food menus --My friend's martini tasted like Lemon Pledge over ice --Stephanie never brought us the waters we asked for, so I ordered them at the bar --The bartender had to take our food order because our server never came to take it --Our server never came to check on us, to ask us if our food/drinks were okay, to give us refills, to clear our dirty plates, or to remove our dirty glasses --We had to physically stop her if we wanted to order more drinks --Other people in the restaurant were pissed because their service was also terrible --I cleared our dirty dishes from our table and put them on another dirty table --My friend removed all our dirty glasses and put them on the bar --She pressured us to close our tabs (because she was leaving) even though we weren't done eating and drinking --I left a detailed list similar to this one on our comment card, and she went around it shared it with her co-workers --Despite her having shared our negative feedback, not one employee came over to apologize for our horrible service --She never came to apologize for her horrible service --Instead she complained to our new server, who mentioned that he had read our comment card At the end of the night, all my friend and I could do was laugh at the situation and be thankful that our food was good (we both ordered fish 'n' chips). I don't know if this server was new, but she needs more training about waiting tables and professional courtesy. I tried to contact Burdick's management, but their contact information is suspiciously absent from the website. I know that the changes Burdick's has undergone have negatively affected students (like doing away with the student discount), so coupled with my horrible experience, I won't be going back.
