Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Service was good and workers were friendly but there's something about the food at this location that doesn't taste like the others. Rice had a very very bland taste and the pico had barley any taste at all. Steak was overly spicy, and there were a large amount of burnt veggies in my bowl. I love Chipotle but I won't be back at this location.

This is probably the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. Most chipotle locations are packed with heat and flavor. Everything at this location is bland. Service is consistent with other locations. Just the food is a huge disappointment.

It's the (first!) new Chipotle in town. Super friendly service, even at 9:30 on a Sunday. They have all the latest items, including brown rice and organic cilantro. The layout is a little different: completely communal on the inside, so low bar and high table seating, but not individual tables except on the concrete slab outside (3 tables, not the normal patio structure). We took out meal outside to enjoy the warm summer night and also to enjoy a table. You can tell they are still working out some kinks - only one person at the front who tried completing two of our orders at once, kept forgetting our order. They were very accommodating though: went to the back for brown rice without cilantro.

Since I've been to Q-Doba and Panchero's before, I'll compare it with the two. Less menu items but great quality and faster service. I love the fact thay they are a more natural foods restaurant. Animals are not given antibiotics and are pen raised. Vegetables are organically grown and use local when available. Prices are great considering the extra effort used in the food. I've always heard people talk about this place and now I'm sold. No queso sauce because it has perservatives.

Wow, What a mistake! We were actually going to Qdoba, and I said, "Let's try Chipotle." The atmosphere was nothing at least. Very blase. I had the carnitas burrito. They add either white or brown rice. The white had a perfume like scent and did not add to the flavor at all. The ingredients were second rate at best. i will give them Kudos for using all natural meats ( no hormones and grain fed no meat by products.) The place was loud and noisy. It was just a waste of time and money. Run don't walk to Qdoba!

Great low cost Mexican fast food made to order. Organic, allergy aware and many local food providers/farmers products. Always satisfying even with limited menu choices.

Chicken burrito is awesome

Typical Chipotle. For first-timers, it's basically upscale Americanized Mexican fast food like Qdoba, Salsarita's, or Baja Fresh. Location is maintained really well and food was good. Only qualm is paying extra for guacamole as is the case with other Mexican fast food places like this. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl which was delicious as usual. Definitely recommend if you want something better than taco bell but more prompt service than an actual Mexican restaurant.

I love Chipotle, but this location is way below par. The portions are much smaller than every other location I have been to across multiple states and the lady making my bowl was very sloppy. She put a ton of bean juice and as much tomatoes as meat, rice, and beans combined. Needless to say, I threw my bowl in the garbage as it just tasted like bean sauce and tomato juice. I am never going back.

The quality is good but the food and the atmosphere are boring and sanitary. Zzzzzzzzzz. Go to QDoba or Moe's. Or if you want real Mexican food go to El Gallo Blanco.

Delicious, moderately priced and a good friend. All in all its a good Sunday evening!
