Staying overnight on business: the company booked not me. Check in was easy, the employee was helpful and friendly. The hotel feels older, has fruit wallpaper trim and a nifty staircase. I guess this is where the B&B part comes in? Pool is open 6am-midnight. Breakfast 7-10am Room is size able, but I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. The bed was clean and not too beat up feeling. Bathroom is crisp and clean with Pantene toiletries. This hotel could use a real update: it looks like it's gotten some TLC, but it's time for some real work.

Simply the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Downright rude and when I asked to cancel I was told "we already have your money" by the manager. I told them I would take it up with the credit card company, she said "I know how to fight that too". RUN AWAY

I stayed here once before and it was not bad. But this time, not so much. The employees for the most part were pleasant. When I checked in the front desk employee was not very friendly - not rude, but just not friendly. Willmar was very delightful to talk with in the lunch room, and Casey was very helpful at the front desk. When I checked in and walked into my room and one of the beds looked like someone had been sitting or laying on top of it. Then there was the bathroom ... hair on the floor, in the shower, and on top of the toilet seat. Those things there grossed me out!! Probably will not stay here again.

The hotel looked clean, and free breakfast is nice, but $119 a night is too much. We got a wake up call at 6am which we did not ask for because we have a baby, also the whole hotel was out of shampoo. I can see why every hotel in the area was sold out except this one.
