Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Ravioli was tremendous. Was the size of your hand. The Cudighi was perfect. You can order to your liking, mild to spicy. Left with a full stomach and no room to try a delicious looking cinnamon roll. Maybe next time.

The very best cudighi in the U.P. and the house capicola is incredible. A well established family business-- they bake their own breads and the pizza is awesome. One of the best parts is that it is old school. You can have them make your pizza, pasta or sandwiches. But it's really nice that you can grab all the stuff and make it at home. The Italian Hero is my favorite thing on the menu, the lasagna is a real treat and make sure to try their sausage and meatballs.

Ohh Ralph's, how i dream of your cudighi. Everytime I come within 75 miles i have to stop. Sooooooooooo good and yummy. Could I start a franchise for you down here in the D?

On my way through the U.P. last week on a "get away" trip I passed this place and thought, Oh, a deli, that's nice - because I heard of another place that was recommended for a pasty and cudighi that I was planning to stop at on my return through the area. But on my way back down from the Keweenaw I stopped for the night in Houghton and did some further research and found the glowing reviews for Ralph's. I decided to try Ralph's instead, and I'm sure glad I did! It was mid-afternoon so they weren't too busy - affording me plenty of time to bend the ear of my waitress a bit. I had a mild cudighi and it was delicious! I picked up a package of mild and a package of medium cudighi sausage (both frozen) to bring home, as well as a tub of pizza sauce and the French bread rolls and a couple of frozen pasties. The pasties will be supper tonight so I can't review those yet. I was tempted to bring home half the store/deli, it all looked so good! Kinda kicking myself for not grabbing some cannoli filling.... Will definitely be stopping here again if I have future opportunities to get up there. It'll be worth the nearly 5 hour drive.

Best meatball sandwich I've ever had will definitely stop here whenever I come through town

Awesome staff and great food. I got the cudighi when on vacay in the UP since it's a local thing. Amazing. Was a little apprehensive about getting it the traditional way with mustard, ketchup, onions, and tomato sauce, but it works. Wife got the meatball sandwich. Their homemade meatballs are just as good as the cudighi and not boiled to death in tomato sauce like a lot of places do.

Went there for lunch had the chili and cudighi. For an out of towner this place was great! One of my buddy's got the pizza and loved it and his wife is Italian and makes homemade pizzas. Will def be checking out this place again before I leave!

We used them to cater our family reunion and could not have been happier. They showed up on time with a wonderful dinner of lasagna, salads, bread and bars. They also brought all of the serving utensils and plates. Very reasonably priced too!

It's all about the Cudighi! Whether you're picking up some to take home and cook, or having a sandwich there, you can not beat the Cudighi at Ralph's. They also have a good deli, and some fine pizza - and these are really great, but seriously, *IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CUDIGHI*!

The absolute best! So good that if you go there for lunch, you might just want to go back for dinner! Half the building is a deli, the other side is the restaurant. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I can't believe Pizza Hut had the chutzpah to open across the street. Who would go there when this fine cuisine is here at a much better price?

Best cudighi sandwich, hands down! A must stop if ever in the Ishpeming area. They have been around for years and keep nailing it!

The food is the best! From pizzas to cudighi, I love it all. And their pasties are my favorite in the area. Great service, too. They check on you several times and your glass is never allowed to get empty. The only fault? Its too small! Had a hankering for cudighi one day but they were full. I love, love, love this place!
