This is where "the locals" go. Good lunch in Hudson. Probably the only good lunch in Hudson unless you're into Subway (there's 2 of them in town less than half a mile from eachother) Karen's makes their own bread. Soups taste homemade too. Fun fact: Karen's used to be a Kroger long long ago (look at the historic pictures of Hudson in the lobby.) Closes kind of early, so watch out for that.
