Good service, good food, reasonable prices. We had the mozzarella sticks, mushroom appetizers and their pizza. It was all very good. Nothing fancy. Yes, the décor needs a makeover but it is the food and service that is more important. It would be nice to have more than just 1 single bathroom for guys and 1 single bathroom for girls though.

Ever since we moved to Holly, our pizza loving family has eaten here at least once a week for the past 2 years! Best pizza in town, around, and ever! Great family restaurant for pizza and pasta and let's not forget the pazelli! Yummm!!! The restaurant is clean and you can tell the employees like being there. Our favorite is the family size pizza with pepperoni, black olives and green pepper with a antipasto salad-don't forget their house dressing is da'bomb!

Awesome pizza and pizzele! We've only ever had take out so I can't comment on the actual restaurant but the food we've gotten to-go has been great! Reasonable prices and the wait is on par for an actual restaurant (as opposed to just carry out). My favorite is pizzele, my husband's is regular pizza, so our only complaint is one of us has to give in once in a while for the other! ;)

Great pizza (deep dish is worth the extra time!!!) and homemade salad dressing! Homemade bread is yummy! As others have stated, looks 'hole-in the wall'ish' but the outdoor patio is really nice and they have a band that plays. Definitely check it out!!

The restaurant is in desperate need of a make over inside. The atmosphere makes you second guess the cleanliness of the kitchen and the quality of the food. For that reason I highly recommend if this is you choice that you order takeout and do not dine in. The only saving grace is the Deli Pizzeli which is very good.

One day my wife got the taste for Red Devil pizza. Well we had to drive over an hour from where we were to this restaurant. I can't really comment on too much of the menu because we always get their fabulous pizza, bread sticks and salad. Sure the decor is not the best but that lends itself to its charm. A simple Italian place run by the same family for many years. Everything is very warm, the staff very friendly and fast and judging by the amount of people we have seen over the many years of going here very popular with the locals. The pizza? What can I say, it is cooked right, hot and mouthwatering. The crust is thin, the toppings fresh and spicy, the sauce is very rich, which makes the combination superb!

The Pizzeli is amazing! Good food at reasonable prices, whenever I'm in the area (for lunch or dinner) I have to stop and eat here!!!

Thought we would try something new out so we just found this place on yelp and went for dinner. It was NOT worth the 30$ something we paid. Our waitress was nice but definitely not attentive. Had to ask for refills and silverware. Just not impressed with how long we waited for our food to get out. We ordered a small Pizzeli to split, a small greek salad and focasha (sp?) bread. Took a long time to get to our table and I felt like the people working there didn't really care to serve us. needless to say, will not be back.

Get the Deli Pizzeli! What is it? Two pieces of homemade flatbread. Sandwiched in between are ham, salami, lettuce, tomato, Swiss and provolone cheeses with a ranch-type homemade sauce. In essence, a pizza sandwich. We ordered the 12" and it was $14.95, and for the two of us, it was a total beast. I ate one slice, and I was good lol. We had enough leftovers to last us an additional 3 days! They even allow you to add more meat and cheese. I can't imagine what that'd look like!! Don't forget the Frank's Red Hot..it's the right complement to it, if you like some heat. I would have preferred Tabasco, but that's all they have. As much as I liked the pizzeli, the fact that they put iceberg lettuce was a turn off. Arugula or spinach would have been a better option, as either has more flavor. It would be more expensive, but I would gladly pay it. Other than that, we had a pleasant time here. Service was friendly and attentive. They have another Fenton location that is a take out, so if you want to sit down and enjoy, choose this location. They have an outdoor patio that is nice to lounge and munch on during nice sunny days. Good for groups, both big and small. Afterwards, take a stroll around the corner in Downtown Holly, or better yet, the Historic Holly Hotel is just a stone's throw away. I'll be back, but only for the pizzeli, and next time, we're bringing some friends along so we can attack this monstrosity.

Eh, just ok. Nothing has been really good. We like the outside dining area and the fact you can get a seat quickly but the food isn't amazing or anything. Staff has been nice & friendly.

I was not impressed by anything here. There was nothing special about the food, it was pretty bland. I'm pretty sure my chardonnay was out of a box. Even the Italian dressing left something to be desired. I'll give it another shot, only because they've gotten other really good reviews, but you'd think an Italian restaurant would make a really good meatball sandwich!

Awesome pizza! Haven't tried anything else as I always have the pizza, but I'm sure it's good. :)

They have had the best pizza in town since the seventies. The Pizzelli & Stromboli are great too. I love sitting on the new patio in the summer.

I agree with the other review who said this place is a "hole in the wall." But often those are the real gems, and this is no exception. The decor leaves a lot to be desired! lol But I loved the food. I had the parm, and we all loved our food! All of our dishes were great! We all left very full, because the food was so good it was hard to stop eating! Definitely planning to return sometime very soon.

This place looks like a hole in the wall that hasn't been updated since the late 70s, and it totally is. What you can't tell from the outside are the wonders that lie in the kitchen! Everything is outstanding here. I absolutely love the veggie lasagna. It's molten-lava-cripy-around-the-edges-worth-burning-your-mouth every time it comes out. I willingly leave with no feeling in my tongue because I can't wait to take the first bite. They also have great pizza, pizelle and stromboli. Like I said, everything is great. If you are in the Holly area, try to grab a local newspaper because you are likely to find really decent coupons that make it even more worthwhile. :)

I love Red Devil pizza. They also have salads to die for. Red Devil is the only thing I miss about living in Holly.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
