Nothing much to say about Franchise food stores. - The food was on point, ordered 5 different flavors of wings, all of them were loaded with sauces which is a plus. But the service on the other hand, was rather slow. I dined with a party of 4, we were one of 4 tables present, no huge parties everyone was just dining on a Saturday afternoon. Our water was rarely refilled, and it took the waiter a while to get our orders down. In my opinion no excuse for slow service when there are plenty of waitresses present, and less than 5 tables being served.

I'd never had any wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and had a craving so I stopped in and got an order to go. The young lady that took my order was friendly and didn't seem to mind a couple questions so if I were rating on service alone I'd probably feel this place deserved about 3 1/2 stars. As far as the wings go I thought the sauce was good, but there really needed to be more on the wings especially considering the meat itself had no flavor at all besides plain old boring chicken flavor a little saltiness would have made a world of difference in the flavor. As far as the value for my money goes I guess it was OK. I don't see myself rushing to return here, but I won't rule out maybe stopping in again someday to try something else on the menu.

Meh. Servers are nice but it takes soooo long to get any food (even appetizers). I used to think it was because we're in a group but it was the same deal when only two of us went. The food can be pretty good but quality is hit or miss.

This place is always packed and the service is usually horrible. Lots of wait staff sitting around but a great place for football or basketball.

We went for a fantasy football draft as they will set it all up for you and make it a fun event instead of a exhausting one. Drinks suck and food was cold. Staff isn't made for hospitality. Waitress kept hitting on my husband while sitting right next to me (couples draft). Won't be back.

Food is awesome. Drinks are terrible. Mojito is good but Long Island and Rum Runner was terrible. Worst Ive ever had. Also, the salsa is pretty nasty. Take the beans out?

typical wings. BUT horrible service. went two weeks ago with my girlfriend and watched our waitress fill our drinks and then sit there for 5 minutes talking before bringing them. Yesterday I ordered by phone at 11:30 they said it will be done by 11:50. I got there at exactly 11:50 went in and paid. the hostess Amanda? said let me go grab them from the bar. 10 minutes go by and the manager comes up and says have you been helped? "yeah, I'm just waiting for my wings I paid 10 minutes ago" she walks away. 10 mote minutes come by and she finally bring my wings. HORRIBLE SERVICE AT LEAST OFFER A FREE DRINK OR APPETIZER.

I normally not a huge fan of BWW but was up here on business last week during the blizzard. It was the only thing near my hotel. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer and normal food. It wasn't so much the quality of food but was very happy with the staff. I know they were slow and didn't want to be there. They were all in a great mood and we're very attentive. If I was back up there again I would definitely go back for a few beers.

It was a packed Saturday evening so my friends and I got a table in the bar area. Given these facts I get that it means the place is so loud that conversation needs to be yelled in order for a person 2 seats away to hear you. And I get that the tv's are a distraction on every vertical surface- absolutely EVERY inch. What I don't get is the lack of service and lousy food. Our waitress or the cooking staff took 4 times longer than normal to get our orders out. Once they were out they were mediocre at best. Half of my choice- a blackened chicken salad- needed to go straight to the trash for being spoiled. At least the chicken was seasoned well and edible. So if you prefer the loud, distracting and man appealing atmosphere you'll like this place. Be prepared for the crappy food by eating elsewhere first. Fortunately only much better restaurant choices nearby make that simple.

Ahh Buffalo Wild Wings! Thank you. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings (Bdubs) 1 week after it opened. I had a good time the place was packed. We only waited about 20min tops, and there were a TON of people there!! We got seated, the drinks came quickly, and the food came at a reasonable time considering how packed they were. The food: I ordered the Cheese Burger Slammers and 6 Boneless Buffalo Wings with Spicy Garlic sauce. First off the Burgers were ridiculously good, they came with lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side with a generous helping of shoe string fries. Bdubs is known for their bone in and boneless buffalo wings they have quite a few different sauces to choose from, from great tasting to great tasting burn you face off Blaze sauce. My personal favorite was the Spicy Garlic sauce. You can sample sauces if you would like, I had sampled 3 different sauces. Mango Habbenaro, Hot BBQ, and Parmesan Garlic. The mango had a sweet flavor to start with a killer kick at the end. The Hot BBQ was just hot through out the entire sampling, my wifes face turned all red from that one. Then the Parmesan garlic had no kick what so ever and tasted more garlicky than the spicy garlic did. I was very pleased with my overall experience with Bdubs and will be going back soon.
