Pozza was very good Server cleaned the table, dried it and was pleasant you do not get that in most places. COMMON SENSE!!!!! Live band, it was fun

Food is average for the area. But if you go for the friday night fish fry be prepared for a long wait even after you are seated. 1.5 hours from seating to food and only saw the waitress 3 times. That is 30 minutes between checking on us. The need to strp ot up

My Hersey Elementary School classmates and I wanted to plan a reunion and have it at a place in (wait for it) Hersey. I made the reservations by phone SEVEN months in advance, and one of my classmates went in and reconfirmed it in person. We then all booked plane tickets, made arrangements to drive in with family, etc. About ten days before the event, I called to reconfirm it before recommunicating the info to any RSVP stragglers. I was passed around a bit, and ultimately, someone saying she was the General Manager called me back and said that they would not honor the reservation, and that whoever took it should not have made it. I let her know that we had people flying and driving in from around the state and country and she said that it would be "bad business" (her exact words) to seat a group instead of leaving her tables open for "locals". Given this is a Hersey reunion, I didn't bother to point out the obvious - we all have, or do live in the area, and for those of us that don't live there, we certainly visit. There was no apology, there was no concern, there was just a rude and unprofessional person turning away lots of business. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed and upset. Even when good business sense fails, simple common sense and courtesy can go a long way. I hear Chase Creek Smokehouse has good food and I hope they want our business. It's not Hersey, but the odds are they're more polite and professional.

BBQ chicken wrap and salads are very good. The meatloaf was excellent! The area needs a place like this. The atmosphere is relaxing and the wait staff pleasant. Visited this place three times over the last month or so and they have been consistent.

This review is on dessert only. Live music on Friday nights is nice. Desserts are pretty good; we liked the peanut butter pie better than the bread pudding; both are regular features. They also have soft serve ice cream.

Steaks done the way you ask. They were both very good. Appetizer was also very good. They other two dinners were also very good, Service was okay. Bread Pudding was excellent as was the pumpkin cheesecake!

Decent place, I'd be back. Cozy, very relaxed place to grab a bite to eat. When I went, it was a Monday night, we had a party of 6. Out of all of our food I'd recommend the Ribeye and the Mac & Cheese. Everything else we ordered was good (average). Next time we might try some of the mexican or pasta but overall everyone was happy with their food. Service was prompt and friendly.

I am a local, and we have been here a number of times. The service is generally good for our small town. It's typical American Tavern type food if there is such a thing. Food Specifics; BBQ chicken wrap is a good value, meatloaf is good, parmesan chicken pasta so-so, the Fish Fry is always good, but of course slow on a Friday night.

Me and my husband have frequented this restaurant many times and we decided to go there this evening. By far the WORST service and food we have had at River Junction. My husband ordered the all you can eat fish and I ordered the BZone. After about 25 minutes we got our order of onion rings; another 20 minutes our meals arrived...sans his cole slow. His fish was cold and the fries were cold and rubbery. Mine, luckily, was hot and so were the chips. The waitress didn't come back and check on us for what seemed like an hour but when she did she asked if there was a problem. We explained the cold meal and she okay, I'll get you another, grabbed his plate and walked away. Yeah...another 20 minutes later he gets his meal...it's a bit warmer but the fries still cold. The waitress never came back. After an hour and half we got up to leave and someone had to get her so we could get our bill. She explained she don't have authority to comp anything on a meal so we had to pay full price. NICE. Oh wait...she did give us our DC for free. And my husband still didn't get his cole slaw. We will not be back. BAD, BAD service. They get one star for my hot BZone.

It was their opening night, and they were packed! We knew things would be a little bumpy and were ok with the minor issues and wait for food. We just wanted to taste the food and show support for Phil. The meatloaf was amazing. The chicken parm looked incredible, but no one in our party ordered it - on list for next time. Peanut butter pie for desert was to die for. Looking forward to next visit when service is working smoother and to try other menu items.

Good food, great service and 23 oz. Bell's beer for only $5. Pizza was top notch! Meat loaf quite tasty and good sized portions. Will be going back sometime.

Needed somewhere to have a work related meeting near Hersey and this was about the only place that showed up on google. We got there a little after 11 and the doors were still locked. No big deal, small town on a Wednesday morning... I ordered a sandwich (forgot the name but it was Italian) and onion rings and they were both very tasty. No complaints, good service good food. I would definitely return if I needed to travel to heresy again!

Vegetarian pizza was spot on! One of the better I've had. Portions for the group I came in with were huge! More than enough for two meals. Chicken tenders were good. Panko shrimp was tasty & done well. The Mac & cheese was lackluster. The burger was poorly done; no flavoring or seasoning, just a big 'ole slab of ground beef. Atmosphere was quaint, just what one might expect from an itty bitty township in rural Michigan. Our server was friendly, attentive, and had a really enjoyable demeanor. Would definitely return, but not for burgers.
