The only reason I go here is the location. Employees are indifferent at best. Id say if you have the time then pass this one by.

Horribly slow and congested. Waited 5 minutes to order in drive thru, then had to pull around and wait for food. Went inside to get food and found out why they're so slow. Plenty of workers, but clearly Incompetent with an incompetent manager. "Workers" standing around while others giving out wrong orders so the manager had to micro manage and try to fix everything. If you see this McDonalds, keep driving!

Listen... I get that you work at mcdonalds. And I get that you probably had higher hopes for yourself, but Jesus Christ. This mcdonalds has the worst employees with the worst attitudes that I've ever been to and if you're going to be so rude can you at least get my order right? Not to mention the wait time in the drive thru is an average of 20+ minutes. God... Thinking of all the awful experiences I've had here is giving me a headache but I live so close and when you're on your way home from the bar and don't want to sit at Country Boy (TPR of HP) that's really your only choice. Not only could I not disrespect myself by using the P word anywhere in this review, but yes ladies and gentleman I'm going to have to say this is THE worst McDonald's I've ever been to, ever. And on that note they'll probably see me tomorrow so please don't spit in my food. BONUS STORY: I almost got into a fist fight with the manager after he snatched a bag back out of my hands and asked me what I ordered.

I went here on a Sunday afternoon for a double cheeseburger and a coffee and was actually heckled by an off duty employee who was waiting for a ride. He hovered over my seat from an adjacent booth while I tried to enjoy my meal. Kid was talking to someone on the phone and when I asked him to stop he went in and talked to a manager. When I went in to consult with the manager, it was some 19 year old kid who told me I was going to have be kicked out if I didn't "behave". I asked him what his name was and the kid actually replied to me "Ipee Freely". I could not believe what I had just witnessed. I called the manager the next day Monday and my call was NEVER returned. I called corporate a few days later. BTW, both of those grease balls gave me phoney names. I advise you to never go in there again. EVER!

Unfortunately, I eat McDonalds much more than I care to admit and frequent this location because it's the closest to my house. Today was the last straw in dealing with this sorry bunch. Went through the drive thru, placed my order and pulled up to pay. The only reason I knew my total was that I read the drive thru screen. The cashier said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me, no words, no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Practically threw my change at me. Same thing with the clerk handing out the food. Almost got food dumped on me as she couldn't even make eye contact. No words at all. Like I got the dumbest, mutest Mcd's crew on the planet. I was pissed. Going to whomever claims to be the manager here is pointless. Fries were cold and chewy too. Going to speak up with my dollars and head a little further up the road from now on. This place sucks.

I work at a bar and this is usually the only fast food place open super late, so I always end up here. Usually whoever takes my order is super rude, until I get up to the window. They are super slow, expect to wait at least ten minutes to get your food. And once you're in the drive-thru, you are stuck. I've had them tell me they only serve six piece nuggets, they are only serving breakfast even though the sign suggests otherwise and my favorite; there's a twenty minute wait for food. Luckily, they are pretty on point with your order though!

I concur with the other post about a 19 year old manager. This McDonalds is very close and yet now I refuse to go again. I went in and bought a couple burgers and noticed the place is run by what looks like 16-year old kids. The manager is also a child, must be at the oldest, 20 years old. The burgers tasted like filth and I became ill after eating them. A previous time I visited this restaurant I had a coupon for free fries, and they gave me the coldest, brownest, most disgusting fries ever. It's probably not much different than any other fast food place. Some owner wants to squeeze a nickle and hires a bunch of kids to run his restaurant for him. And you can't help but think of all those internet pictures of kids with their boots in the lettuce, licking taco shells, peeing on pickles, etc. etc. I no longer trust these restaurants to serve me clean, edible food. This place in particular. I can't trust some angry teenager not to drop kick my burger across a dirty floor. I consider it a blessing that this place served disgusting food as I will avoid it in the future.

This McDonald's is usually okay if you go inside to order. I've waited a ridiculously long time in the drive-thru, though. And I should mention that the "Open 24 Hours" sign is false advertising. I've gone there in the middle of the night only to be told over the drive-thru speaker that they're presently closed and that they will reopen in 15 minutes for breakfast. I asked, "Aren't you supposed to be open 24 hours?" They didn't respond. By the way, despite what Yelp tells you, it's not closed. It's one of the busier McDonald's due to its proximity to the freeway.
