Check out my review on their other page. It's a nice building with a lot of potential but I was really disappointed in the food and the service. Food was average at best, but the service was flat out poor. The place has tons of potential, and for such a competitive field for events, weddings, etc. there are many better places out there.

Went to a wedding reception here and was impressed as we drove in but that is where it ended. The wait staff were horribly disorganized. The beef was some of the toughest and fat laden beef ever. Servers were waiting for food from the kitchen as food trickled out. Multiple servers carrying two plates at a time with over 200 hundred guests took forever to get served and it continued on through other portions of dinner. We felt bad for the bridal party about how bad it was- ruined a potentially wonderful night........... Would not recommend this place at all. See their facebook page and the people ranting about how bad the management is at this establishment........AVOID IT HANDS DOWN!

Estimated at over 500 in attendance today, we were having lunch with the governor this afternoon during an annual luncheon sponsored by Omega Solutions and hosted by the Macomb County Chamber Alliance. I'll have to admit, this was my first time visiting the MacRay conference center. We were seated in the upper conference room, which provided an outstanding view of beautiful Lake St. Clair. The audio-visual presentations were perfect, allowing everyone to either see the speakers directly or on the large screens. Wait staff were cordial, seasoned veterans and did an excellent job of providing food, taking away dishes and serving platters when no longer needed. Apparently this was a tea-totaler crowd, as when I went to the bar to request my favorite flavor of Bud Light, I was told they were not serving beer during the luncheon. A similar response was provided when I requested a Rum-n-Coke. Okay, I'll have a Rum-n-Coke, hold the rum. They have Sunday brunch, with extended hours for special occasions, such as the upcoming Mother's Day offerings at their Harbor Grille Bistro. Valet parking available. Check out their MacRay website for an extensive listing of their various menus and banquet and catering options.

I loved it here! Visited over the summer to eat at the bistro. Good food. Great service even though we aren't members. We got a tour bc we asked to see the place in hopes of having a future wedding there. Olive the wedding consultant is very nice as well. She helped tons and gave us a few diff packages with different options.

I've been wanting to try brunch here since we've had great meals in the restaurant. Instead of cooking Easter dinner, I made reservations here. The online menu listed many tempting choices-the variety was sure to please all! Other than the decent prime rib, the rest was meh. Breakfast items were below average buffet quality- dry scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict with no sauce, forgetful quiche (quiche samples at Costco better), French toast made with thin white bread, au gratin potatoes that tasted like they came from a box, and so on. Chef's choice catch and chicken were over cooked and not replenished often because no one was eating it. Fortunately, because of the variety, I found enough to fill me up. I definitely don't think the quality warrants a $26 per person, and I disagree with the auto 18% gratuity added on to the tab.

Went to the grille for a birthday dinner on a Sunday evening. Made reservations and had to change the number of people twice. Each time they were more than helpful and accomodating. Started with a feta and spinich dip that was phenomenal. Had the planked whitefish as entree and what a huge portion of fish, cooked just right. The better halfs steak was great but undercooked for her tastes as she likes it med. well and was served med-rare , which has brought the rating down. Cori our waitress was tops with our large group and we wil go back again and again. Agreed the view is lacking but the prices were on par with what you get.

This place has great views, a very nice atmosphere and quality patrons. Although I have heard rough reviews about the food they produced an outstanding Filet cooked exactly how I requested... Charred/Blue Rare or "Black & Blue" which seems to be a challenge for most everyone except a good chophouse. The French Dip on a Garlic bun with Mozerella is pretty much amazing. I've only been to the bar on Fridays & Saturdays and the bartenders have been great!
