Lake Breeze is a cool, laid back breakfast nook with a great specials menu and a good, strong cup of coffee. Staff is nice and the cup was always warm and full. If I could ask for more from it, they would deliver. Great place to start your day!

Middle of the road reviews are the hardest to write. Lake Breeze isn't deserving of a bad review, because I didn't find their food bad ... but I don't find it awesome either. I think the problem is the size of their menu. Lunch and dinner alone, they probably have close to 100 items. The result is that many are good, none are great, and some downright suffer. Being a jack-of-all-trades works for a handyman, but not so much a restaurant; if I want Italian, I want QUALITY Italian. Ditto for Greek, Polish or American. They do ALL FOUR (plus seafood and breakfast). It's overwhelming to pick from as a diner, and it leaves all the food lacking that extra something to make it memorable. Another diner right down the road that I've reviewed, I'll crawl over my mother to eat there. Here? My family will eat there because it's inexpensive and convenient. That's it. I feel like if they cut the menu in half and really put a focus on certain things, their food would be better than "alright". Getting a ridiculous amount of food for the price is nice; their burgers are big, their pasta seems never-ending, and their salads are a meal for two. But a lot of average food doesn't make it all great; it just makes a lot of average food. Long story short: good for a bite when you need food quick and easy, but it probably won't be a primary destination.

The food's not bad (not great, but not bad)... but the service will leave a nasty taste in your mouth. I ordered a carry out and realized I got the wrong one when i got home. So I called and told them they gave me the wrong order and the lady told me to come pick it up. I have to admit I was upset because the "Sorry" I received was about as heart warming as a bowl of day old oatmeal... ew... so when I went to pick up my new order I wanted a better apology than "Yeah... sorry..." but when I asked for one, I was told I was wrong, and ordered the wrong order. Really? I ordered the wrong order, you didn't write it down wrong or it didn't get messed up in the kitchen. I was wrong... Wow. I will never return to this godawful restaurant that tries to pass itself off as Greek... Puh-leese.... If you want okay food but the worst service of your life go to Lake Breeze. Horror-ble service just in time for Halloween. If the waiters only looked like they acted they would have a haunted attraction!

Food is pretty good, have only had breakfast here. However even though I'm only an occasional diner here the waitress always remembers how I like things and that counts for an extra star.

I recently moved to Harrison Twp and stumbled upon one of the best diners I have ever been to. It has a cozy warm family feel and the food is shockingly great (considering the low prices). My Fiance' and I are frequent diners now and we would highly recommend! Breakfast - Gyro omelette (tziki sauce is to die for) Dinner - Chicken Fajitas- priced at $8 can feed two! Gyro/Kabob plate

This is a great family restaurant- we eat breakfast here every Sunday, the pancakes are to die for!! The two die hard carnivores in my household swear by the burgers which is saying a lot!

I go here with family sometimes. I've heard the breakfast menu was great but I've never tried it. The first time I went there I tried the city chicken... and it was chicken. (City chicken is apolish dish thats actually not chicken.) Last time I went there I had something of the special menu. Steak over linguini. The steak was overcooked by far and the Alfredo sauce was disgusting. Totally Gross. Alfredo sauce isn't even that difficult. If I go again I'll be sticking to breakfast.

I had the stuffed pepper dinner. That was an excellent meal and I am absolutely stuffed, with pepper! ;-) Order a meal here and you will not go away hungry! Plentiful portions! One of the great family style restaurants in the area with always great food. A large selection of items on the menu, with daily specials posted on the white-board as you enter through the door.

Is this place fine dining? No. Is it a great little neighborhood diner with good food at great prices? Yes. The food was a lot better than I expected for a strip mall restaurant. The food was tasty, the staff really friendly and I was really impressed with the prices. The table next to me had some pretty amazing looking desserts - I was stuffed so I didn't try. But next time for sure! I will be back.

First it took at least 15 minutes before we were rudely greeted by the "waitress" then my chicken on my chicken salad was partially undercooked and my daughter's "chef" salad was terrible. The hard boiled "eggs" must have been from some type of pre-cooked package or something. Very weird and rubbery! The croutons were rock hard! Just terrible. Stay away!!

I go here all the time for a quick, cheap bite. Plentiful portions, and everything is homemade. LOVE the cabbage soup and the Lake Breeze salad. Excellent. They will cater to your needs, as well, and will modify to your heart's content. I recommend to everyone.

Worst food ever. Cold soup, Ruben with no flavor & over buttered, and musaka with neon yellow sauce.
