Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

When I lived in Houghton 06-08 it was definitely one of the better pizzas around!

Great pizza ! Love the Old Pic Theater turned Pizza Parlor in Hancock! Check it out!

Everybody seems to love this pizza but I don't think it's the best around. The prices are okay but the pizza just doesn't do anything for me. Now that they moved over to Hancock and it's not next to the KBC we'll see how it does.

I love the fact they have gluten free corn or rice crusts. A tad bit slow and pricey for pizza but delicious.

The Studio offers some of the best pizza you will find in the Keeweenaw. They have a spicy sauce that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. While their average pizzas are quite good, nothing quite beats the Pulled Pork Pizza: pulled pork, mandarin orange slices, green peppers, mozzarella cheese, and barbecue sauce. Its a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Plus, they deliver to the KBC!

Studio pizza is awesome. It might seem a little bit too expensive but it's worth every penny. Only thing is I wish they had a Chicago style pan pizza.

Studio Pizza is by far the best place in Houghton/Hancock. My fav is the thin crust with spicy tomato sauce and veggies. They deliver to the KBC (a brewery in Houghton).

Great pizza. Shaved steak and spicy sauce is a great combo. Get a pint at the Keweenaw Brewing Co, and have it delivered there!

Ordered 3 different pizzas; Greek, philly cheese and a traditional...all were fantastic! Sauce is super good with generous portion of toppings. My son has been raving about this place, now I know why!

Since Michael S of Studio took the time to provide constructive feedback on my previous review, I'm inclined to bump the rating up one star. I appreciate good customer service and attempts to "make it right". I cannot sway my thoughts on the corn gluten free crust, it literally was inedible (we fed it to the dog). My employer gets Studio for our office meetings, so I'm hardly a "new customer". I will still stand by my statement of cost vs. quality. The price point seems a bit steep. The traditional crust and sauce is good. I appreciate the wide variety of toppings.

Really good pizza. The crust was thin and crispy like a St. Louis style with a spicy sauce that was delicious. No show the night we went so the eat in crowd was sparse. Would have liked to have seen a better selection of soft drinks. I will need to go back sometime when there is a show in the theater. Saw that they also have a Chicago style pizza but to me that stuff tastes almost as bad as the Chicago Cubs play ball.

I love the pulled pork pizza with tangerines. However, bring back the old crust. The new crust is too puffy and smooth\shiny in texture. Didn't care for it compared to like the previous crust, which was way better.,

The wife and I took a trip up to Hancock to see a band play in the back room, the Orpheum. I was additionally excited because I knew that Studio Pizza offered a gluten-free pizza. While not the *best* gf pizza I've had, it's certainly passable. The spicy sauce is good (but not too spicy), and the sausage was good. The gf crust was a bit dry for my taste, and the claimed 20-25 minutes turned into 40 minutes that we waited for our pies. So, order a little earlier than usual, but do support your local pizza place that hosts rock shows and makes a gf crust.

Vegan pizza was really good. Sauce is very flavorful - I couldn't even tell the cheese was vegan. Only issue was I had to wait over an hour for it- was on Friday night.

Really flavorful pizza varieties with our favorite being their Greek on pan crust. You can get pan or thin crust and traditional or spicy sauce. Both are quite tasty. The Studio itself is located at the Orpheum theater which is known for fairly frequent performances of small bands. Their prices are higher than most in the area (about $19 for a large Greek), but you can get some deals through their FB posts once in awhile, such as a large kids' pizza for $7 with another purchase. From the couple of pizza joints in the area, this is our favorite.
