    Poor service. Bad food. Terrible terrible terrible horrible no good very bad staff. They even had a live surgical procedure on the television during dinner and didnt change the channel when asked. WTF.

    What happened to Logans? Slow service, no more chips, had to get our own peanut bucket from a tabke that had just cleared. Different fries which tasted extremely old and like they were cooked in a vat of fish oil. Server asked how we were doing, we said not bad. She walked away without asking if we liked our food. Next time it will be Applebees.

    Service was terrible. I ordered chicken which was under cooked and raw... but it was my fault. Manager on duty made me feel even worse. He didn't show any empathy or concern. Not a pleasant visit. Waitress was to wrapped up in talking to other tables l. Her name was Olivia and the mangers name was ryan. I don't recommend logans on 44 th st.

    Typical Logan's standard and quality. Our waitress was nice, and helpful. I had the tilapia, which was a generous portion, along with the vegetable skewer. If you're not familiar with any local restaurants to try on arriving, and you like this chain, it's a good one to eat at!

    came here because coworkers raved about the bread. The hostess was cordial and helpful so I had high hopes. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwiches which was a bit on the greasy side, but nothing about the food really popped for me...the chicken was still dry and overall the food seems half-fast prepared. I will not be returning to this restaurant

    Will not be returning to this location. Arrived for early dinner. Was seated at table in bar area. We were taken care of quickly for drinks and it went downhill from there. Simple food order - a basic large house salad and 10 wings. Other table arriving after us received order first. Friends of waitstaff it appeared. Had to repeatedly ask for butter, sauces etc all ordered with meal. Waiter slow and didn't care. Becoming common way for this chain.

    We went on a Friday night so there was a bit of a wait. But once we were seated the service was good and so was the food. They always seem to have decent coupons too.

    There's almost always some kind of deal going on and I've always had friendly wait staff. Good food for cheap to moderate prices. Oh, and the rolls are amazingly yummy! :) The only reason I didn't get 5-stars is that, on the last couple of visits, I was greeted with 3-4 coworkers chatting with each other when I came in. The gals made me feel like I was "interrupting" them when I when I approached them.

    Just watched the manager pick and flick and then handle plates. A few minutes later, he wiped his nose again. I thought protocol (and decency) required a hand washing. I told our waiter (who is very nice) that if the manager ever is a jerk to him, let him know I saw him pick his nose. Also apparently no cheese means you get cheese. Or maybe it's a giant booger ......

    this is in comparison to every other logan's have ever been to. HORRIBLE rolls! WHAT are you doing to them? first gave me hard, old ones with my togo when asked for fresh ones got some under cooked, doughy mess. steak salad, again just worst have experienced within this chain, overcooked and just not up to par. very disappointing experience.

    My son and I dined here twice a month for nearly a yr because of their 2 for $15 dinners now $16. We have never had a complaint and they are one of the best dinner bargains around. Our salads are always crisp, the rolls fresh and yummy. My son usually gets the SW BBQ chicken & I have done salmon, steak, a number of other things. The chicken portion is generous for this price. Steak is at a premium (just ck the meatcase at your store, you can hardly get a steak for $8 let alone a meal) The kabob of veggies is a nice side and a pleasant change but the brocolli portion is large, the sweet potato, ditto. Our servers have generally been very good. Silly to think you will get a whole rack of BBQ ribs for $12. That runs $16 to $25. I have not seen that in about 4 yrs anywhere in GR excepting some not so great buffet bars. We always have food left over and both of us are hearty eaters. Two for $16 deals change frequently. Currently available all day but only Mon thru Thur so be sure to call if your looking for a cheap lunch or dinner. Otherwise plan on $12 to $25 per person. Over all the chain does a good job for the price.

    I've been here a couple of times. I'm not quite sure why I keep coming back. I guess I'm hoping it will get better but it doesn't. The waitress was a little scatter brained but she did a good job. The food was very average. I had a 1/2 rack of ribs and while they had ok flavor the portion was so small I was still hungry. For $12 I was expecting more. I guess its cool that you can throw peanut shells all over the place. There are some better chain restaurant choices out there.
