Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

Wow! Best experience at an Olive Garden I've ever had. They staff was pleasant, competent, and attentive with out being intrusive. The food was excellent. When did that start serving food of that quality? I haven't had dinner here in some time, but they are definitely back on my radar. The grilled asparagus was crisp, the smoked fondu remaindered me of flavors I had in Italy, the new spicy meat sauce and Italian sausage was surprisingly good.

So me and my best friend went to eat here over the Labor day weekend. Mind you my friend eats here frequently and has coined this place as her "favorite spot." After having a quick drink at the bar while waiting for the next open booth we couldn't wait to chow down. However, we were given one of THE WORST waitresses - LAURIE!!! She didn't introduce herself (we had to ask her name), she didn't show us the menu or make any suggestions, she was completely dry and unenthusiastic.... But this isn't even the worst part. Another couple comes in and sits in the booth next to us and LAURIE turned into a completely different person!!! She quickly introduced herself, asked the couple about their holiday weekend, and enthusiastically showed them the menu. OUR JAWS DROPPED TO THE GROUND! We requested the manager, advised that we were leaving and for him to cancel our meals and bill us for what we had thus far. TONY (the floor manager) couldn't have been a better manager/person. He immediately apologized, told us to eat and drink whatever we ordered, comped our bill and gave us excellent customer service. If it wasn't for him this review would've received 1 star!

Olive Gardens are always good in my experience. We were in Grand Rapids for ARTPRIZE and stayed near this Olive Garden---and were not disappointed with our dinners. I ordered the appetizer Spicy Shrimp Fritta as an entrée and it was delicious and huge. More than enough as an entrée. My wife got the Capellini Pomodoro and enjoyed it. Of course we both had started with their excellent bottomless salad and breadsticks -which really enhances the meal. Both the Ravenswood Zinfandel and Cavit Pinot Noir were good wines. Our waiter, Forest, did a great service job. We went back to our hotel happy.

As always the salad & breadsticks rock! Met some friends here for dinner and tried the never ending pasta bowl. I tried the 5 cheese marinara w/ penne and the fettuccine alfredo. Our waitress was awesome, brought to go containers for the pasta I had left and some extra breadsticks. Thanks Anna!! I hope if I go again I sit in her section! I also tried the pumpkin cheesecake - not worth the $6.65. It was just ok.

I have been to this location numerous times, always with a group. The servers and staff here do a very good job of making sure everyone in the group gets what they want with little to no mistakes. They are very attentive to your needs like refills on salads, soups, or drinks. The food is always great. I am a big fan of their house salad. I would go there and get the never ending soup and salad. It can get busy during the rush hours, but it is generally worth the wait.

I know it's just an Olive Garden and I've been to plenty before, but I had a great experience today! I placed a carry out order for their 2 for $25 and got a soup and salad. The actual order was packaged with utmost care. The salad had a small baggie of croutons and an individual dressing container and the soup bowl was HUGE. We also got complimentary packets of grated cheese and bread sticks. At first, I was worried about ordering it to go because we would miss out on the endless salad, soup and bread sticks but they really give you enough portions to make you feel like you're taken care of! the entire order fed us all day! I also really appreciated that everything was hot and the employee was friendly. I'll be back :)

This is a part of the well known chain. I only occasionally eat here because I like their soup and salad. The menistrony soup is good and with their bread sticks and salad with house Italian dressing constitutes pretty much all I like on the menu. Most if their entrees taste alike to me. Stick with the soup and salad!

This review is based on take out. The restaurant was located near my hotel, so decided to get their parmesan crusted tilapia to go. I called in my order and within 20 minutes it was ready for pick up at the bar. The food was packaged perfectly. If you take a look at my picture, the food looks undisturbed considering it was in a to go box. Not only did it look appetizing, it tasted even better. I was impressed with this Olive Garden and my dish.

Bland. Overpriced and (way) over rated. Precooked, frozen, slop some sauce on it and warm it up and feed it to the masses garbage. Not Italian food, just food. You can get their bread sticks from the same place they do: GFS.

You just can't go wrong with Olive garden. Their unlimited salad and bread-sticks is unbeatable. The food is always delicious, hot and well prepared. At this location, we normally always get a great waiter and assistance. They rock! So what?

This was our first time eating at Olive Garden, the meal was fantastic, We got a little of everything, ate 1/2 and took the other 1/2 home. appetizers, REAL mozzarella squares, stuffed mushrooms. salads. entrees, salmon and chicken parm, and the desert was Piccoli Dolci "little dessert treats", we chose, Strawberry & White Chocolate Cream Cake, Dark Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse & Caramel Cream * Amaretto Tiramisu with Almond. Our waiter was Jake, he was wonderful. I asked for the manager to make sure I told them how great he was, he said he was new, you never would have known it. I would highly recommend Olive Garden now, and they have a new customer. Thank you

I have never had a bad experience at this location, and with it being near my place of employment for 10 years... I have been there a lot! Always delicious, always attentive and rarely slow (and if it seems slow it is probably just because I am eager for my yummy order)!
