I don't really get the hype. Cheap, highly processed, bland food. It's a chain. It's all pretty straight forward. Unfortunately, in a place like grand haven, a chain restaurant like this is scene as a event...it's quite the culinary food desert, except for morning star cafe, which is the best breakfast place maybe of all time. Bottom line: Tim hortons is filled with bland, unoriginal, sugary, processed, low quality "food" that us middle America types gobble up. Hello type 2 diabetes!

Love the donuts. Service is a crap shoot. It depends on who's working. They need a much much bigger donut case. Half the time when we go in around 5 pm. They are already out of the most popular choices.

Yum! Who doesn't love doughnuts? Nice staff, and really love their breakfast sandwiches. They seem to run out of Diet pop often though. I'm not too into their lunch and dinner menus, but breakfast is great!

My husband is from Canada where Tim Hortons is a household name. I lived there for almost 13 years and have come to LOVE Tim Hortons! In Canada there was at least one Tim Hortons in every little town, and the cars would be lined up at the drive up window almost continually all day. Please get to know them. Awesome coffee and baked goods. My fav is hot tea with sugar and cream and I often drive through and get one. The people working there are super nice. When my husband first moved here he drove 15 miles just to get his coffee every morning. Please give them the business and make Tim Hortons a household name here in the US!

to me I thought it wasn't that good it was kinda like a Canadian dunkin donuts. but we did come at night so there obviously weren't many options as there would be in the morning and probably would be more fresh. being my first visit though, I was disappointed.
