Very nice little coffee shop in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Friendly service, good coffee! Connected to many other retail shops and walking/biking distance to all Grand Haven attractions. I am a local real estate agent and meet clients their for meetings often.

I've only come here once but I thoroughly enjoyed my hot chai tea latte, along with the sheer size of the menu makes me want to try the whole thing! The seating is perfect but because it's in the renovated piano factory I had trouble finding the door.

Friendly staff, locally owned. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Hazelnut coffee has been a favorite of mine for years.

This was a haven for us, traveling on a rainy, windy Halloween. We needed a cup of coffee after a long day of travel, with a few more hours to go. We were able to park and walk in just before the Halloween parade started. The staff was in costume, and friendly and helpful. Their space is large, with plenty of places to sit. we had a great table by a window from where we could observe the parade. They make a mean Americano (you don't have to drive too much farther north before you start finding coffee shops who don't know what that is!) and their pastries were delicious.

I must say I was a little disappointed. this place has potential to be a great coffee shop but the quality just isn't up to 5 stars just yet. I ordered a regular latte and a muffin. The latte lacked all the flavor complexities that you'd expect from a good quality bean & roast. And the presentation (latte art) lacked all the finesse that you'd expect from an experienced barista. My muffin came wrapped in plastic and was too dry. My guess is that it had been sitting in the display case for most of the week. Definitely in the 2-3 star range. I think we'll try a different coffee shop tomorrow morning.

Good little local coffee shop. Right by the waterfront, and on the main shopping strip through town. A couple of outdoor tables (could use more) but those are rarely full except during Coast Guard Week. The usual baked goods available, and ice cream.

Just paid $5 for a large Carmel delight. Tastes like hot water. Tossing it and going to Starbucks.
